I bought 2020 honda Odyssey with 36k miles salesman Aldo puchini says van is certified full inspected now the roof is leaking on the back to the back door I take the van back for repair the water get to the sensor box now back door doesnt work service guy says $580 to fixed the leak and $9000 to replace all electric sensors box I pay every month $500 van payment and now I have to pay this repair. Please go to another dealer this people are not honest . We are going to buy another car for are kids not anymore. $40.000 for van is leaking my fault to believe this liers.i bought the van for my wife and kids now inside is wet every time is raining and back door doesnt open.stay away from this dealer they dont care about coustumer. The van on the back seat I find gum candy hair and they say was clean and certificate.

My daughter s car is part of a recall and the service department tried to tell her that it was not recalled but rather the lane departure warning was engaged. When my husband fought the technician, he begrudgingly said that he didn t have the part. We ve been calling daily for this part but cannot get anyone on the phone. Between this and the sales department, I would never buy a car from Holman again. Stay away from this dealership.

The new service tech I dealt with Mickey, was very nice and professional. He called to tell me parts came in and was courteous. For that I would give him 5 stars. The previous tech, text me once told me parts would be on Labor Day and I never heard from her again. I texted and called with no replies. I had to physically drive to Holman for an update since I heard nothing. I waited about months for these parts and felt like I was blown off.

My car battery died right by this dealership while on vacation by chance. I was pleasantly surprised that what normally would ve been a painful and annoying experience actually turned out to be pleasant and informative. Shout out to Mark for taking care of me and my car! My family had a terrible experience buying a used car from them. A complete disregard for the customer. They sold a certified car, claimed it was previously a leasing vehicle, but it was defective. They attempted to fix it twice, and it could have caused a serious accident. They did not resolve the issue in a reasonable or fair manner. The customer is harmed by the way they conduct business.

We bought a certified car from them that was defective, and after three months of the car going back and forth to the service at the dealership, we decided that we no longer trust this car, and they suggested that we exchange it for another one. But in addition to disregarding the 3 monthly payments I had already made, the $4000 down payment I gave for the car would also not be considered. Terrible deal, avoid this dealership!

I really enjoy leaving 5-star reviews for companies, however, in this case, AVOID Holman Honda. The first clue was waiting for the assigned service representative for over fifteen minutes while four other staff members were goofing off. I made it clear that the primary reason for being there was to diagnose the problem with my air conditioning with a two hour limit because I had to go to work. During the two hours, the mechanics completed a service check (One of those was done less than six weeks ago at the dealership where I bought the car), and indicated they needed a follow-up visit to access the dye that was injected into the system. So I returned to the dealership where I purchased the car for the repairs. And they found NO dye! I had been lied to. Two voicemails to the service manager a week apart to register a complaint and ask for a partial return of payment have been ignored.

I appreciate the service and the advisor checking if the compressor was still under warranty. That was excellent. Thank you to Eddy! However, I raised an issue regarding the steering that is very problematic. This is not the first time I raised this issue. I was told then and now that the computer scan did not show anything wrong. Yet, if I as the driver of the car raise this issue, I wonder if more attention can be given to this. Computer scans are machines/ robots, but human observations are equally if not more important. Honda has a class lawsuit regarding steering issues. While my car does not fit the year for this class lawsuit, it certainly has a major issue with the steering to the point that it is unsafe to drive. Yet, whenever I raise this issue, no attention is given to the problem. As a long-time customer, I expect that more attention be given to the issues I raise and perhaps, even complimentary check on this issue, since it is a common that other Honda cars have been having.

I had my car towed in for bad battery and told my technician Xavier, would be there in 30 mins. When I got there, the battery was replaced, no charge. He then reminded me of oil change indicator. UPDATE: July 30th, 2024, I went to check my tire pressure, I was shocked to find 1 of the valve stem caps missing from the front tires you installed. You had one job to do, very disappointed! Stay away from the service center! There are so many more reasonable repair options in the area and what they charge is absolutely egregious. Just to determine what was wrong with the air conditioning in my car I was charged $350 - no service, just to tell me what the issue was. And then I was quoted $1,500 for the repair. Months before that, I was quoted $3K for a slew of repairs that I ended up having done elsewhere for less than half the price. Please do not waste your time and money here and go to someone local/independent if your Honda needs service.

Very disatisfied with Homan Honda. This is a build up of issues over the years. Most recently I brought my car in for scheduled service. Oil change was due. Now my car doesnt get a whole lot of use. I bought it new from Holman Honda in 2021 and it has just 14,900 mile on it after 3 plus years, so its not heavily used. When I brought it in I was told it was also due a change in differential fluids. So I had that and the oil change done. I was also told there was a charge for disposal of the oil and that for my car it would be $9.95. After checking my car out they came back with 4 more things that were needed. Engine Air Filter, in cabin air filter, brake system fluid change and 4 wheel alightment. More than youd expect on a car with only 14,900 mile on it. Even so, I gave them permission do 3 of the 4 items. I plan on buying a new car soon anyhow, so just do what I have to So my expected bill of about $70 turned into $550. No complaining about that, I gave the ok to do the extra items. I then got my bill at the end and the final bill was $607. I challenged the amount based on the prices they gave me. They told me the disposal fee was about $55. I was told it was about $10. They they told me there was additional disposal fees due to the extra work I okd. That made me angry that they didnt disclose that up front when they gave me the prices for additional work. I was angry with them that they didnt disclose that with additional work they quoted. They said the range was disclosed on the work order, but they quoted me an amount but declined to disclose verbally the increase in disposal fee. That pd me off. Then when I went to pay, their payment system changed. I was no longer able to use my apple pay. They use google pay now. Well I dont carry my credit cards with me regularly anymore because of theft in the past. Google pay doesnt have my credit cards, so I was unable to pay my bill. They offered to bring me home to get my physical card and bring me back. I said ok, but then the person that was going to drive me home argued with service rep that he wasnt going to do that. At that point I had it and just ordered an Uber to bring me home and back again. Once my uber arrived they ran out and said theyd bring me home. Too Late! I already paid for my uber. I can go on with other historical problems Ive had with Holman, but thats another day. Bottom line, they will push other items that need to be done to increase profits, then give you bad customer service. I will NEVER use them again. They also lost the sale of a new car to me.

Soon as i walked in Anthony helped me right away and even offered tire services for one of my tires which i didnt even mention to them. Everyone there was very friendly! If I could give this place zero stars I would. So I was very disappointed by the service my daughter and I received. We had an appointment with David Cohen which started out okay. What made it very disturbing was when my daughter asked for her credit to run to see what she qualified for. We waited for a good 15 minutes for David to come back and stated that he ran my daughter s credit report to several banks and the only one that came back was Capital One. I found that strange but we told him we will think about it. Your dad and I decided to try another Honda dealership. This dealership was very welcoming. We worked with a salesperson who when we told him what happened at Holman Honda , the first thing he asked was where was the credit report that they ran, we never got one we told him which was very strange. Wait it it s worse. Once the salesperson at the new dealership ran her credit report we found out that David lied that he ran my daughter s credit through several banks. He ONLY ran her credit for one bank NOT several. Really? So to conclude this we will never do any business with Holman Honda because they cannot be trusted. P. S. Ray Quesada is an absolute scumbag, just like most used car salesman. I purchased a car from here 2 years ago (financed) and I regret it more than I can put into words. Way overpaid, oversold on things I didn t need, and post sale customer service is horrible. Run from this place. They don t help you find a car to fit your needs and budget, they just take advantage of what you don t know. In my case, I was stupid enough to go through with the purchase because of excitement and not knowing any better. My service advisor was Xavier was excellent in his communication and attention to my car care. I give him 5 stars. BUT the RED Immediate attention alerts from the service techs. diagnosis did not require any immediate attention at all!!! And the solutions were SO OVER PRICED and UNNECESSARY that I do NOT feel comfortable bringing my car in for any service except recalls or maybe transmission issues. Honda should really think twice before trying to scare people into services that arent truthfully needed.

Adding an update: Ive been using Holman Honda to service my Honda for over 10 year. I trust my service advisor, Mark Hartman, 100%. When my warranty was over it didnt matter to me. I stuck with Mark knowing that he was honest and taking great care of my Odyssey. This past week I wanted to peek at the new HRV. I just wanted to take a look at it. We walked in not planning on buying, and walked out with a new car. That tells you a lot! Isaac was pleasant throughout the entire experience and we really enjoyed working with him. He was without a doubt a great salesman and we would definitely recommend him to friends looking to buy a Honda! Overall the ENTIRE buying experience was great from start to finish. And Im thrilled that I will get to continue to work with Mark when it comes to servicing my new car. I had an accident with my brand new car and was very frustrated with what happened. I brought it straight in to Mark Hartman. He took the time to explain in detail what was wrong and assured me that it was safe to drive. He immediately ordered the parts needed to fix my car. When I brought it back in, he took excellent care of my car and treated me with respect. I felt completely confident that Mark did Exactly what was needed to get my car back into perfect working order. He also took great care to return my car in pristine condition. It is a pleasure to work with him! I always know Im being taken care of fairly and honestly. Sadly, Mark is no longer there but I now work with Eddie in service. MOST OF THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE OBVIOUSLY FAKE. They are EXTREMELY UNTRUSTWORTHY and DISHONEST human beings that prey on customers to earn their commission, but then again it is a car dealership, not sure why I expected it to be any different. Overall, the car is great. The sales tactics and financial process is terrible, Im pretty sure I got a crappy lease deal for a CR-V hybrid, but thats part of the auto sales business I guess. I have been a MINI driver since 2012 and have worked with Scott Friedman at FLL MINI since that time. My 2015 MINI was totaled and I needed a new car. I reached out to Scott but MINI has gone up in price since 2015 so Scott suggested I see Randy Grimes at Honda. I connected with Randy who referred me to Erion Mucollari who sold me my new Honda Civic. The whole experience was great- I saw the car May 17th and I picked it up on May 24th. Andres in financing explained everything and I ended up buying the service plans. My payment is more than I planned for, but within my budget. Erion was very professional. He stayed in touch with me via text messages and made me feel like a valued Holman customer. Erion took the time to explain the various features of the car, sent me links to videos, took me out for a test ride and made the buying process organized and efficient. I like Holman because it doesnt feel like a big impersonal dealership. I was always greeted by other salespeople on the several times I visited the dealership. Erion was outgoing and confident, yet approachable- and that was very much appreciated by me. I feel like a made a good decision. Honda was not on my radar until Randy Friedman recommended it to me. in order to fix the air conditioner, they asked for almost $3,000, and this included another $400 just for diagnostics. for a 2010 car that costs a little more than the air conditioner alone. no attention to customers, even though 2 Honda Accords have already been purchased at this center, I will never buy or service them at this center again and do not recommend them to others.

I went in to get my car serviced. It was my first time to Holman. I have been to Braman, Hollywood Honda and Rick Case Honda. I must say Holman was THE BEST! I was greeted when I stepped out of my car, directed to my service agent, Kevin Sanchez and treated royally! Kevin is the best! He listened, provided me with the best and most cost effective options and even called a Lyft for me! Wow! The others cant compete. I did my search and wrote to all the dealers from Coral Spring to Homenstead and they all try to cheat you with deals that are not serious or honest. Very shady practices! I made an appointment for transmission oil change and informed the rep that the car had two recalls. They were going to service the car without any problems. Ten minutes later I was asked to sign a release document that if anything else that happened with the car that had to be fixed they would not be liable. I told the rep (AG) that I could not sign that document. He proceeded to give me my car back and not even the recalls were assessed.
