Drove 14 hours from Kentucky to Florida and got an amazing deal with help from Stephanie from there financial dep. the drive was worth the deal. If you re considering Carlux, do yourself a favor and RUN in the other direction. This dealership lures in customers with low online prices, only to pull a classic bait-and-switch once you re on-site. We were quoted $16,000 over the phone for a car advertised at $13,000, confirmed it TWICE, and made a 10-hour round-trip, renting a car and taking a day off work only to arrive and be told the price was now $18,000. Their excuse? The call center isn t under their control and they refused to honor the quote, laughing off our frustration. The General Manager s response was beyond disrespectful; he dismissed us, accused us of lying, and even used an aggressive tone to tell us to take it or leave it. No apologies, no accountability just total indifference to their own lies and deception. This business thrives on manipulation. They prey on buyers, lure them in with false promises, and then treat them with complete disrespect once they have you in the door. We lost $450 and an entire day dealing with this place. Their tactics are unethical, and they have zero regard for honest business practices or their customers time and money. If you value transparency, integrity, or even basic respect, avoid this place like the plague. They are nothing but con artists hiding behind a dealership sign.

CarLux exemplifies everything wrong with car buying today. We called ahead, confirmed a $16,000 out-the-door price on a car listed for $13,000, and drove 10 hours round-trip, spending over $300 on travel, only to be told in person that the price was now $18,000. When we challenged this outrageous bait-and-switch, we were met with hostility. The so-called General Manager dismissed our concerns, called us liars, and took zero responsibility, hiding behind the excuse of an outsourced call center. Their lack of integrity is shocking. They bait customers with fake prices, then trap them on the lot with aggressive, high-pressure tactics. This is more than just poor service it s a deceptive scheme designed to exploit people. We lost over $450 and an entire day, all because of their lies. This dealership is shamelessly unprofessional, unscrupulous, and downright predatory. Avoid at all costs you deserve far better than this disrespect and deceit.

Never buy a car from here. TOTAL SCAM! Will show a cheap price on the website to get people through the door but the actual price has 5k extra in fees on whatever you see on the website and all of these fees go to the dealership (not even the taxes come out to that much). The people working know very little about cars. They will tell you all lies and make up excuses and cant even provide a breakdown of what the actual car is going to cost with taxes and fees unless you fill out a credit application with them which will drop your credit score because of an inquiry. If you are a first time car buyer or dont know much buying cars from dealerships dont go here because they will absolutely trick you by showing other websites and trying to justify the price

I have posted this before, and I want yall to know that this is the worst dealership in ft.lauderale.. the prices you see on line isnt the prices you pay.. thats just to get you to the dealership and thats when the real prices and fees hit you.. the warranties and Lojack system that they claim youll get, is fake and theyre charging you between $ 3k-4k, and when you take your car to the dealership for a repair theyll tell you that the warranties doesnt exist

This dealership is a complete nightmare. They ask for your SSN and all your credit details without even telling you the full price of the car upfront. In the end, they make you wait forever (seems like theyre stuck in some outdated, shady sales technique just waste your time). To top it off, they added a ridiculous $2.8K charge for an extended chassis warrantysomething that was never mentioned anywhere. The car, originally listed at $16K, ended up being sold for $22K, and thats before tax and registration fees! While the salesperson was nice, the manager is someone you should definitely avoid. Its shocking that they think they can still get away with tactics straight out of the 80s! Would not recommend

I scheduled an appt to see a specific vehicle for the following day to see that vehicle; a sales representative named Chelsea contacted me and left a voicemail and text message about the vehicle stating it was available (it sold 3 days prior). I was also contacted the morning of to confirm our appt. My husband and I drove over an hour to meet with someone about that vehicle and when we got there we were notified by the general manager that it had sold the weekend prior. There is also nowhere to park in the back as it is stacked with purchase vehicles on its lot. You have to park on the grass in an alley in front of an apartment complex instead of an actual parking lot. Shady as it comes! Avoid the is business at all cost.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. I ve never left a review for a company or product before, goes to show how impressed I was at how terrible this business is and runs. First of all, I traveled over 200 miles to this dealership because they had the specific car I wanted. I called them prior to making the drive and they instructed me in sending them pictures and all the info I could on my car for trade in value and possible deal. I sent them the pictures and info, they instructed me then to make the drive and get the deal done. I make my way down with my fiancé and father just to have them say they have never heard of me or seen the pictures of my car before. I called the number I sent the pictures to and a staff member who was present answered the phone, they never communicated with each other! They then spent the next 5 hours of my day telling me how we can t make a deal happen and if I wanted a deal done they could only give me like 4K for my 2017 Alfa Romeo. After turning down about 7 offers and walking out ready to drive back. They chased me down and finally gave me a decent deal price wise for trade. The car I wanted was on the lot for about 18k the price tag they were charging me at the table on my way out was 26k out of nowhere! The extended warranties they sell you are absolutely the worst and at the highest prices available, don t cover anything and force you to pay out of pocket. While I was there the owner was seen yelling and getting into heated arguments with other customers. There seemed to have been a big disconnect of respect between the dealership and customers. Finally, GOOD LUCK trying to get ahold of these people unless you re trying to purchase a car, any questions, concerns or customer service issues you might have will all get ignored and handled in months down the road. I have never once received a call back from them for an issue I ve had for months now. Do with this as you please but take this from someone who has made a career in the industry of providing the best service possible for my clients, never please never do a deal with this dealership.

I found a Jeep Cherokee that this dealership had listed on both CarFax and Auto Trader. It was listed for sale at $14,452. We called several times to inquire about it before someone took my call to answer questions about the vehicle. After talking to a salesperson, I got an email quote of $21,446. That s a difference of $6,994. Of course, this $21,446 quote is BEFORE taxes, DMV and Doc fees. Turns out that if you re paying cash for this vehicle, you re going to pay about $7,000 MORE than the list price. I hate being deceived and hope that I can prevent someone else from the same trouble and waste of time.

(Warning this is a Long post) My experience I had with Carlux when it came time to buying my car is what you would say was a great experience.. However after having my car only a few days I notice I had roaches in it and a week later it started to have some type of malfunction. Now when I first got my car of course I test drove if and really spent time thinking before I made my final decision. At that time it didn t show any indication that it would have had a malfunction or roaches. Once I became aware of the unforeseen circumstances immediately reach out the dealership which turned to be a very difficult and upsetting process. The receptionist never picked up the calls, nor returned any of my messages and the only way I was able to get through was through the sales, where I was constantly told, they would give me a call back, but they never did. I always had to call them back until I I was finally able to get in contact with Lorenzo, who told me to bring the car in. Once I brought my car in, I told that it will be taken to the mechanic to be fixed . After two days they told me my car was fixed and I went to pick it up and was told that everything was fixed. After 15-30 mins of driving the car it started the wit the same malfunction. I brought my car back to them and at first they weren t willing to fix my car but then decided that they will. After a week of my car being there I picked up my car and was told that everything was good. After driving my car for over an hour going back home it started with the same problem . Side note: I live 4 hrs from the dealership. I had to get rental cars the times I had to leave my car with them to be able to go to work which they didn t even help my pay for not even a little bit towards it . Half way home it started and I was already way to for to even return to the dealership .. thinking about it now I m glad I didn t because what s the point . All they did was reset my car and left it to sit for a day few days. I can say so much more but I m going to stop by saying Carllux does have beautiful cars and when it comes to selling you car they were on top of everything. However I didn t not get any genuine support when I notice the car had problems in which they were very much aware of . I was finally able to get my car fix by the actual car brand dealership which I was told I had recall on my car and they fixed it for free and were very accommodating. I am truly disappointed with Carlux .. and just because this was my experience doesn t mean it will be like that with all, however I couldn t just sit and not say anything about it. They insulted my intelligence instead of just being honest that they didn t want to fix my car because it would have cost them money ..

I arrived with my Capital Pre-approval offer and they still ran my credit and tried to offer me a 13% interest with them. Beware, if youre coming in with your pre-approval. They will run your credit because theyre all scumbags who make real dealerships look bad!

I went with a friend to buy his car. The treatment was pleasant but it started when we got to the financier. The girl is nice but the price in the business is not the same as what was published. Be careful with that when I told her about those written by others. customers and I said some names, she didnt know that strange seller, but be careful, above all, the price is not the one that appears in the ads.
