I’ve done business with this shop for a few years and overall it’s always been a good experience. This shop has some of the best gun prices around, so give them a look.
Every employee has been welcoming and pleasant to be around, but the most interactions I’ve had are with Mike since I go for the guns. Mike for me has shown a lot of care for what he does and to the customers. He is very knowledgeable, humble, caring and dedicated to his job. I’ve really enjoyed dealing with him and overall look forward to dealing with him in the future.

Went here a few years ago with a high end luxury bag worth a lot! The guy behind the counter was a total jerk and was trying to show off to some young girl. He insulted me twice and then offered me $1. I haven t been back since. Ill never go again and still haven t! I d give them -1 stars if I could. Go to Family Jewelry & Pawn instead. Better prices and extremely nice people. I made a great deal with Family Pawn!

Online sales scammers! I purchased a nearly $800 camera from them and it arrived broken. Not only was the body of the camera broken but the lens was as well. After attempting to contact them via eBay I was ignored. Eventually I was able to reach out to them over the phone at which point I was told I would not be able to return my item for a refund. This was completely a scam and if I could put 0 stars I would!

Nothing but a 5 star experience. Worked with Mike to purchase a new firearm. He found what I was looking for and had it in the shop within a few days. I go in every couple weeks because there is always new inventory to check out. No high pressure sales tactics, no real haggling over money. I have never sold anything here, so I cant speak to that. But as for customer service and feeling valued as a customer Mike and the rest of the crew made that happen.

Don t use this place do not give them your Social Security number state of Florida does not require dad to get a loan on jewelry This place has false information they are scammers and ripples I had one in to get a loan they had told my wife that they can t give her a loan because she does not have a Florida state ID so I had provided them my ID and then they come back with they need my Social Security number in order to get a loan and they claimed that that is Florida state law which is Florida state law does not require that these people are getting Social Security numbers and doing God knows what I had spoken with six other pawnshops and they ve all said that it does not matter what ID you have as long as it s valid and not expire and that they do not require any Social Security number that that is a scam when I had confronted them about the situation they had said that if you want to get a loan Social Security number but if I sold them my jewelry they don t need it little suspicious to me don t do business with these people they need to be reported because I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau they are ripping people off overcharging for jewelry under pricing people jewelry and stealing their Social Security numbers

I m not super happy about writing this, I went to sell an ar15 here that I knew I already overpaid for. And the gentlemen at the store I forget his name, really helped and explained things. So we work out a basically trade deal for a shotgun I liked and he threw in some things to make the deal better. I couldn t complete the background because it was after five so they had me put the gun on a temporary layaway to come back tomorrow and pay it off and do background. I agreed and came back. I was very happy with service and the deal. Now I came back and went to do background. I put the wrong address on the form and I explained why that happened. To make a long story short they said they couldn t do business unless I change my license address. And I explained I can t do and why. So they said they wouldn t sell it to me and we came to an impass. And I understand. They have rules BUT what I found to not be as professional is when I decided to pull the plug and just take the pay out for the ar15, they hit me with a restoke fee because I broke the lay a way. I was stunned. It went from a deal that I felt good about to me losing even more money. I was ok with everything but the restocking fee. I am heavily disappointed in the outcome. The store is nice, and I was excited to continue buisness here. But I can t after I feel taken advantage of. Maybe they feel like they helped me out.... but all that matters is at the end of the day I knew I over paid for the ar, but after they undid the deal with me I lost even more money on it.

What an awesome place with a huge selection of firearms, tools, jewelry and all other kinds of things. I bought 2 firearms and a chainsaw and they re all perfect. The staff is informative and friendly. Thanks for your help.

Their Staff are the best They got a Trek Bike that I wanted for my wife the conditions were great almost new. They gave their word that they will wait for me until I get there an hour distance they put a sign saying it qas sold and wait for me. Im very glad to make a great deal with this kind of professionals.

Went there today after going to 3 other places to buy a mens chain. Have to say the customer service was amazing. Rob and Stephen did their best to get me the best deal possible and so that being said they earned my business and I bought a Miami Cuban chain. Will be going back for sure.

Great experience, Lirka was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were looking for a gold rope chain which they didn t have on our first visit but Lirka encouraged us to check back with her in a few days and gave us her card. Sure enough, yesterday I called her and they had exactly what we were looking for! Great service!

My husband and I came in for the first time looking at the jewelry selection. Steven kindly greeted us, and helped us see MANY rings. Even when we were sure on the final rings, we started second guessed on mine. He was very patient, even when we left to do errands. We came back to purchase the rings, which they held on to for us. Steven was helping someone else when we came back, so we met Luis who began speaking to us. Luis showed us more rings, Even pulled off the ring off his finger to show is the difference, and so on. The whole staff in general is great! Very knowledgeable workers, professional. No one rushed us for a sale, it wasnt pressured. They let us take our time because they understood it was a big deal. Best experience at a pawn shop, we were recommended to come here, and now I would recommend everyone else to come here. It really is a good fair business where you wont walk out feeling cheated like most pawn shops.

First time visit this week and it was beyond my expectations. Highly knowledgable and friendly staff, a very generous offer for the items I brought in, and a solid selection of items throughout the store. The store manager in particular knocked it out of the park with his customer service. Completely revamped my notion of a pawn shop. A definite must in Clermont FL.
