I had an amazing experience dealing with Dani buying my first exotic car at first I was afraid because I'm all the way in Boston Massachusetts and they're all the way down in Florida but after talking with him he pulled the deal through along with the Duaa who was very great and helpful and getting the deal done. I received my car Lamborghini Urus and I tell you I love it it was great dealing with them I see people they leave bad comments well I could tell you I have a great one to leave and this is it. The best place to buy your exotic cars I will be back with some of my friends... God bless them over at Carrio Exotic Motor Car... the beauty to all of this although I have my car they picked right up when I call back when I have questions and that is well appreciated from a customer's standpoint

Purchased an Aventador from Carrio 4 weeks ago, half a million dollar deal, sight unseen, only 3k miles, special addition car I had been looking for for quite some time. Purchased from Carrio, had some issues with final delivery, but the Carrio team ended up making it right in the end. Overall, super happy with the beautiful Aventador 50th Anniversary sitting in my driveway now :). I would not recommend buying from these guys.
I bought a 2020 mclaren 600lt from Antonio. I was told the car was in working order with no faults or check engine lights.
When it arrived, the coolant temp was 239 so I had to take it to get the recall done, no big deal.
But then at Motorcars of Atlanta, they found a stored fault for low fuel pressure and check engine light that had be cleared. They also said the car was tuned and didn’t have cats or o2 sensors, which nobody had told me.
Turns out the ecu is bad and needs replaced.
Also being in Georgia, I cannot register the car because of the codes of no cats/o2 sensors. It also has a check engine light due to evap leak due to bad charcoal cannister. So since I can’t register it in Georgia, they essentially sold me an illegal car in my state.

What I’m more upset about than the car, which can be fixed, is the fact that I can’t get anyone to talk to about this. The communication is great when you are buying the car but once it’s in your hands and you have any questions or concerns, they act like they care but will never call you back or respond and I find that the most frustrating. Needless to say I would probably avoid buying a car from them unless the communication improves.
The cars themselves are great but the lack of communication is frustrating.

I was very apprehensive upon considering this dealer given the mixed online reviews but decided to give it a shot since they had my one of a kind car. I have always bought RR from Braman so was a bit scared going with an independent place . I can’t say enough good things about Dani and Duaa . My car was inspected at RR service dept with a PPI . They placed a new battery just to make sure all perfect . Communication was always great, all the staff is super friendly including the owner . They went beyond to make sure I was at ease and happy . Will go in couple weeks with FIL to look at cars . RR dealers are wonderful but high $ and the biggest issue is they never have a good selection while Carrio has the most varied stock for all budgets . Thank you guys for a smooth transaction, Dr. Lulu🤣

most incredible selection of high end and exotic vehicles, I've ever seen! incredible selection. Sold us a clean late model G63 AMG with very low miles. transaction was easy. Vehicle was nicely detailed and polished for delivery.

A family business with a professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Jacob, Tony and Dani were very helpful in every aspect of the transaction.

And walking around the car collection was better than any museum or car show I've ever been to.

Had the pleasure of buying a 2016 Huracan from Hill at Carrio and the experience was fantastic. Bought out of state sight unseen. Asked for a PPI and they facilitated it on the spot and had it done in under 6hrs. Airport pickup in a fully optioned Gwagon was a very nice touch! The whole team was fabulous! Will use them again! Probably the nicest high line exotic dealership I’ve ever seen! Exceptional inventory, building cleanliness, etc…. 10/10

Don t ever buy from here the biggest scammers / thieves literally steal all your money and take the car back. So many on going law suites for the same thing. They trick you buy getting you approved Thro they leasing company since they own the leasing company as well then repo the car .. this just didn t happen to me ! Want to take a moment and share my magical experience with carrio motors today ! From a very professional sale person Danilo to the welcoming finance lady dua to the friendly owner . Danilo was very nice , helpful and made sure to walk me through cars patiently till I made my mind .. They were very nice , clean cars , honest up front on everything on their cars, smooth transaction, they even have someone making sure that car loaded to the shipping truck safely before it leaves their promises . This is my first experience with them , but definitely not the last . Not even sure if I will deal with any other dealership beside them Thank you carrio family for everything.

Purchased a car through this dealership and photos misrepresented the shape of the car. The dealership used duct tape to hide the fact that the top was coming apart and the rear window was detaching from the convertible fabric. Took almost a month for the car to be delivered and the car had a cracked windshield. The transport company is refusing to take responsibility. Buyer beware! Be careful with the photos they send..

Steer clear. I bought a 2016 Mclaren 570S from these guys. The dealer said the car was good to go and needed nothing, (the saIesman even sent pics and videos). I worked with the dealer and the process was smooth and pleasant, until I took delivery of the car. Before I even left the dealership, the car blew a coolant hose, puking coolant everywhere. It was towed to a shop to have that fixed. On the way home, I noticed the brakes grinding, radio/hvac controls inoperative, and Key not recognized light is on. I texted the salesman on the way home with no response. I called the next day and did get a reponse suggesting possibly trading into another Mclaren they had. This was agreeable to me, but they had no further response after many text messages/phone calls. Fast forward a week and the car dies. It needs $10k worth of work (starter, water pump, caliper bolts that were missing, Wheel lug bolts, and misc gaskets and clamps). Enclosed is a picture of the caliper missing one of two bolts. Final note, I paid for a Pre-purchase inspection, but made the mistake of trusting the shop Carrio recommended.

This is a bittersweet review because I really wanted to purchase from JC!! From the moment I started Lambo shopping it was JC who was my personal assistant. He was the most amazing person and made me feel so at ease. I must have visited this dealership over 3 times trying to find the right Lambo. It was never an issue to test drive a vehicle and no high pressure sales. He was VERY patient - more than I prob would have been!! lol I even flew my husband down to meet JC b/c he was so amazing when I was all over the place trying to figure out the right Lambo for me. I started out looking for a Gallardo and ended up purchasing a Huracan EVO - but not from the best associate ever. The owner was a bit rigid when it came to one of the EVO s I was interested in but that had no bearings on the level of care and specialized attention I received from JC. Carrio has a large selection of exotics as well as a pristine showroom. It s an adult candy store in there!! I did end up purchasing elsewhere but it was a decision based solely on my personal preferences (year, color, interior). I felt like I betrayed JC .. but rest assured I will be ready to upgrade soon (in 6mos-1yr) and it will be none o ther than Carrio thanks to JC!!

HORRIBLE experience. NEVER AGAIN. They sold me a car not described. I drove the car back the next day and they didn t take it back. They told me I was stuck with it. They then told me if I found something else they had I could trade. So I picked a vehicle and they lied to me multiple times saying it was sold but it wasn t. They did this with multiple cars lying that they weren t available so I was stuck with the messed up car they sold me. Their salesman told other people the cars were available so I knew they were lying to me. They started to ignore me. Then demanded I take the messed up car they sold me off of their lot.. are you kidding? Liars. Scammers. They have a guarded gate & a massive guard dog for a reason. They are obviously in these situations a lot and are scared of their wrong doings coming back on them.

EDIT*** I originally posted a five star review , however, after I purchased my first exotic through this company I realized they completely screwed me. They had the car listed at a lower price on there website. And while the experience of buying the car was nice, they but a higher price the price Despite us never talking about a higher number. So after signing documents and purchasing the vehicle, I realize the car was $10,000 more expensive which didn t include dealership fees or taxes. I ve tried to get in touch with the company after purchasing the car to which no surprised they have not sent me an answer or responded to my calls or emails for weeks. If you decide to purchase a car from them, beware, And be very aware of what you re getting into.

Here is my honest experience with the company. I found a car online that they had listed. I asked for videos and photos and a review of the vehicle as I was near the card to come and and see it. I was told that the vehicle was in mint condition and zero visible damage Upon receiving the vehicle, there were numerous faults with a vehicle from stain and damaged interior both seats and carpet front and side skirts. Tons of road rash and the front clip had been repainted which was not noticeable in the pictures. That they sent Upon expressing my concerns with the company, they said it all must ve been done by the shipping company that was booked by me So before purchasing a vehicle from them, buyer beware if you re not near them, I would hire a third-party company to come by and inspect the vehicle as they will not be honest about it

I don t write reviews. But I have to with this purchase. Jordan at Carrio Motor Cars was exceptional. How to you purchase a Bentley site unseen? Buy it thru Jordan. It can be very nerve racking when you do this via the phone. Jordan was super from start to finish. The car arrived and I could not find anything to complain about. I was almost disappointed! I can always find something to pick on. Not today! Next car will be purchased from Carrio Motor Cars unless Jordan is working elsewhere. Carrio should give this guy Car Salesman of the year.

Great experience. I just purchased a 911 at Carrio Motors and had to share what a great experience I had. Their inventory is incredible. Every high end / super car company is here. I was helped by Jordan and he could not have been nicer. I walked in checked out the car I was interested in, told him to give me a few days to think about it. Came back and within 30 minutes the purchase and paperwork was completed. If you are looking for a high-end vehicle, do yourself a favor and check this place out. A term that is over used is Candy Store, but this is what it is for us grown up kids. Thanks to everyone at Carrio for a great buying experience.

WARNING WARNING. Stay away. I purchased my 2016 lamborghini hurricane here. The car had a vehicle wrap, but I was assured the car was in perfect condition because they knew the owner and he was a previous customer.. When I took the wrap off to change the color, I discovered the vehicle had body damage on all sides that had been poorly repaired, and the wrap was hiding.. To make things worse when I got the vehicle serviced at the lamborghini dealership, they discovered there was odometer fraud. The gauge cluster had been changed out, over twenty thousand miles. I brought all this to the dealer. And there answere to me was, you bought it as is, your problem.

Crooks!!!! Beware!! Absolute crooks. Sold me a truck that broke down on second day after purchase. The truck needs a new engine. Once they take your money they will not return calls and they do not back up their vehicles even after a few days of purchase. Be careful they are horrible people.

TLDR: Carrio Motor Cars was an exceptional (super)car-buying experience. Tony and Duaa took great care of me through every step of the process. You can trust this company to keep their word, do everything by the book, and hook you up with the ride of your dreams at the most competitive prices in the country. Long: I rented an i8 two years ago for my wedding get-away vehicle and loved everything about the car. Since then I have been searching high and low for an i8 in good condition. Finally, a beautiful (almost) brand new i8 roadster was listed at Carrio Motor Cars. After a quick call with the shop, Tony sent over a video with some background on the shop and a closer look at the car I was interested in. After reading some of the reviews online, I was a bit hesitant to come, but I decided to make a leap of faith for my dream car and an hour later I booked a flight from TX to FL. The next morning I was surrounded by over 40 million $ in inventory of some of the most exotic and fabulous cars I have ever seen. I wandered the shop, took pictures, hung out and chatted with the staff, played in a million dollar Lambo and an R8, and eventually took the i8 out for a test drive. Within an hour we were talking financing and I was ready to take this car home. Everyone at Carrio treated me with respect and enthusiasm in a zero pressure environment. I never felt embarrassed, belittled, or rich shamed in any way for wanting to finally buy my dream car. It was a bit like hanging out at Disney World after they close the park and having every ride for yourself. Duaa worked quickly to make the payment process simple, and Carrio was flexible about the whole process. We bought the car on a Saturday when all the banks were closed and then flew back to TX immediately, so financing was tricky at first. But we had a good faith agreement that we would work out the details on Monday and everyone left happy. Carrio hooked us up with a transport company and within a few days I had the keys, the title, and a (brand new) beautiful i8 in my garage. I had my guys at home check the car out and it came back with a perfect bill of health. Ive been driving the car non-stop ever since! Thank you Carrio, Tony, and Duaa for an excellent experience and I honestly cant wait to buy another car from you all...but maybe in a few years! I absolutely love my new i8, my wedding car.

Howdy! First time buyer with Carrio Motors. I m a car guy and have been buying cars for years and years dealing with dealers both domestic and abroad. My experience with Carrio was GREAT from start to finish A+++. Andrew and Jake were both really helpful with any questions I had, and some documentation request regarding the cars history etc.. I felt they were open and shared whatever info they knew about the car, good or bad. I was already planning to do a PPI on the car, and was happy to see they encouraged it and helped with transporting the car to and from inspection. I would definitely buy from them again if the right opportunity shows up, but at the very least looking forward to visiting that beautiful showroom again in the near future

I ve read the good and bad reviews on Carrio. I do believe some of the bad are fake. My experience will Hill and Nick was great. I had a couple hiccups on the financing not being what I was told but we got the deal done on acceptable terms regardless. I m a difficult buyer and requested lots of videos and pics which Hill gladly sent. I plan on keeping this car 2 years and buying another from Carrio. I recommend giving them a chance to earn your business Thanks Again Carrio Team!

Do not purchase a vehicle from these people unless you have it professionally checked out, after receiving the car had to spend $15,000 with Ferrari to replace the fuel pumps to get the vehicle to run, right also vehicle had been in an accident before hit hard in a quarter panel and front end was told this vehicle never been wrecked before got an estimate for $60,000 to fix damages to the vehicle from the airbags being deployed wrong size tires on the rear front tires worn out damage to rear suspension

Recently bought a car here and I was cautious given some of the negative reviews. That being said, my experience was very positive and a fairly straightforward process. I have to give a special shout out to JC who was excellent and incredibly responsive and has great follow up. Carrio were very accommodating and encouraging in terms of getting a PPI and they not only loaded the car on a flatbed to bring to an independent 3rd party but they picked it up and then brought it back to the same place for some routine maintenance (balancing tires and filters) after I finished up buying the car - very accommodating and great service. JC also gave me searched for good rates to transport the car out of state (which was also excellent). Definite 2 thumbs up from me.

I put a deposit on a Rolls-Royce and the next day they sold it to someone else. Dont trust anything they tell you. No business ethics. The owner Jacob is the #1 lair. This is from his salesman Tony. !!!The deposit has been accepted for the 2017 Rolls-Royce dawn SCA666D59HU107044!!!! 1) if the vehicle is sold, why would you accept a second deposit? and not let the costumer know that its a second place? 2) can you provide proof that it was sold before my deposit was accepted? Bet you cant!! Theres a reason why the BBB has so many bad reviews of your Company!! The reason is YOU!!! I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM YOU!!!

Bought my Panamera Turbo from Jake and he was nothing but an honest and stand up guy. Absolutely 0 pressure and both of us were honest with our expectations and where we needed to be on price. Truly one of the best dealership experiences I have had. They did not hide a single flaw and sent as many walk around videos as I asked for! Car showed up in much better shape than I was expecting and has been a blast. Just got it back from Porsche Fort Myers with a clean bill of health after they performed all up to date services on it. So, I was in the market for a new super car. I came across Carrio Motor Cars. They had a very nice selection and so I decided to go to the dealership, because they were local. Side note, I have not bought an exotic locally in a while because most of the local dealerships are FULL OF THEMSELVES!! But, I decided to give them a shot. I went to the dealership un-announced, not thinking it was a big deal, upon arriving, I was greeted by big sprawling gates. I had to announce myself prior to entering, IMPRESSIVE BY MY STANDARDS. Zach met me at the front doors and proceeded to take me into their magnificent show room. I am not easily impressed, for that I have been to them all, but I was impressed. A very nice and wide variety of SUPER CARS. I could not take my attention off one specific one, The papaya spark McLaren 765 LT. So, I started asking questions about it. Zach seemed to have great knowledge about the car and asked if I wanted to drive her. So, I did. I was really impressed by the fact that Zach was not pushy, but extremely helpful. Upon returning, I met Jacob. A young, absolutely approachable, owner of the establishment. Surprisingly, a very humble, knowledgeable young man. So, we talked about the 765 LT and I was trading in my Performante Spyder. We were not on the same page on the whole transaction at first, but through much deliberation, we came to an agreement on the trade. As I left and went home to think it over, I started to do my du diligence and came across their reviews. After reading the reviews I started to get skeptical. There are many fly by night, shady dealerships and I thought this was another one. I started to call around asking questions about them and got mixed reviews. I called Jacob about the reviews and he explained all of it. I told him that I need some re-assurance before I move forward, and he said anything I feel comfortable with, he will make happen. and he did. Not only did he give me a fantastic deal on both sides, he paid off my Lamborghini the next day and gave me a cashiers check for what he owed me. He did everything that he promised that he would do and then some. i know that reviews are very important to a business, especially one like he owns. I believe that a good portion of those reviews were fabricated by his competitors, because Carrio Motor cars was exceptional for me. They made me extremely comfortable with the entire process, and now I have a beautiful McLaren 756 LT because of them. I wish that I could give this company ZERO stars. I attempted to purchase a 2013 Bentley Continental from this dealership. They pushed and pushed and pushed for me to send the wire to them in order to take the car offline so that no one else would purchase the vehicle. Funds was wired to them by my Credit Union and I waited several days to get notification of the car delivery to me. After waiting on the Pre-Check, the Sales person (Cecil) called and told me the vehicles Engine was blown and they would send me my wire back, WHY PUT A VEHICLE UP FOR SALE ONLINE WITHOUT CHECKING THE CAR OUT FIRST??? To date, Im still waiting on my wire to come back and no one is responding to my calls or emails. Im on the hook for TT&L on a vehicle I have no possession of! Please be aware if youre out of State trying to purchase a car from this dealership.

I bought a Jaguar F-type from Jacob and the guys last week, by far the best guys in the business and the best car buying experience I have ever had! I spent months looking for this exact car everywhere. Jacob had the car extremely well priced and on top of that the car I bought from him was much better quality and had more factory options than any of the other cars I looked at other places. Be warned though, if you go to look at a specific car in person and you see the rest of the collection your going to fall in love with all of the cars they have... I will definitely be back for my next car, and in the meantime Im hoping one of my buddies will buy one from them just so I have a good excuse to go back and drool a little more!

Worked with Jacob recently to purchase a V12 Vantage S they had for sale. I ended up having to walk away from the deal but my experience with the guys at Carrio Motor Cars was amazing. They were up front and honest, super accommodating and helpful with getting the car to a shop for a PPI etc. Even though I didnt end up buying this vehicle from them, my experience was great and I will definitely keep an eye on their inventory to try and do business with them in the future.
