Excellent experience I had throughout my whole journey with my husband, we had Mr Adrian assisting us the whole way through the process. He communicated effectively with us and was very informative. We received updates and photos of our vehicle as they were being fixed and when it was fully repaired we got word and was able to pick it up without an issues. Definitely someone every body shop should have, our insurance was hesitant and delaying stuff for a few days in fixing certain parts of our car and Adrian was very quick to explain what parts needed to get fixed and why they needed to get replaced and finally our insurance went ahead and approved our repairs and it was a smooth ride from there.

Honestly a nightmare of a company my husband was involved in a serious accident in our 2019 model 3 Tesla. And after months of battling out with lawyers we finally got a settlement. We found car geeks and thought they’d be the perfect fit for the repair job…. What a huge mistake. For example my left side was all pushed in and my driver window shattered. They never called to give updates at all, I was on the phone at least 3 times a week with them by a miracle. When it came to pick up the car they had left scratches on my trim and this paint dust or something sandy which is permanently stuck to the right side and rear windshield of my car (I have no idea why because the only thing they had to fix was my left side) it’s never came off even with hard scrubbing. Then they place a double pane glass which Tesla wasn’t handing out because they were only meant for the 2024 model 3 which hadn’t been released yet. And decided to still place it on my car ruining my entire seal and all I hear is wind coming in at all times. When I showed lily she understood and planned on getting it fixed. The owner later stepped out and I was explaining that the glass wasn’t the fit meant for it and he said “do you mean the tint” “we can’t put tint” as frustrated as I was with his ridiculous response I walked him around all 4 window and showed him how specifically my driver side is 2 times the size of the other windows. After all that till this day that window doesn’t properly work it can’t go up or down with out struggling and I have to hold it up 3 times for it to close (I was quoted $200-$300 to fix it with Tesla) never did it because I shouldn’t have to get it fixed when car geeks did that themselves. But all he had to say was “that’s what Tesla sent” if you would’ve assessed the car properly you would’ve seen your grave mistake that now will have to cost me out of pocket. Once I got home with the Tesla I realized that my back window wasn’t even on the electrical hinge and wasn’t going up or down something else that they had to fix. The job is mediocre. God bless lily for being amazing and helping me out with the most. But after the horrible horrendous experience I was so sick of it I just sucked it up. Lily gets 10 stars in my book and car geeks gets -10. Find someplace else people this ain’t it. RUN DONT WALK!! AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM HERE!!

Fun fact I had Tesla repair come by for a my windshield water pump and explained to them my situation with car geek and they told me anyone could really get Tesla certified for repairs. DO YOUR RESEARCH on the people you want working on your car. You should feel like you’re going home with a new car after getting any damage fixed, unfortunately I went home feeling like I was lied to and disappointed with the outcome of my Tesla. Liars and cheats. We sent our car there over 2 months ago and are still waiting. They've only called 1 time to update my husband. They constantly tell our insurance that the car will be ready, but when the day comes, it never is. I'm going to report them to better business and my lawyer. I don't even trust that the repairs are going to be done well, and they are, of course, charging our insurance high prices. It definitely seems bait and switch. We brought our car there because it was a 2 month old to us car but now I wouldn't bring my KIA there if this happened again. If you love your car, don't bring it here. There is little to no communication, lies, and additional stress only.

Now we are trying to pick our car up and they won't release it because they did work not approved by our insurance and want us to pay for the repair even though it was 100% not our fault. They even told us our towing was 100% complimentary (which was 4 hours late) and now they are trying to charge for that too. Man I was so wrong about this place. The old reviews are just that old.

My trip to Car Geeks was...... An interesting one! They say on their website that it is "a unique experience like no other" and they hit the nail right on the head! Let's get into the details:
I came from Pennsylvania down to Florida to purchase a 2005 Maserati Gransport. Throughout the weekend I had correspondence on a professional and a personal level with Manny who I worked with. Everyone that works there are energetic passionate young guys who love what they do, which makes it very easy to get acquainted with them throughout the process and see it as more then a simple business transaction. The shop is very lively during the week as I came to find, with their mechanics all working on something. The car had an issue with the battery where it would run out of charge while running, ONLY issue it had. They got a brand new battery, swapped it, as well as replaced a tire they previously plugged free of charge which was very welcoming. Made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left the state line back for home. Brand new oil, excellent condition, paint is gorgeous and drives like a dream!
To conclude: These are the kinds of people you can go back to later and they'll treat you just as an old friend back in town. I not only recommend but I appreciate the way that they do business and form a personal relationship with their customers. My whole ride home I was swarmed with people who couldn't believe I got the car I did, in the condition I did, and for the price I did. Not a single place I can thank for that but Car Geeks and Manny! Thanks guys for helping make a young dreamer's dream come true! And thank you Manny for handling all of my incessant questions and anxiety! 🤣

Extremely unreliable body shop, my husband is a returning customer and the experience we've received this time around does not compare to how it was before.
Shop management poorly communicated the whole time regarding status of vehicle, updates on car and even getting a hold of her was a task. She was never available, we constantly had to try to reach out to her for the bare minimum. Very frustrating and disappointing to have to chase her to do her job as she should've been the one attempting to reach us every step of the way. Wouldn’t refer someone here again and would definitely not be coming back if ever needed

Im writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at your auto body shop. The level of unprofessionalism and unethical behavior I encountered is unacceptable and warrants urgent attention. Overcharges and Inflated Bill: The final bill I received was shockingly inflated compared to the initial estimate provided. Its evident that there was a deliberate attempt to overcharge me, which is completely unjustifiable and unethical. Coercive Tactics: I was appalled by the underhanded tactic of tricking me into signing a work authorization without my explicit agreement for the proposed work. This coercive approach not only violates customer trust but also demonstrates a blatant disregard for ethical business practices. Lack of Integrity: Your shops actions reflect a severe lack of integrity and honesty. Customers deserve transparency and fair treatment, neither of which I experienced during my interaction with your establishment. Negative Impact: This experience has not only resulted in financial loss but has also caused significant frustration and inconvenience. Such behavior tarnishes your shops reputation and undermines trust in your services.

If you want your car to be repaired poorly and incomplete, definitely bring it here. Have me the car with a broken control arm, no alignment missing pieces, bumper wasn t even placed correctly, worst paint job I ve ever seen, missing bolts, headlight was placed incorrectly and completely loose my biggest regret was being my car here for a repair. That Tesla Authorized Repair Shop badge needs to be removed ASAP! When I took my car to a different shop to fix all of the errors, they were in awe. Toddlers build better cars than these guys. HORRIBLE!!!!

Run from buying a vehicle off this dealership. I thought I thought I was doing my research on my car search by filtering the vehicles but little did I know I needed to filter the dealership reviews to and I could of avoided this dealership and horrible experience. I called the dealership when I came across a Mercedes GL that had an upgraded interior. The salesman of course tells me how great the suv is and how he would sell it to his mom and neighbor. I explain how I am out of state and would need to book a flight to come see it and with holiday coming up it would be 2 weeks out before I can come down on a Saturday. Not once in the conversation do I get told they are closed on SATURDAY! I am told if I do not like the SUV I can get my deposit. I sent $2,000 via Zelle. I get a esign document where they hand write in Zelle. The rest of the document is not customized to me. No where is vehicle description or date I plan to come to dealership. The next morning I call the dealership and ask to get my deposit back as the car is still listed online and they have not removed it from other potential buyers and I am told it is not refundable and I can apply the money to another car on their lot. I tell the salesman this is the only car I am interested in as I need an SUV that can tow 7,000 pounds and the GL can do this. I just want my deposit refunded and I am denied. After Thanksgiving holiday I make plans to come down and test drive the suv. On day of flight I ask the salesman if they will pick me up at the airport in the GL so I can ride in the car and I am told they do not have INSURANCE on the vehicle. I tell him that is ok I had insurance added on Friday and I am bringing an insurance card. I land and when asked what car to be looking for at airport it is not the GL I have a deposit but the salesman personal car. When I get to the business there is a tow truck bringing in a wrecked car and the lot is filled with damaged wrecked vehicles. There is the GL sitting out by the road. Salesman does allow me to take it out for a test drive which was 2 blocks down a side road by the dealership. I asked if I could take out on freeway and I am told the GL is not registered and I can not drive it anywhere but the side road. We get back to the dealership and I go to adjust the height on the GL and the air suspension does not work so I tell the sales man while I am in Florida I would like to test drive another GL. He informs I have to pay my balance on the car today and I am not getting my deposit back. I tell him how can not buy a car you have no registration for or insurance.

I love Florida for making me see these guys twice a year! They ve been a great help with fixing my car after accidents, nice to feel that they care about deadlines and do their best to assist in speeding up the process as much as they can without compromising on the quality. Every time I drop off the car they d give me a loaner vehicle free of charge so I have something to drive while I wait.

SCAM!!! Do not, I repeat do not go here! Jeff and his brother don are the so called sales rep . I have never seen a dealership with unprofessional customer service. The first red flag I should ve seen was the smell of liquor coming off the two of them while on job! They will post vehicles that they don t even have on the lot. Saying it s at the auction and in order to retrieve the vehicle a down payment is needed. I wasted 2 months back and forth with these two shystie goons. Save yourself TIME and MONEY go some place else.

I wish I can select 0 stars for this place. What a scam. They promised to have my car fix in less than 2 weeks and it took over a month. Then their delivery guy try to scam and charge me for the delivery of the car. Best part, a couple days later, the front side frame of the car came off (supposedly that was what they fixed). Looking under the loose frame, I see double sided tape that they used to put the car together. And they stole the plastic rubber from the trunk, (rubber seal to keep rain out).

1st, dont work with Don. Work with russ. You know all the reviews on this place are mixed. Yes, some probably are good. Our experience was not. We made a deposit so we can get an independent shop to do a preinspection on the 2015 Ferrari California T, and boy did it fail. so many things were wrong, but when they said tires were in good condition, they were so bad when Don drove it back that he blew a tire. Now we were told normal wear and tear. Becareful with that starement. Don offered to reimburse the deposit if it failed indection but not normal wear and tear. He saw everything as normal. The car also had glue bonding underneath, so it shows previous damage even though carfax is clean. Don also ate lunch on the back of the ferrari when the shop told him not to, and he said it was his car. Also, he lied to us, so be careful. Russ finally refunded us. My advice is to get the inspection done. It is worth the money for what you pay for an exotic car. We did our inspection at foreign affairs they were an amazing place.

AVOID THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY! Test drove a car and put a $1000 hold on the car while mechanic checked out vehicle. They told me if the mechanic found any problems and decided not to get the car I would get my $1000 back. SHOCKER the mechanic found huge problems with the car which they of course did not disclose. When I tried to get my $1000 back they completely ignored me FOR WEEKS! I am sure they sold that same car to someone without disclosing any of the issues the mechanic found.

Very disappointed. Wrong description.... and a broken windshield! Car left for import, and upon receipt, full of electrical problems, gearbox problem... On the return trip, the battery exploded because it was old and undersized! Outcome of the operation: key module out of order ( 1600) hazard warning button out of order, drivers window lift out of order (), 1 new battery 150.... No maintenance had been done so automatic gearbox emptying compulsory 700, change of the water circuit 750, tampered water hose.... In short, a disaster! I do not recommend this seller who, in addition, is not cooperative and did not want to know anything about the windshield, while the car was in the USA, so I obviously did not contact him for the rest! be very carreful Of course, if needed, I have the original description, testimonials and repair invoices... 09/03/2022 In reponse : 10 years? 66000 miles? Wow!! she was very very old!! :-( Seriously??? and then I should be reasonable?? lol! Its a joke! And in the announcement NO description of the problems ! I add the solenoids of the automatic gearbox to change too ! Everything is fine! Good job! You are lucky to be in the USA! my lawyer would have been very happy to discuss with you! 10 years and 66000 miles! The readers of this message will appreciate your seriousness...

Horrible. Never was I given any document or contract in which it stated that if my insurance wasn t able to give me the proper plan, my $500 would still go down the drain. After explaining to him the situation with my insurance, he told me that was a bs reason and that he wasn t going to return my money. My trip to Car Geeks was...... An interesting one! They say on their website that it is a unique experience like no other and they hit the nail right on the head! Lets get into the details: I came from Pennsylvania down to Florida to purchase a 2005 Maserati Gransport. Throughout the weekend I had correspondence on a professional and a personal level with Manny who I worked with. Everyone that works there are energetic passionate young guys who love what they do, which makes it very easy to get acquainted with them throughout the process and see it as more then a simple business transaction. The shop is very lively during the week as I came to find, with their mechanics all working on something. The car had an issue with the battery where it would run out of charge while running, ONLY issue it had. They got a brand new battery, swapped it, as well as replaced a tire they previously plugged free of charge which was very welcoming. Made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left the state line back for home. Brand new oil, excellent condition, paint is gorgeous and drives like a dream! To conclude: These are the kinds of people you can go back to later and theyll treat you just as an old friend back in town. I not only recommend but I appreciate the way that they do business and form a personal relationship with their customers. My whole ride home I was swarmed with people who couldnt believe I got the car I did, in the condition I did, and for the price I did. Not a single place I can thank for that but Car Geeks and Manny! This dealership is the most shady dealers Ive ever had the misfortune of purchasing a vehicle from. After paying cash for this vehicle and agreeing on a price of delivery, they would not have the vehicle transported unless I pay additional funds above the agreed contracted amount. A week later I agreed to cash app them an additional $200, received the vehicle and decided to go for a test drive at which time the vehicle stoped and refused to shift and/ or start. I phoned the dealer to advise and his only response was that it worked when he drove it. No remorse or concern. I asked if they would be willing to pay for at least half of the lvehicle repairs but they refused without qualms. Horrible experience with salesperson Don. Went to purchase a BMW X6 and I was told to pick up car after purchasing car in cash. When I arrived to pick up car the car was already sold. Was then told I couldn t get my money back. I disputed this issue and was then told I was unable to refunded until 2 weeks later. Continued to reach out and no response until 21 days later. During time I was to pick up check I Was then told I would not get full refund due to inspection that was done before car was sold. (No car was sold) no fine print indicated non refundable fee for inspection. Only non refundable fee would have been if I opted out of buying the car however no car was available to be purchased. I was then told no check would be given to me AT ALL this matter is still ongoing. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company! Very unprofessional!

AVOID BUYING A CAR from Car Geeks. As all the other numerous bad reviews say, they will tell you to zelle them money for a car they dont have. These cars are at the auction. They were not even going to give me any paperwork prior to asking me to zelle them a $2000 deposit until i told them I didnt know them and needed something in writing before I would zelle money to them. I didnt get financing from their lenders and they kept $695 of my $2,000 deposit.

They tried to make it work but could not fix some issues with the car I have selected. I have put down a deposit and it took me some time to get is back. Make sure, if you put a deposit, YOU must ask for it to be refundable. Otherwise your money is gone. 5 star to Rus from the finance team for helping me out.

Incredibly bad, rude, and deceptive car sales operation. Wed seen a 2008 suv online that looked good and the price of $8,995 was within blue book value so we started calling and emailing Friday during their open hours. No answer to emails, phone not answered, voice mailbox was full. But we thought from the photos and the description they put online (really just a list of its standard equipment) the car was promising so we drove 2 hours, 7 minutes on Saturday to check it out. En route they finally answered their phone and Jeff verified the car was still there and said we were welcome to come in and see it. The operation is located on a very busy street and the narrow lot has no parking and is filled with cars, bumper to bumper (all from banks we learned). Jeff acted throughout our time there as though he was doing us a favor working with us and that his other customers, in person and on constant phone calls, were more important than us. We looked at the car and immediately saw that it had been misrepresented online. It had exterior rust and significant interior wear and tear not shown in the pictures they had put online. But it still had potential so we asked to test drive it. Jeff said fine if we were really sure we wanted to since theyd have to move 2 cars to get it out. 20 minutes later theyd done that and we were on our way with Jeff. Between phone calls he directed us to side streets behind their operation upon which he said we would test drive it. We said we needed to drive it on the highway. He went inside to get a plate. While he was away we noticed even more things wrong with the car not mentioned online: the interior lights, windshield wipers, and ac didnt work. Feeling that our initial impression of bad vibes about this operation were well-founded, when Jeff came back, after another 20 minutes, we told him we didnt want the suv. Then he went from barely interested in helping us to rude and unpleasant. He complained about us wasting his (apparently precious) time. Wasting HIS time? All 10 minutes he was actually with us spread over 40 minutes while we stood in the hot sun and sat in a hot car while he dealt with other business? How about OUR wasted time, gas, and tolls driving 2 hours and 7 minutes to see it based on their cleverly inaccurate photos and scant description online? We mentioned the major things wrong with it and Jeff said if we wanted a car in that condition we should go pay $10,000 somewhere else. So for $1,005 less than that we should accept a car with more than $1,005 of work needed on it? Then he threw the car in reverse and without checking if any people were behind him, backed out of there complete with squealing tires.

Please if you are trying to get a car ensure you understand that after you leave their lot ALL repairs even if they tell you that they will or that they give you three month guarantee, WILL NOT HAPPEN. I made a purchase of a GL at the start of the year and I was promised a repair that since the the 3rd of January I been told tomorrow, tomorrow, the mechanic is super busy, no response, tomorrow.....To top it off, I called and asked about the part i need and they have the guts to tell me is not so much to be purchase is something easy to repair shouldnt cost much WITH attitude, be mindful that i was promised by the sales person and manager that it would be taken care of. IF is that simple, if is so cheap why didnt they do what they promised they would. With that said , please i ask that you ensure to not purchase any cars from them, if you dont have the means to fix any issues that exist or may rise by yourself after, DO NOT expect the 3 month guarantee to be true since is NOT written anywhere nor will they stand by their word on anything they may say before you sign. This place is a SCAM!!! Dont EVER even call them. They trick you into thinking your getting a car that they NEVER had. They make their money by getting you to give them a deposit & make you sign a nonrefundable deposit form. Then they tell you car will be there in a couple of days because it has to be inspected. Then they call you & tell you it passed inspection but you have to pay for it in full before they can bring it to their car lot. When you tell them no you wont give them all the money without even seeing the car they say too bad you cant get your money back. These people are criminals!!! I would give 0 stars but it wouldnt let me.

They are the worst, they made me travel 4 hours. They gave me a price and then wanted to charge me something that was not stipulated. Be very careful. I went and because I refused to buy they yelled at me. When Solá was with my son and my father, I left scared. It is a dangerous place, they could even hit you if you dont agree to buy. Where do I start. This place is an absolute scam. The cars they sell you are completely lemons. I purchased a car from them and not even three weeks later it broke down with a $2,000 repair job. they claim that they put their cars through this rigorous inspection process its all a lie. Avoid this place. Izzy and Manny will rip you off. They ll make you pay $695 and will pretend as if they re working on your car. In fact they will make you run and sweat for your own car. When i called them they said if you don t like the inspection report on a vehicle that you were interested we ll refund 695. But when i requested the money back they guy who told me that i would paid back said i cant do anything, im only a sales representative, we have accounting department and i have managers, you need to speak with them. I said why the hack you didn t tell me in the first place that you were only a puppet if you had told me then I would ve spoken with them before paying 695. He hung up the phone. Then i spoke with Manny, he listened to me and said you signed the contract. I said that I signed the contract only after i asked izzy if that money would be refunded if we don t like the car or its inspection report sheet. But Manny didn t wanna understand. I emailed to their financial department, they simply say it s not refundable. They say one thing until they get your money out of your pocket, but after you transfer your money, DONE, now you ll be calling, texting, emailing, asking, begging. But they re the bosses now. They won t let a drop of their sweat to be dropped for you. If you still wanna risk, go ahead. No one will stop you. And nobody wants to stop you either. We have suffered from these guys and we re just letting you know. Rest is up to you. They do a poor service. But I m not going to let them have my 695 so easily. I ll make them pay for what they did. I ll make them sweat and spend more than what i spent. I ll take a legal action against them. Good luck to them. I ll either get IZZY fired who convinced me that i would get the 695 back before I actually signed the contract, Or I ll make the company defend their case and spend thousands of dollars.

The manager (Emmanuel) was very good with us. He took the car process to him and managed it very well. He showed the car carfax and helped us indicating the insurance broker.

I just got my Mazda6 with a great deal in excellent condition. Go there and ask for Emanuel, He knows what you need and will hook you up. Definitely recommended :)

My experience at Ca Geek was personable, the manager, supervisor (Mannie), financial manager and other staff Chris were all warm and welcoming. The staff laughed and talked with you and made me felt that the sky was the limit and they could in fact work miracles. This team at Car Geek made it happen, they are on top of their game and know their craft. It was great doing business with you guys.

They aren t clear about what they offer because they offer auction cars And when you go there they tell you its in an auction and you have to pay them a 695$ fee thats non refundable to access the auction and they don t guarantee you nothing about the car, they told me its a clean car and after the checking it had a computer problem and they didn t pay me my fee back!

***BUYER BEWARE*** If its too good to be true, it usually is. This place has a LOT of postings on Craigslist compared to the very FEW cars on the lot displayed on their website. I called and spoke to someone, asking about a car. I asked for the VIN, but they wanted to email me the Carfax. Well the Carfax wasnt in the regular legitimate layout that was sent to me (since I have been using Carfax). The model of the car didnt seem to match the posting. That was a bit unsettling and immediately drove me away from doing further business. It also seems that many of the cars they are listing are auction cars that are not on their lot, so it is not there for you to view and see in person or inspect it. Side note: ANY auto dealer that tries to charge you a dealer fee up front (or deposit whatever verbiage they decide to use) especially non-refundable. WALK AWAY. None of the legitimate dealers do this. Any dealer fee should be added to the final cost of your car. Not charged up front and not non-refundable if you dont find a car with them and choose not to continue doing business.

These guys are amazing! Jeff was extremely professional and courteous. I called ahead of time, from the time I arrive to the time we closed the deal, all less than an hour. Stray talker, no hidden anything, no surprises with the vehicle. George, was extremely professional with the paperwork. I would definitely buy a car from these guys again. I would recommend you go see Jeff for anything you need. Remember, be straight with him upfront, tell him what you want and he ll let you know on the spot what s possible, no BS from these guy.
