He was very flexible, very patient, and explained things I didn't know about buying a car. He even served me a coffee. I love my new 2024 Pathfinder, it's perfect!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. My salesman, Facundo, was showing me one car I saw over the internet and he could tell that I really didn’t care for it. Then he showed me several that were just what I wanted as if he knew me well! He also helped me negotiate a better price. Everyone from the Manager to the finance department was helpful and did whatever they could to get the car I really wanted.

Without getting into too many details this is my experience purchasing a vehicle from Lorenzo Nissan in Ft. Lauderdale. I drove from Orlando to Lorenzo Nissan to take a look at and test drive a vehicle that I was interested in possibly purchasing. The dealership was quite busy, yet a nice young man, Emmanuel, came to assist me. He was busy at the time assisting someone else, however he requested his colleague, I cannot remember her name, a very kind young lady, to assisted me with a test drive. So the process continued. The sales manager, Alex, sat down with me and wanted to know what can he do to get me into this vehicle. Alex was helpful, personable, and gently pursuasive. Once figures were agreed upon, I was then introduced to a gentleman in finance department, Ray. Ray was cool, laid-back, knowledgeable, and professional. He got me an extraordinary interest rate and that was that. The only situation I did not care for was that the car wasnt that clean and there was very little gas in the car. However, a gentleman by the name of Facundo, helped out with that situation. This guy was friendly and straightforward. No guessing with him, lol. He drove with me to gas up the car. My time was limited and I didnt bother for them to re-clean the car. I had it detailed when I got home. Nonetheless, overall it was a good experience and great service. Thanks to everyone at Lorenzo Nissan from the janitor(s) to the owner(s) for making my vehicle purchase a positively unforgettable experience.

Thanks to the internet team who me together in response to my vehicle inquiry with the Sales Rep, Emmanuel, they made me feel special and important. Ray, the Finance Manager, worked closely with me to get the best deal. Emmanuel treated me like his older sister or mother, making sure I was comfortable and taking time to show me the many features in the Nissan Murano and pairing my phone with it before I left. I went to another Nissan dealership who said they could not find a problem when I knew a problem existed so I went to Lorenzo Nissan at met with Mr. Wynter the service writer and he found the problem right away. I also dealt with Terry, the service Director and with both their help the problem seems to have gotten better. I recommend Lorenzo Nissan before the Nissan dealership in North Miami I won t mention their name, but I m sure you can figure it out. Every dealership should have a service Director like Terry !

I would give this SCAMMERS a zero. I recently visited Lorenzo Nissan Dealership in Fort Lauderdale, hoping to purchase a car that was advertised for $20,990. However, when I got there, the price was suddenly $27,900. This bait-and-switch tactic is completely unethical and a waste of time. To make matters worse, the manager, Tio, was dismissive and unprofessional. He even told me that he would rather keep the car on the lot for two years than sell it to me for a better price. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If youre considering buying a car here, be warned theyre not transparent or honest about their pricing. I wont be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this dealership to save time and avoid frustration. ABOUT THEIR REPLY: I reinforce everything I said. If you read their reply below, they dont even signed or indicate someone to speak too. That demonstrates the unprofessionalism of this SCAMMERS. I noticed the car is still on their lot, and I hope it stays for at least the 2yrs the MANAGER TIO told me he would prefer than selling it to me.

They should actually get no stars. Although there was a warranty on my battery- the Nissan refused to honor their policy in replacing it with the correct battery. Initially a 2019 battery was installed - although my car was a 2020. As a result I had to contact corporate and have it address at a different location.

Upon being called to tell me that my car was ready, I went to pick up after an oil change and it took 22 minutes to get my car. The service department was relatively empty, and some of the employees were playing around like children at recess. They were literally screaming, laughing loudly, and running through the bays. A manager walked by and said nothing. My car was not washed or vacuumed, as was stated on my invoice. I cant help but wonder what else was missed. This is not the first time that I have dealt with a lack of professionalism at this dealership. Id recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Zero stars is more applicable, this dealership DOES NOT RETURN CALLS, My husband has been calling regarding his GAP refund and NO COMMUNICATION has been provided, they don t return calls, don t provide valuable information, just transfer him to a voicemail. The receptionist doesn t know anything. I will NEVER do business here again, I NEED MY COINS, it s simple! Do your job & guide me in the right direction!!

I purchased my 2020 Altima in 2021 from this dealership. Had no issues what so ever. Faster forward to 2024 I traded in that Altima for a pathfinder at another dealership. The Altima still had two maintenances on it and I received a letter from capital one that I m in tilted to a refund but dealership that sold me the car must return it. I ve been calling for 3 weeks STRAIGHT ! And I keep getting financing voice message. Last time I asked to speak to a sales manager that would tell the Finance person to call me back and nothing! So I m losing out on money due to them.

The worst experience of my life, they have stolen my money and my time by selling me a car for 24,000 dollars that is completely broken. Everyone lies, starting with Gino the salesman and ending with Nestoru and the General Manager. Terrible experience, I hope no one ever goes through everything, truly from the bottom of my heart, I do not recommend this Dealer to anyone

Im so happy the phone system was finally improved! I was able to make my appointment in one call with ought hassle when a polite young woman answered and helped me in the past it was very frustrating. My service rep got me in quickly and the waiting area was comfortable and I love the new water dispenser and as usual the best coffee in town! simple maintenance service but my car came back clean and I have great faith in your team. First and last time ever comes to this dealership I came in there this past Sunday little after 12 interested in getting any Nissan Sentra S The salesman was very polite. I told him that I already driven the car and another dealership and I got a price and I just wanted to compare to see if I can get a better price. He came back with a price that was basically on 2500 higher, then I already got someone else which is not a problem. I understand how it works. I told him let s wait too high. He came back he said no sorry that s the best price we have at that point. They have the right to charge whatever they want. I said thank you and I was getting ready to walk out his manager. screams across the room, so how s it going? My reply was not too good. This is that s why because you got lowballed from somewhere else and that you re coming to me making my sale miserable The real like harsh of professional voice so I said no I understand what lowballing is with the price they gave me is the price they re willing to sell it for that s why you re here. Then he asked me less understand. we re not a dash cam or I m on my way out the door and he s just talking at a distance from me not even a courtesy to ask me to sit down to speak to him. He s about 30 feet away from me yelling how much did you get quoted? I told him the price and the price was basically $2000 less taxes are you willing to pay $200 more than what they said I don t know why OK then, what do you want from me? John was disgusting how he spoke to me so a professional I can t believe he has the job he has. How it s supposed to go is he makes an offer. I told him that interested. He says he can get a better price. I say no not they says OK sir. Have a nice day. It s if you change your mind let me know. This guy is annoyed and yells at me unprofessionally Usually the manager afterwards comes and talks to you while you re sitting down this guy screams across the room. The salesman said to me that s the best offer he can give so I m peacefully walking out and this guy is annoyed. I hope many people read this and figure out who this person is. I don t know how he could be working in the car salesman place Disgusting he made me a customer of the other dealership 100%. I bought the car from the other dealership and was able to see what professionalism is compared to rudeness. I hope someway the owner of this dealership can read this.

This dealership is top-notch! I had a small issue with the truck I initially wanted, but they found me an even better one and made the numbers work. I called asking about there dealer, title, registration, and any other fees and was told only the three listed above. When I got there, there was an extra fee of $2,000 that I was not told about over the phone. Additionally, this car was listed on CARFAX for $16,995. When I got the offer it said 19,995. I was told that the $16,995 offer was only offered if I was trading in a car and financing which I was not. Nowhere on CARFAX was that listed. They showed me that it was listed on their website in a dropdown box, but it was not on CARFAX. So with fees and all, that took the price from $20K to 25K. Ridiculous. I do have to say that the car salesman we had, Ken, was amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. He was unaware of this pricing situation himself.

I had a disappointing experience at Lorenzo Nissan in Ft. Lauderdale today. My husband and I arrived right when the store opened at 11 AM on Sunday to discuss a discount on a car we were interested in. After some negotiation, we left for lunch and returned two hours later. Despite being able to drive the car upon our return, the manager, Alex, informed us that the cars price had increased and it was no longer available at the previously discussed rate. This was frustrating as the sales representative had been working on finalizing the deal before Alex intervened. Unfortunately, we left without purchasing a car due to this unsatisfactory experience.

I had a regular oil change completed. When I went out to start my car it had a hard time cranking over. By the time I got home that evening they were closed. I had the same issue the following morning when trying to start my car. I decided to call the dealership. The service advisor immediately told me my battery had passed inspection and said it must be my starter or alternator and they would have to charge the diagnostic fee. I decided to go to auto zone and have my battery tested where it immediately failed. I drove back to Nissan to speak to the manager. I told him to please explain to me how my battery had passed the day before but then had an issue as soon as I picked it up etc. He couldn t explain and tried telling me that different machines test differently etc. I knew my battery was under warranty as it wasn t even 2 years old yet. They told me it would have to fail on their machines in order for it to be covered. I said fine. They tested it multiple times and it failed every single time. Then they chalked it up to it being a coincidence that it passed the day before and was dying when I picked it up. Either way my battery was replaced and covered under warranty. The thing that irritated me the most was how unprofessional the service advisor was on the phone and that all he cared about was collecting the diagnostic fee when in reality my services were covered through warranty. Do better with customer service Nissan it can make all the difference of a customer returning or not.

Dealing with Ashley was a pleasure. I bought a 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio that had just come in to the dealership. Since I had driven across the state to get it on a Saturday, Ashley did all she could to get it ready for me so that I could trade in my car and take the new car home. Everything went smoothly in the car is like brand new.

The Service Advisor for my fiances car was Terry Kelly. He was attentive and courteous. Everytime she visits Lorenzo Nissan, shes taken care of promptly and effectively. Even though Lorenzo Nissan is a bit of a distance from our home, she will drive the extra distance to have her car service there. Keep up the good work.

My last visit to this location was a DISASTER! Called to try to make appt-- put on hold, call dropped. Retried-- voicemail. Go to location few days later and to my dismay the customer service SUCKED!! Employees not willing to help and even sarcastic when asked for assistance.IDK what happened, but I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND going there for service. :( :(

We visited Lorenzo Nissan last weekend after getting confirmation a vehicle I was interested in was indeed available. We were a little hesitant as other Nissan Dealers we called would say yes they had the specific stock vehicle just to get you to visit them, so the experience with Lorenzo Nissan did not disappoint. We were assigned Alex & Ashley as the sales team and they were awesome. Ashley pulled the requested car and was very diligent in answering all our questions, Alex did some homework and got us a really good deal. I had a similar experience as many people mentioned here. Price is not what you see, and if you didnt pay attention to the disclaimer, you would think these folks are taking you to the cleaners. The vehicle was listed on CarGurus, AutoList, TrueCar all at the same price, 19K without the disclaimer, I wouldnt bother to click otherwise. Unless you finance with them and plus have a trade-in. Salesman didnt mention any of it before crunching the numbers either. After telling me 27K and then telling me the price I saw was subject to blah blah, blah blah. Dealing with a markee dealership like these could feel like hugging a rose bush at times. I am glad it didnt work out though, because I was able to find a better deal.

Luca and Bassam were fantastic to work with, and the GM was accessible and transparent. The team at Lorenzo were aggressive, creative, and determined to earn my business, and I am very satisfied with the fairness of the deal that we achieved together. Worth noting we drove 3 hours to this dealership because the deal they worked with us over the phone was bar-none and done within 24 hours. Beat out every local dealer and on a better car. Will not hesitate to come back again and know I m entering negotiations with an invested team that WANTS to make a deal.

I brought a car from this dealership about to months ago now a massage came up on the vehicle saying service maintenance see dealership I took it back for them to take care of it and they dont want to fix whats wrong with it I will say to everyone who buy a car from this dealership be careful they are not good for the community and they tell they dont tell you the car is out of warranty and all they want is your money they is bad for the community I will not buy a car there again no one wants to call me and fix this problem they need to go out of business for sure I am very upset now I have to pay twenty three thousand dollars for this car and you think they care about me buying this car dont buy a car from this dealership they will not fix your car my birthday was yesterday and I am still mad with this dealership I cant even enjoy myself right now but its going to be alright I believe in God he will work it out
