Ronald welcomed us at the entry and took such a good care of my husband and I. We did a test drive of a car I’ve seen online and he showed us other models. We ended up buying the car I found online which is a Kia Forte. The process was easy, quick and very welcoming. He explained everything and tried his best to make the process as easy as possible. We initially came here because the other dealership we went sold the car I had reserved online. I believe everything was meant to be and I’m feeling extremely grateful for the help I got. I had to take my Kia Seltos about a week ago for a brake leak issue and the two gentlemen that worked to assist me were courteous and efficient. Shoutout to Chris who was my rep for the duration of my car’s stay for service. The part took longer than expected to arrive but Chris was consistent with follow ups and updates, even the technician that worked on the car messaged me with video updates. Literally could not thank Patrick enough for helping me get my 2021 Kia Forte! I had recently gotten my Corolla totalled due to the flood damage and was trying to find a new affordable car ASAP with all the unexpected expenses that had occurred. I went to nine dealerships that day and dealt with so many dealers not listening to my requirements for the car I needed. Then I called Gunther Kia, where Patrick picked up the phone. He listened to every requirement I had for my car and actually gave me more than I asked for with such a great deal! Patrick is patient, attentive, and listens exactly for what you ask for. I recently had an issue with a service advisor at this dealership and contacted the service manager, Fernando. He was more than helpful! He went above and beyond my expectations! He connected me with the best service advisor, Jay, and had him personally take care of my case. Furthermore, Fernando was able to get me a car rental for the two days my car was in the shop. I would like to thank Fernando and Jay for their wonderful service. Thanks, guys! You're the best! (The service technician was also very friendly with his video messages with the status of my car with actual footage of my car.)

Just wanted to update this review as we had to take our car back to Kia for service. Let me tell you even after the sale they treat you like a VIP. I honestly can't say enough about their GM Alex he's such a Great guy. He made sure our car was serviced properly and we were being taken care of on the service side. We came here after an awful experience with Hollywood Kia just moments before. We were greeted from Christian at the front door, and he was a super pleasant guy. No pressure, let us know how everything worked and just due to the presentation of this dealership and overall comfort level with Christian we ended up purchasing a car. Even the finance manager Pedro was incredible, very laid back and down to earth. They really take that whole pressure and wary of purchasing a new car out of the process, you feel like you're just hanging out with friends. Alex the GM also introduced himself and was also a really nice guy. I'm glad to do business with a dealer that treats their customers the right way. Thanks guys!

I have been using Kia Gunther for many years to service my Sorento . About 7 months ago I paid $270 to replace a headlight bulb , which subsequently went dead last week . I brought the car in on my understanding the part would be guaranteed for a year , Joseph ( my service rep ) first attempts to tell me its only good for 3 months , fortunately another rep stated it s good for a year . An hour passes and then Joseph comes armed with photos of my bulb telling me it s not their part and that they are not responsible for its replacement . Joseph eventually remembered me from when he previously did replace that bulb and apologized, the car bulb was replaced the next day at no charge . I was disappointed and confused by Joes dishonest treatment of me and so I will find another service guy I can trust And not to freely attempt to up his commission at my expense . Just not a good experience guys . Update : Had a great experience with Ryan , he took the time and gave some honest help in taking my cars health seriously . Good recovery from my previous experience . I m back !

8:30 apt. For Complimentary Oil change and PAID Tire rotation! After 2.5 Hours car was Done ! I checked my tires and noticed that the scratched passenger front tire is still in the sam place ! They DID NOT do rotation at all. I went back and told the service advisor. He apologized and said hell let the manager know ! Thats it ?!? My last time there for sure !

Be aware of their business practices!!!!! Dishonest big time. Got quoted on Sorento went back and forth with them regarding the price. Received a call from them a week later stating we got you a deal on a Telluride they sent me the VIN# and images of the car as well. Agreed with the quote Went there after work to sign the paperwork and close the deal. Then the games began by them claiming that it was a mistake, we can t honor the offer. All they do is try to suck you back in and then get you. Called corporate twice to express my concern They don t care. Do your self a big favor and stay away from them. Plain and simple they are scammers.

I am satisfied with the work that was performed to my knowledge. I am disappointed with the following: I was given a quote which I felt was extremely high, so I did some research and according to the online research that I did I was being charged more than double what the going rate is. When I mentioned this to my service advisor, I was basically told that Google really doesn t know what is being charged and that their charge was competitive in the area. So I went ahead and approved the work to be done. I was never informed that there would be a surcharge for using a credit card and since I was dropped off to pick up my vehicle and did not have a debit card or cash with me, I was forced to use my credit card and therefore forced to pay the surcharge. I believe this is something that the customer should be informed in the beginning so they are prepared if they decide to use a debit card or cash. I also left a message for my service advisor to contact me regarding a $25 miscellaneous charge which I still do not know what was for. Still waiting for her to respond.

Aimed at draining every last drop of money out of you and will not respond or take care of you the second after youve purchased, particularly the salesman Carson. Gunther Kia excell I own a Kia Soul 2014. Never in my mind I would imagine I was going to be treated like Royalty. First a very happy older man greeted me and told me My Service person was Mr. Ryan Stultz, Asst.Manager, when Mr.Stultz shows up ,made me feel like I was driving a Mercedes Benz . Then they have a shuttle for their clients,even for me with my little bit cute 2014 Soul. Upon contacting them to set up an appointment, they were extremely flexible with my schedule. The maintenance itself was carried out meticulously and efficiently, allowing me to swiftly return to the road. I was particularly impressed when I received a video email showcasing the tire rotation, revealing that the tire treads were still in excellent condition and did not require replacement. Jay and Gillian were super helpful!! I came in for a couple of different services for my vehicle being an oil change, nail in my tire, and a broken sun visor. The sun visor piece was ordered months ago when I came in for my last oil change and the last rep never followed up with me to come in and have it repaired. Jay and Gillian located the piece and got it done. The nail in my tire was thankfully still covered under my warranty but Jay made sure he went above and beyond to get approval to have the tire replaced. Lastly Jay made sure my car was washed and vacuumed. I am very appreciative for his above and beyond dedication!!! I do want to add I contacted your 1800 number to have someone from service call me to schedule my appointment but no one ever reached out. I had to call someone from sales and ask them to get the ball rolling.

From start to finish Gunther Kia service agents provide a high level of customer service. Regular communication verbally and electronically regarding the status of my vehicle is appreciated. The waiting are is clean, comfortable and provide conveniences like comfortable seating, wifi, television, power outlets, open and semi-private work spaces as well as a well-stocked Keurig coffee station and vending machines. Over 2.5 hours (so far) waiting on a standard, scheduled oil change. Update: after all was said and done, I was at Kia for just under 3 hours. The car wasnt washed, despite what I booked.

Ryan in Service is the best. I originally took my car to Hollywood Kia and had a nightmare of an experience. I called Gunther and spoke to Ryan and didnt tell him about my experience, I just told him that I received a letter for a recall and he scheduled an appointment right away. On the phone I could already tell this was going to be a good experience, but wait there is more... When I got to the dealership I was treated with respect, and spoke to Ryan right away. I explained the situation I had at Hollywood Kia and he apologized I had to even go through that. Ryan is a true professional and was very understanding. He went above and beyond. Everyone at the dealership was very nice, and respectful. Thank you Ryan and team I really appreciate you all. I wish I could give him and Gunther 10 stars. They deserve it!

Great customer service, and I was informed of the process while I waited on my car. Pleasant experience all around. Jay assisted me and I couldn t have had a better experience. He was very knowledgeable and almost immediately identified legitimate issues with my vehicle that significantly improved my driving experience once the issues were rectified. The service department ended up having to keep my vehicle a few days and Jay coordinated everything. He went the extra mile to ensure my comfort and convenience. Give that guy a raise.

*Disappointing Experience at Gunther Kia* I recently purchased a new Kia Seltos from Gunther Kia on Monday, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. Initially, I requested a test drive, but it took an excessive 30 minutes or more for the car to be prepared. I was excited to finalize the purchase, but the wait continued. After completing the paperwork, I was told the car would be ready within 10 minutes, only to wait another 30 minutes or more. To my surprise, when I finally got into the car, it was completely out of gas. The salesperson had assured me that the car was being cleaned and fueled, but apparently, that wasnt the case. Furthermore, I was not provided with a spare key, with the explanation that it couldnt be found and would be followed up on later. While Im thrilled with my new Kia Seltos, the service experience fell short of expectations. For a dealership of Gunther Kias reputation, I expected more attention to detail and better communication. *Rating:* 2/5 stars *Recommendation:* Improve test drive preparation, streamline delivery process, and ensure vehicles are properly prepared for new owners.

Today I went in for my first car wash after buying my new Kia earlier this year. Fran was really nice and he took care of me and kept me updated along the way. And lol while waiting I had complimentary coffee and got to relax and listen to Podcast on my phone to take up the time.

I recently had a disappointing experience at my Kia dealership that I feel compelled to share. Since purchasing my car, I ve had ongoing issues with the weather protectant stickers, which needed to be replaced as they were not sticking properly. Additionally, my cigarette lighter has never worked since I bought the vehicle. During my most recent service appointment, I specifically informed my advisor about these issues again. While my car was in for service, I received a message stating that the cigarette outlet works fine and that it was my charger causing the problems. However, I reiterated that the driver side outlet has never worked since I took delivery of the car, and I needed help scheduling an appointment for the sticker repairs, as this has been a persistent issue since day one. To make matters worse, my advisor, Fran, left before I picked up my car. I spoke with another employee, Ryan, who confirmed that the driver side outlet indeed was not functioning. He mentioned he would leave a note for Fran to order a new part, but I havent received any updates since then despite reaching out. This lack of communication and follow-through is frustrating. It seems like my concerns were not fully addressed, and I m left questioning whether they even checked the cigarette lighter at all. How can Fran know what part to order without the proper inspection? Now, it appears I ll need to return for yet another appointment, wasting my time and taking more hours from my workday. To top it all off, shortly after leaving the dealership, I began experiencing tire pressure issues. I had not faced any such problems before my appointment, leading me to suspect that they may have inadvertently run over a nail while inspecting my car. Overall, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I hope the dealership improves its service and communication to better support its customers in the future. I am still awaiting their communication to resolve these ongoing issues.

They made us wait 4 hours to finalise the car after that they added extra 120 dollars per month of their extra package which should be an option but they said that this was mandatory and we have to pay the extra 120 dollars per month if we buy the car. Worst car dealership ever

Great! Oil change and tire rotation. There were a ton of people in line with me at 8 am. But it didn t take any longer than usual. Waiting room was large and nice . They were quick moving people through. Lots of service attendants available for all of the customers. Comfortable waiting room. My attendant, J., was attentive. I would say this is one of the better dealers I have been to recently. Above average service comparatively speaking for me.

Bought car in oil change fine however they forgot to wash it... Sorry for what this car cost and how the messed up did my paperwork without adding gap... Not a big fan! Been leasing for 9 years 10 point low didnt give a dam my payments were on time and even early! Now they have to be told step by step what to do! Change oil, rotate tires wash the car. Standard procedure since I started leasing.

Great dealership! Purchased a Kia from Taylor on Saturday after car shopping for over a month. We were able to quickly meet on a fair price without any aggressive sales tactics. The cars at this dealership appear to be well-maintained and clean (mostly stored in a parking garage and not an open air parking lot like many of the larger dealerships). The prices were reasonable and the process was simple. My new car has over 30k miles and feels like it just came out of the factory. This will be our first stop for future vehicles, highly recommend.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am and at 2:00 pm, still waiting to be serviced. Not right. I ended up ubering home ($25.00) with no compensation, no courtesy car, nothing. I could ve come any day. I ve only used Gunther since I moved to south Florida in 2016. Not coming back. So sad
