Overall, I found Panauto's car brokerage service to be quite good. They demonstrated expertise and professionalism in finding the right vehicle for me. However, there was a significant issue regarding the timeliness of obtaining my license plate. Unfortunately, they failed to ensure that I received it on time, which resulted in inconvenience and frustration on my part. Additionally, their suggestion to either drive with an expired plate or refrain from using the car altogether was unexpected and not in line with my expectations of their service. While I am satisfied with my purchase and still recommend Panauto as a reliable car broker, this experience did detract from the overall superb impression I initially had of their service. Therefore, I am giving them four stars instead of a higher rating.

Panavto is helping me with the second car. I took the first one in 2017. And now I have exchanged it for a new model of 2021. I cannot convey the simplicity and speed of getting a new car. This time Timur worked with me. I thank him for his professional work and customer care. He did everything himself. The process consisted of several calls. The dealer came to my house in my new car, we signed all the documents right in my backyard and I gave him the keys to the old car and he left. Great job! I was looking for very specific customized BMW X5, that no dealerships 100 miles around had in stock. Panauto guys worked it out.
