This location and Vystar in general went from the best of the best to the worst of the worst. 15 people in line, 2 tellers and I've been 3rd in line for nearly 30 minutes. Online app has been unusable since it failed. Just disappointed in my previously favorite bank all around. Time to find a new bank

Just completed my second financial visit with Vystar's office in Fernandina Beach this year. My spouse and I have been members for more than a decade. Every now and then someone makes an impression. Competence, knowledge of modern banking, the details of investments, and just plain good natured, concerned help are hard to find these days. Please give AnnLaury Jean-Baptiste my sincere thanks for her help with our accounts. I have been banking at this branch since it opened. I have always received excellent service. However, one employee shines brightest, Ivan. Ivan is an exceptional asset to VyStar! In one of my recent visits, Ivan suggested a financial improvement to one of my accounts. Recently moved to Fernandina from Alabama. Was overall a little nervous about finding a new credit union due to my last treating me exceptionally well. With that being said I felt right at home after speaking with one of the employees Lauren. The twang in her voice brought back the family style atmosphere I was used to. Very informative and helpful, she got me in and out with all my questions comments concerns answered then and there in one visit. Would definitely recommend this branch to anyone.

I moved to Florida from NY so I was looking for banking services and I stopped in to Vystar to inquire about what they have to offer. I was met at the door with bright smiles from all employees and then I met Kala Mixon, specialist within 2 minutes. She was very kind, articulate, and able to explain everything to me they offer. I spent a bit of time talking to Kala about credit building and an auto loan along with my new checking and savings accounts I decided to open. I felt very welcome and not rushed by Kala. Ive had vystar since 2020, i hadnt had issues until now. I had a issue with my bank acc and they had froze my card without telling me or notifying me, i went to the bank to see what was going on and i did not have some of the things i needed to prepare myself, they told me to come in the next day with said info and i did as instructed. They then said oh we dont need that now were just gonna mail you a form . they were zero help and now are making the process longer when unnecessary. People have bills to pay and dont have time to wait.

I got the pleasure to speak/work with Jarett Delly. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and went over and beyond to help me get approved for a loan and also helped me start to build my credit for the better. So grateful today for my Vystar specialist Italia Caserta. I was actually calling a Rep. I had spoken to many months earlier on a old Vystar business card which turned out to outdated! I just needed to lower my payments on my vehicle to help with my climbing debt. Turns out, Rep. Italia, received that call and quickly contacted me to see if she could help. Amazingly, by the time we finished, I had found out I was pre-approved for extra finances that allowed me to pay off an outstanding debt. Italia offered a cheaper and equally excellent car warranty to mine with IWS that saved me literally hundreds. No kidding. The Rep. Corrine, with IWS, was equally awesome as she explained all my benefits for my warranty! I am so genuinely pleased with my Vystar Bank and those I met today. Definitely a great experience!

VyStar has an excellent Express Draft program for used car shoppers that allows for buying flexibility while shopping at dealerships! You apply for the loan and walk out with the paperwork needed to buy a used vehicle so long as it s less than 15 years old and less than 150k miles.

Denmark hallman and the rest of the employees are the gre are the greatest. Yesterday I was on the phone with who I thought was xfinity discuss the increase in my bill. I did not know this was not xfinity it was a scam. While talking to them I kept getting phone calls from bustard main office. They were calling back to back. When I finally answered they informed me that someone was trying to take out 938.00 from my account and it was Saudi Arabia. VyStar stopped the transaction immediately. Thank you VyStar you are the best
