Family owned pawn shop, with exceptionally great customer service. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Walking in I was hesitant looking for jewelery, however the staff proved they were genuine and honest with their recommendations.
Steve the owner, was great in explaining the value of gold in the current market. His reputation has proved his customer service exceeds expectations. If your looking for an honest pawn shop, I definitely recommend this location as your one stop shop.

I found my stolen electric scooter pawned at Classic Pawn And Jewelry, through my own detective work and with a retired police detective. After filing a report of stolen property I waited for it to be relinquished back in my possession. George was the attending clerk and his mouth was full of chicken wings and fries from Checkers across the blvd. So much so that I couldn't understand what he was trying to say to me. After giving him the $90. To redeem my stolen property. George got condescending with his remarks and called me names and was visibly upset and verbally abusive. I wasn't a threat to him nor his food, yet I was bitten and twice shall I shy. Clerks like this should not be eating while intending to clients. I just laughed it off and figured he needs some love. Good luck George I hope you find peace of mind, if not sometime soon. You really need it.

My experience was smooth like butter. Classic Pawn & Jewelry is a pretty big stand alone building with its own parking lot. You cant miss it. Upon arrival, you have to ring the doorbell for them to let you in. George and Eric helped me out with my Sonos Beam. I got a great deal for a Sonos speaker that was brand new in box. I set it up immediately and it is PERFECT! These guys are super cool. They helped me out with what I needed, plus we had a great conversation about dogs. Gotta love it. Thanks guys!

I think this is the best Pawnshop in south Florida. I have been doing business with Classic Pawn & Jewelry for many years and i have observed how the treat people, they treat everyone that walks through their door with the same level of respect and that is what kept me there. They know every repeated customers by name and i felt like family when they called me by name when i walked through the door. If you re selling your gonna be disappointed just like every where else they have to make money. However if you re buying they re awesome. I hit 4 PAWNZ in a day last year looking for my Movado. No one even came close to the selection and nobody is anywhere close to the price I got my watch for there. I had a very nice time in this Pawn shop, excellent people, they really care about you and your needs, they are there to help, ambient its fenomenal and the music is from another level!! Listen good music such as Pink Floyd or Led Zepelín, while i was doing my transactions was joyful. If you want to but good stuff or need to sell or pawn, this definitely its the place to go!!

Ive been coming to this pawn shop for about 5 years now and I must say that there is no other pawn shop that compares to it. The customer service is great because the employees are nice, and knowledgeable about pretty much all products. Their prices are fair and their loans are also fair so overall if youre looking for a excellent pawn shop, Classic Pawn & Jewelry is definitely the best choice.

Best pawn shop in town! The jewelry is immaculate and the prices are more than fair. Steve the owner is also very fair with all of his pawn pricing. The whole staff goes above and beyond. Since Ive started coming here I havent been to another pawn shop yet. Highly recommended.

Ive been knowing Steve (owner) for MORE then 15yrs. Every time I visit Classic Pawn, Im greeted by his entire staff. There were times I was about to loose my pawn and Steve held my pawn for me. Steve and his stay also will give you the BEST loan. I had a question about fishing. Not only Steve explain to me, but gave me a starter kit from his own fishing supplies. My husband and I came in and worked with Steve & John (the new guy:) They were wonderful to work with. We were given a top dollar amount compared to other places. The store was safe and I have never been in a pawn shop that has ever been cleaner! John was very knowledgable and I learned a lot about different products while i was in. All I can say Is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...The team @ Classic Pawn were able to help me out with a loan when I really needed it. Usually I would feel insecure or nervous taking my items to be reviewed for a loan, but one of the reps Anthony really made me feel cool and comfortable to do business with them. Ive been coming to Classic Pawn and Jewelry for years and the customer service is good and from the time you enter the door they give you undivided attention and reasonable prices for your merchandise and if you have a good report with them like always coming back to pick up your things they give an extension after it has expired unlike most other pawn shops they will put your items up for sale and also they give a little more money to their loyal clients that always come back to pick up their items like myself so I would recommend Classic Pawn and Jewelry to anyone

Im a 27 year old mom that moved down to South Florida about three years ago. I chose this pawn shop because the reviews seemed generally positive. Well, Im sure glad I did. In the three years Ive been going to them (I work part time and the holidays are rough), Ive never once had a problem. Ive even brought my 5 year old son into the building and I would NEVER do that if I didnt trust the people that worked there or thought it was unsafe. These guys have been nothing but gentlemen to me and are completely professional. They are always up to code and stay away from any illegal activity. They are straightforward, straight-laced, and will give you as much money as they possibly can for your merchandise. Theyre just a couple of honest men trying to run a business. They know me, remember me, and treat me like a valued customer, which is pretty hard to find in just any pawn shop. They have always been kind when Ive been in a rough spot! Thanks again, guys! :-)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of great merchandise and reasonable prices. Large assortment of silver chains. I bought and sold items there, and some money during the transaction got a little confused. After I left, they actually called to say that they owed me some money and had it there waiting for me. Now thats honesty, something I dont see much these days.

My quote given was fair. Fifty dollars less then city pawn(very nice and professional and a lot of nice stuff there for really good prices) Sabastian the sales person has a very rude and unfriendly persona. I would never step foot here again. Messed up my mood. :(

Ive been a satisfied customer of Classic Pawn & Jewelry for over 5 years. Ive received good value for my merchandise, and Ive been treated fairly each & every time. As a single parent, there are times when I must place an item on loan in order to pay a bill, meet an unexpected expense, or spend a little-bit extra on a special occasion. The staff has come through for me time & time again; always providing me with courtesy and excellent pricing. I have never once felt taken advantage of, or cheated at all. When I arrive to redeem my property, its always a seamless and easy process. I have never had a complaint or problem with the staff or their policies. Thats why Ive been a repeat customer all of these years. Let me put it this way...I sadly & unexpectedly had a family member pass away, and I wouldnt have been able to travel out of state to attend the funeral without getting the best price. Well, they gave me the absolute best market price, and I was able to attend my loved ones funeral. I will forever sing their praises for that. I honestly would not use another pawn shop. These guys are top notch & unmatched. If you go elsewhere, youre missing out on an excellent opportunity to get truly great value & service.

This is a response to Jody Pikes comment. First of all, you dont know what you are talking about. Secondly, Classic pawn is clean and organized, and the neighborhood is fine.(B.S.O POLICE DEPARTMENT IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET) by the way JODY IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT B.S.O. MEANS IT IS BROWARD SHERIFFS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And what do you know about corner hustlers if you are calling the employees that, you must be one or dealt with a few!!!!!!!!! The prices are great and so is the quality. As far as much better places to go, you are an idiot. What do you think you are better than any other person that goes there. To The people that work there: Tom, Anthony, Dillon and Steve, I have never encountered the most accommodating, helpful, pleasant group of people. I was robbed about a year ago and really needed some extra cash so I borrowed money on a piece of jewelry (which they were very helpful and understanding) I was 63 days past due and thought I lost my item, but since I have been going there for so long they held my piece of jewelry and let me pay the minimal amount. Mostly junk. The place is very dirty and disorganized. Be wary of visiting this place. Its in very bad neighborhood and the employees act like corner hustlers - not pawnbrokers. We used to find good prices and products, but now its all overpriced and of very low quality. There are much better places to shop or pawn.
