Matt and his team at PMC are truly the best in the business! As a self employed business owner , you sometimes feel like you can’t get financing on a home… with PMC , this wasn’t a problem. Matt has tons of different programs he works with that allow business owners to get their dream home using business bank statements and your business income to qualify the mortgage. For us , this was huge! We got a $580k mortgage financed. Thank you to ALL of you for a wonderful job , and for putting my family into their forever home!

I came across an ad on Facebook and reached out to Glenn Midnet regarding assistance with down payment programs. I highly recommend Premier Mortgage and particularly Glenn Midnet! He made getting a VA mortgage seem simp,e and was there through every step. My case was a little different because there was no realtor involved because I rented the house for 9 years and then when the owner offered to sell it to me I decided to do it. Anytime something needed to be dealt with I could always count on Glenn to get it done not tomorrow or the next day, but RIGHT now. He handled every situation that arose in a quick and very professional way. In todays world there are so many scammers, it can become very confusing on who to trust. Glenn and PMC came highly recommended. After working with him I can see why. He is a master of his craft and a true professional. They had answers almost immediately which left little doubt that he was taking care of business for me. He returned calls immediately sometimes after hours. My realtor warned me to stay on top of the mortgage broker. He warned if the deal is going to hit a snag it ll be his fault. So I did. I bothered them weekly about where things stood. Not only where they fully prepared to close on the date needed they were ready weeks in advance. My realtor who had never met Glenn or dealt with PMC said PMC was the best he has ever dealt with as well. I cannot recommend Glenn and PMC high enough. 5 Stars doesn t cut it. My family truly appreciates the work that they did for us.

I am a new Realtor and had my first closing on August 3, 2017. The deal could go down in history as being one of the most incredible roller coaster rides in real estate history. I started working with my buyer in March. As soon as we got connected, I introduced her to Glenn Midnet with Premier Mortgage Consultants. I could not have asked for a better business partner in this deal than Glenn. He was there every step of the way. Because we did an FHA loan on a tight budget, there was a lot of vetting to do. Glenn was always available to pull up the properties and work with my buyer on affordability including the price of the house, taxes and insurance. After 5 months, 16 viewings and 2 offers, we finally found the perfect home for our buyer. Financing was a challenge, and we had to extend the closing date 7 times. Glenn was such an incredible help with all parties. He was excellent with explaining to all parties involved what was going on. He spent many hours on the phone with the lender, listing agent, seller, buyer and even the title company. Glenn really went above and beyond to help make the deal happen. Glen and his staff was awesome, with my last client that I was attempting to get into a home. Glen worked tirelessly and I am sure he probably put a couple of his other customers in second place to mine. When myself or my customer had a question, Glen was quick with an answer and if he didnt have one he researched and found an answer, the customer was not an easy approval but Glen I feel left no stone unturned in finding solutions for my customer, even contacting the underwriter to keep me and my customer informed at every step, even at times it seemed that he would head off the problem before it became a major problem. I will definitely recommend any customer I have to utilize his services without question, Glen helps to make sense of the mortgage industry, that is so complex, he is also very up front with you at the beginning of the process, yet he will work tirelessly to help until it becomes obvious that it will not be beneficial for any one. The Biggest thing that I have to give this Exceptional rating on is that he will Answer his phone... And when he cannot due to being on a previous call or in a Client meeting, he calls me back.... Even on WEEKENDS and EVENINGS!!!! He has never complained when I have had to call on a Sunday evening. How many Mortgage brokers out there actually answer their phone after 4:59 pm on Friday? If you have a Client that needs assistance you usually have to wait until the following Monday. Not with Premier Mortgage and Not with Glenn as your Personal Mortgage Consultant. He will work for you. I can remember making calls to other companies over and over and sitting by the phone waiting for a response and never getting one. I dont do that anymore. I wont call another Mortgage Company unless I have to. If you are in the market for a Property or even a Refinance on an existing Loan Give him a Call. If you are an Investor.... You like to save $$$$$ .... Call Glenn @ Premier Mortgage Consultants!!! The other thing is that this company saved a client of mine over $10,000. in Closing costs on their Home purchase. And this was just an average SW Cape Home. My Client was going to use their bank that they had been banking with for over 30 years. I convinced him to compare Rates.... Which you should ALWAYS do before committing to a loan anyway ... and he was pleasantly surprised! I mean Who doesnt like saving money? Premier Mortgage Consultants are miracle workers. They got me financed when nobody else would. They were in constant contact with me through the entire process. I knew I could pick up the phone and know exactly where my loan stood at the drop of a hat. And even though my credit and finances were abysmal they were able to secure an extremely low interest rate with a minimal amount down. I would recommend Premier Mortgage Consultants to anyone. You just cant go wrong with picking these guys.

Ive refinanced with Glenn at Premier Mortgage twice over the last 12 years and both times the experience was very smooth. Glenn and the team at Premier Mortgage went out of their way to find me a very competitive mortgage rate and they were able to close the deal on-time and under the initial estimated total closing quote. There were no surprises and the team was very good at communicating what was happening every step of the way. I would highly recommend Premier Mortgage to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage.
