Months ago, I chose the exact Audi I wanted and I didn’t want to compromise; I even had a print out. They had the exact exterior and interior color I wanted. Update: Service wasn t included in my lease and never was brought up to my attention when I signed the lease and was speaking to financial advisor Maurice who never brought it to my attention. As someone that has leased vehicles, this is an important aspect of leasing vehicles and should always be brought to a customers attention. It seems like it was something hidden to get me to sign without negotiating it & sneaky on the behalf of the advisors. I will be bringing my car into service to another dealership that is more honest as I don t want to give a dime to a dealership that hid something like this from me when negotiating my lease. I wasted an hour and a half in the dealership speaking to the advisor to fix the problem and all he could say was just pay your service fee . No thank you. Such an amazing experience with Devon at Audi Fort Lauderdale! We came in not prepared to lease a car but fell in love with one of the models and decided to go for it! Devon handled everything with excellence and a calm demeanor for a very smooth process! Couldn t be happier with my decision

We bought a new Audi SQ5 prestige and the customer service was the worst. Mr. Nick promised to give us a clean car and fill the gas tank, however he gave us a dirty car and did not comply with what was agreed. He didnt offer us any merchandising, let alone a glass of champagne, even though we came from another city.

This place sucks. Had Eric they guy with a beard. He so busy talking with employees that my 8:30 check in turned into almost 9:00 and then told me I could just leave!!! What kind of costumer service is this. I don t recommend getting a warranty through them. Once the warranty expires you ll still be paying in until the cars paid off.

Steven is attentive and patient, will makes sure to deliver on what you seek in your car. The salesperson is the only good thing about this place. Updating my review here three years later on my experience of Audi of Ft Lauderdale they do not provide any loaner cars, like ever (it s always a month of wait if you need one), and barely even an Uber or Lyft ride for services that the dealer must cover. It s amazing that you pay for luxury and are treated as if they are doing you a favor and not even able to meet basic market services offered across most dealerships. I will not be purchasing or renewing my lease with this dealership. The Service department lacks Service!

Im an Audi Driver. My family are Audi drivers. This visit was stress-free as usual! I had a recall - albeit it took 2 days - but the issue was corrected. Even a weird dashboard issue seemed to be resolved when I brought it to their attention. What can I say...Im so glad I own an Audi. Customer Service at this location has never been an issue.

They did a decent job on my car, but the service is awful. I came in for scheduled maintenance with AudiCare. Jason told me I needed a bunch of things that were completely unnecessary and wildly overpriced. The estimates he gave varied by several hundred dollars for the same services. No joke - they charged me $30 to change the battery in my key fob. Go somewhere else.

My lease was up in Dec. 2024 and Audi in Ft. Lauderdale took very good care of me. This is the second vehicle that I get from Audi located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Eric, our salesman, was fast efficient and communicated all clauses timely. Came in at about 2:30pm and by 5:30pm I was driving out with my new Q5. Come in ready with what you want and the payment option, and I promise your experience will be top notch. James in finance also made the process fast, was sitting in his chair for only 15 minutes. I bought a 2017 Maserati Gran Tourismo from you. I shopped for about a month before I bought one from you. The car was delivered to me in Texas where I live. The car was as beautiful as the photos that I saw of the car. Problem, car did not run. They told me that they would bring the car to a Maserati dealer in Dallas and that it would be resolved. I was told that it was the battery and that they would replace it. That was done and delivered to me. The car still had a problem. The seals were rotten and needed to be repaired at a cost to me of over $4200. Buyer beware.

I own a S-8. First one purchased at champion off of 95 and maybe Copans. After the five-year Warranty bought a new one in coral Springs. There was always a difficulty getting a loaner car and making appointments. Coral Springs became a little easier, but it was so far away from a downtown Fort Lauderdale address. So there was always the promise that once they built a dealership in Fort Lauderdale access to loaner vehicles would become easier, and since I would be living so close to the dealership, the opportunity would be to drop a loaner off at my house or just come and pick the vehicle up. So I bought my third S-8. 2021. These cars are ordered. you have to wait to get them. I was promised by my salesman and the dealer sales manager, as well as the service manager at the time. The service manager and the salesman moved over from Coral Springs. I d already known who they were and I ve already done a tremendous amount of business with them. I was a little shocked and surprised when I brought the car First check up and they weren t going to pick the car up from the house and then they weren t going to give me the loaner. They came by and dropped off a loaner and took the car in for the work and the opposite get my car back. So this past September, I needed to bring it in for oil change and customer inspection. I could have an appointment within a week and I d have to bring the car in and they would send me home and a lift. If I wanted the loaner vehicle I would ve had to wait Five weeks and that would ve gotten the repairs done in October. I contacted the service representative three times. She never called me back when I finally got through to her. She claims that she never got a message anywhere.. How convenient! I called the service manager and left messages. He never called me back. We never discussed if he received them. I then called the dealership manager for some reason. I think he was at another location left messages again they never called me back. She said she could do nothing to get me a vehicle. We went to the service manager next. I went through my history with him. This is a new person. He could care less he did not care that I would never buy another Audi. He did not care that I would leave Audi. He did not care at all! I called Audi USA. They don t care. Dealers have autonomy. Well, let me tell you what I know. my friend who bought a used UV Genesis from the dealership gets a loaner brought to his house, and the Genesis is taken in for service. That is with a 2-day appointment notice! My friend who owns a Cadillac SUV he does not get a loaner car brought to his house But he gets a loaner car when he brings it into the dealership with a three day appointment! Audi have beautiful cars! They re gorgeous! They re quality material quality manufacturing there are worth every dollar that you pay for them, but if they re not gonna give you the respect and the service that you deserve go somewhere else.

I came in for a scheduled 20k service. The service agent tried to rush me to sign a 3-page document where I saw the cost was over $2,000. He couldn t explain the extra or suggestive maintenance. That was deceive and dishonest to over charge a customer for unnecessary service. I was very disappointed in the customer service. He also couldn t help me with purchasing the Audi care maint package. I lost confidence. I will might take my car else where.

The Audi Salesperson, Roberto Riera did an outstanding job and I recommend that anyone interested in purchasing an Audi in Fort Lauderdale to work with Roberto. As the oldest son of a widowed mother, I assisted my mother with the purchase of a 2024 Q8 Audi. The car buying process was unusual in that neither my mother nor I could be in FL until after the transaction needed to be finalized. The entire transaction took place via phone and email. I communicated with Roberto that the vehicle needed to be delivered to my mothers FL home before my mother returned to Florida. My mother is a snowbird and she needed a vehicle waiting for her before she arrived. Roberto was very responsive to my questions and concerns and very professional throughout the process. Roberto, also personally delivered the vehicle to my mothers home as requested. I could not be more pleased with the experience!

Had an appointment scheduled for 9 AM on a Monday morning. Had the car at the dealership by 8:30 AM. After waiting several hours to hear from the dealership, I contacted them and was told the car hadn t been looked at and would need to be examined late that day or next day. The car was not examined until midday on the second day and then was told due to parts being delivered. Would have to wait to get the car until Friday. Initially was told the car would be done by Tuesday or Wednesday. I Believe that appointments should be honored at the time they are scheduled or shortly thereafter. I think the delay of several days was very inappropriate.

I want to thank Steve, Phillip, Maurice and Frank for working with me to get the car I ve wanted for months. Months ago, I chose the exact Audi I wanted and I didn t want to compromise; I even had a print out. They had the exact exterior and interior color I wanted. Everyone worked diligently with me to make sure I was happy! Everyone was professional. I didn t feel pressured or rushed throughout the process; I had all the time to read over the paperwork. All my questions were answered. Everything was truly straightforward, and I appreciate that so much! They truly made this a pleasant experience and after having had a bad experience before, this reminded me that dealerships do have integrity and are genuine. I m really grateful for the experience I had and I would truly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of an AUDI. Audi FTL, and in particular Charlie Hardy, was hands down the best experience I ve ever had. As a female, single, 30-something, there are quite a bit of cliches out there being treated rudely, discounting the research or knowledge we have, or being taken advantage of. NONE OF THIS happened with Charlie at Audi FTL. I went to two other Audi s in the area and sadly was treated as such by them. Charlie was warm, personable, kind, and extremely patient. If you re looking to lease or buy an Audi, I cannot recommend Audi FTL enough! Thank you all for a fantastic experience!

Audi Fort Lauderdale is lucky to have Frank Fernandez working there. He is terrific. This is the third or fourth Audi I have leased from him. His knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness are invaluable. I also had the good fortune to work with James Phillips. This was my first time working with him and he shares the same attributes as Frank. During my whole adult life, I have only had Audis and will continue to do so.

I had a low tire pressure light come on as I was driving by the dealership. So I stopped in and they looked at it and determined it was a short on the light. They were low a few lbs. so they added the nitrogen since they are run flat tires.

What a rip off 837.00.00 dollars to install a battery. I called Coral Springs Audi and it was 567.00 big difference.. They ripped me off for 300 dollars. Call and get prices before going to this place. I was told their labor fee is well over 300 dollars an hour.. I even went so far as to call as to call Audi of Natick MA.. 567.00 same as Coral Sorings .. So do your homework don t get ripped off like me.. and when I asked for a manager he was conviently in a meeting .. Never AGAIN STEER CLEAR

Abbas is hands down the best sales rep I ve ever worked with! He s not your typical car salesman who pushes you just to make a sale he s more like a trusted adviser. He walked me through the pros and cons of leasing vs. owning, and even helped me weigh trading options. Abbas is super patient, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured. This is our familys third Audi with him, and every experience has been fantastic. If youre in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Abbas in Fort Lauderdale you won t regret it!

Brought in a used car that I purchased a few weeks ago from a toyota dealer. We did 30k service check prior owner purchased. My car has electric issue as the entertainment center is possessed i.e skipping to different stations. They update you with videos and stay in contact. They provided drop off and pick up services, which freed my time. Overall, it was a seamless process. The coffee is good also. Monday seems to be extremely busy.

I especially liked the video I received from the technician telling me he replaced the faulty part and then test drove the vehicle to make sure there were no issues. Great job!

Every time the car is brought in here there is some major issue that cost an exorbitant amount of money. This time is was a 1096 dollar light assembly when the reality is theres a bad 4 dollar bulb. Im not even sure the car is thoroughly inspected as there is a missing plastic engine guard that has not been in place for two visits to audi ft lauderdale. There has not been any mention of this missing part.

Bought an RS5 here with my fiance a year or 2 ago. You d think we d bought a 20k pre owned by the way we re treated. Any other dealership will be worth your while. The service is terrible with sales and service. Servicing our car, they don t offer loaners or even provide regular updates; it s like pulling teeth. Do not recommend purchasing a car here.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Charlie was my sales guy and he went above and beyond at every stage of the process - from handling a challenging trade-in through getting me into an amazing car. His sales manager, Phil, was also a great help in providing sage counsel regarding my trade-in, helping me think through various options. And lastly, James in finance expedited the process and helped structure a great deal from a financing perspective. Folks at the dealership were friendly.

The service was far more expensive than I thought. I had come in for an oil change due to a warning in the dash. I was immediately confronted with numerous things I needed to get done to insure my warranty. The bill was over 1000.00 and was originally quoted at 1700.00 plus the job took 2.5 hours longer than told. I told them I didn t want to come back for ANY reason for at least another year and a half. My car had only 12000. Miles on it!

Great first experience at Audi of Ft.Lauderdale! It was so good, that I came away with a brand new Audi SQ5 and a renewed faith that the car buying experience can actually be non stressful. Kudo s to Shanon, the dealers on line specialist who set us up with Christian, our sales consultant. Christian is an industry veteran whose goal is to make the car buying/leasing experience as pleasant and stress free as possible. He let us drive multiple vehicles as we were very undecided about the choices of engine performance and various levels of packages. He was very patient and explained all of the differences without trying to steer us to a vehicle or level of package the dealership wanted to promote. The typical go to manager for the deal portion was painless and after a couple of rounds of negotiating, we were done .. I became a first time Audi customer and will be back for another one.

Shannon was great at following up with us when we first inquired online a month ago. When we arrived, Christian knew we were coming and we were greeted immediately. The process was so not like what we are used to as a car buying experience- there was no hard sell or anything like that. He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We test drove 5 cars - now that s patience. We leased a SQ5 and drove it home.

Typical car dealer. Said we could have the car over the phone and text, and then someone comes in and takes it. Sorry Audi, but we cant come in on a whim on a Monday and make a deal. We told you we wanted it. We told you we would take it. We sent in the credit app. You sold it and you wonder why car dealers get a bad wrap.

I live in Virginia Beach and with Christian s help was able to purchase the car, on line, and have it sent here to Virginia..Christian arranged for everything he sent all the necessary paper work to the Virginia DMV in Richmond and arranged for the car to be picked up and shipped here to VB. I first would like to start by sharing that I have been a loyal Audi customer for seven vehicles. Traditionally always worked with the same client advisor. However, he moved out of the Florida market. The Fort Lauderdale dealership reach out to me inquiring about me upgrading my current lease. When I shared with them the vehicle on which I was looking for I was met with, typical sexism As I am a female. The assumption that a vehicle that is $8000 more than what I currently own would result in a $250 a month car payment as well as derogatory comments as to me not understanding or being aware of the difference in price is completely degrading. Since Covid Audi has come very greedy so much so as that, they refuse to give a payoff quote to their loyal clients unless they went into a dealership. The payoff quote for myself was very different compared to what the payoff quote was for a competitor dealership as well as a third-party company. Speaking to several representatives from Audi, including the head service manager, and another location shared with me that this was a tactic in which Audi started during Covid to prevent people from treating their cars into other dealerships. It is resulted in loyal clients being deterred and discourage from continuing a relationship with the brand I share this feedback directly with the team member who reached out to me and shared with him. I will no longer be moving forward with my relationship with Audi. Just the residual, as well as the fact that there is so much sexism still within the car industry when females come forward, purchasing or leasing a vehicle is truly disgusting and this dealership is a prime example of that . !
