I have been a customer for about ten years. Kirk has unusual items. Just a fun place to shop. Any loan he's made has been fast/ easy and non judgmental. He is very knowledgeable about jewelry. I've had some earrings made while his diamond guy was right there in the store. Fun to just talk with. It's the " he calls me by name" when I walk in the door place.

I recently went in here after my father passed away and left me some gold coins in my inheritance. These people treated me like a family member as soon as I walked in the door. And they gave me a great price on some of my coins. They aren't out to scam people or take advantage of anyone. They are fair honest people who will give you the most for your trade in. And they are very polite.

I really really needed money for food. I came in an spoke to Kirk and he genuinely listened. I had an old gold nugget from an old necklace. He was honest,fair and an individual that listened and was genuine. He gave me actually more than I thought I would get. I was able to buy the food we needed and if I am ever blessed enough where I might be able to buy another necklace,I will come to his shop as they have a beautiful selection. Kirk loves what he does. Hes VERY good at what he does. Hes trustworthy and honest. If youre like me I can pickup on someones vibes pretty quick and meeting Kirk for the first time doing biz i was comfortable, not guarded. Ive returned many times and it just gets better and better. I always feel like its a win-win with each trans whether borrow, sell,or buy. Several things that stand out: They are accurate and descriptive regarding the items they have or that you bring in. They are accommodating, so will work a way to best fit your needs. Kirk is the most honest and kindest man I ve ever done business with, especially from a pawn shop! Not only is he very fair when it comes to prices he gives you on items that you pawn or sell but he is totally honest as well. I overheard him telling a customer that he thought the cross the customer was looking at to buy was cubic zirconia but come to find out, it was really was diamonds. But he made sure to completely check it out before even discussing selling him the item. In my experience that is usually the other way around! I came in one day to sell some items so I would have enough money for my doctors appointment the next day, and this man is such a gentleman that he even emailed me the next day to wish me good luck with my appointment! I wish there were more people doing business this way and truly cared for their customers the way Kirk does! Thank you, Kirk! I will being seeing you soon and sending anyone I know your way in the meantime! You are a remarkable man!

Great place! The staff here is very courteous and friendly. I sold some items and received an extremely fair price. Sometime later I went back to look for a present and found a great selection of beautiful jewelry and other unique items. Kirk and Lois are wonderful and extremely helpful. This is a place I will return without a doubt when looking for unique gifts.

I chose Sunset Jewelry & Loan because of all the great reviews. I brought in a couple of gold rings that I wanted to sell. Seeing a five star rating with over a hundred of satisfied customers was worth checking out... and Im SO glad I did. I highly recommend this place for many reasons. The owner is VERY knowledgeable, friendly and honest. So many cool items to see and everything is very reasonably priced. I wish I knew about this shop a long time ago... This is the best jewelry and pawn shop around.

Absolutely the best jewelry pawn experience I have ever had. Kirk, the guy in charge haha, was very helpful and gave us a more than fair dollar amount for our gold. If you have gold and want to sell or get a loan, this is THE place to go. If you go anywhere else, you just wont get what your looking for. Thank you Kirk for all your help. I brought Kirk, at Sunset Jewelry & Loan, a few pieces of jewelry I didn t wear anymore. I never expected to get much for them but did think someone else may get some joy from having them. Boy was I surprised to leave with several hundred dollars! Great timing since I need to have a stem cell procedure done on my foot that insurance won t cover. Kirk and the team ROCK!.

I was here today to sell a necklace and buy a different one. The prices are the best i ever seen. Im albanian and even in my country i cant get them for a better price. The owner is very nice and honest you can tell by just talking to him. I recommend this place to everyone.

The owner of Sunset Jewelry & Loan, Kirk is honest, fair and easy to work with. Over the last several years when needed, I gave taken out loans and always felt I was getting a fair deal. I do believe Kirk and his staff go the extra mile to help people. I don t usually write reviews but once in a while I m impressed by a business enough to do so. Sunset jewelry and pawn is more like a high end jewelry store without the high end jewelry store mark ups. I have purchased several beautiful pieces from them lately and I ve always gotten the best deals. On top of that they are the only pawn brokers I know that offer a special 10% interest on their loans instead of the standard 25%. If you want the best experience, deals, and interest rates I d recommend them.

I brought in jewelry in to pawn for a loan. When went to pick it up, one had already been sold and second item(ring) They took out a stone and replaced it for a fake and eventually fell out and got lost. Heads up this pawn shop is a ripe off be very careful

I have been doing business with this Sunset Jewelry and load for the past 15 years. You will never find a better place than this for buying, selling or repairs you may need. Kirk and Roger are the best and are always friendly and always know how to give you the answers you are looking for and if they dont have the answer you need, they will tell you how to get it. I would highly recommend this store to anyone from out of town to everyone that lives here locally. They have incredible items for sale and will give you the best price possible when pawning or buying anything from them.
