Worst bank on the planet. Holding payroll checks when people need the money they worked for. Allowing people to steal from your accounts and make you wait WEEKS before a resolution. Suncoast SUCKS. WILL be changing banks ASAP

They ran my credit & denied me what i requested. when i requested to see my credit report she didnt even print out or write down whats on my credit. its my credit i deserve to know. they denied me but wouldnt tell why. its rediculous. even if i pay off whats negative on my credit report she says it will still show deorgetory for 7 years. Didnt givr me a clear understanding on how to improve my credit. i hate suncoast.

I would like to compliment Chelsea Stepp a Member Advocate at your branch on Oakfield Drive in Brandon. She was trying to help me set up a new and complicating billing procedure needed for payment on my HOA fee at my Condo Association. I could not do it myself as I was totally ignorant on how I was to do this. She took over the task without hesitation and was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant..even when I was not the most patient. She was absolutely wonderful and did everything she could to set this new system imposed on the residents of our Condo Association. You have truly valuable employee in Chelsea and I couldnt thank her enough.She was unable to complete the goal, but it was out of her hands because of a central computer glitch. She made several calls to determine what and when it would be fixed and assured me that she would call me to let me know and would proceed with finalizing the task. Thank you Chelsea!

Went to pay my car payment I asked if I could get help with my account expecting them to say no or to make me see another person. Ryan Maples instantly answered my questions and actually fixed my account so I can have auto pay I have been asking to fix this issue for months and every one else would tell me to look in the app or say I need to set an appointment to have some one site down with me. This took a lot of weight off my shoulders getting that issue fixed. Thank you

Suncoast is on top of fraud. Recently, I encountered a possible fraudulent attempt on my account that I discovered. I responded to the Brandon location to secure the accounts. Lauren Harris was on the spot. She immediately went to work and navigated me through resetting accounts and got me back to normal within a day. She is very personable and knowledgeable about her business. Reassuring. They hire awesome people at Suncoast!

Dropped in to make some simple changes to my wife s account due to us being recently married, and we needed assistance with her card. We were coldly greeted by a Senior Member Advocate Shondra Saunders who brought us back to her office. She curtly asked us what was wrong as if we had submitted a complaint. We explained our recent marriage and what we needed done and she didn t acknowledge our queries or look at us. She was too busy typing on her computer as if we weren t even present in the office. She curtly asked for my wife s credentials and ID. While Mrs. Saunders was able to make all the changes we asked her to, her attitude and demeanor was cold and bothered by our existence. We had fully intended to create a new joint account but after seeing the type of care they give my wife, who has banked with them since her early adulthood. I will be looking for a new bank for our joint account and my wife s personal account where maybe they pay their associates to actually treat their members with ounce of care and a sliver of attention. Thanks to Mrs. Saunders I was reminded today, that a credit union is still a bank, and can be cold and heartless. Bah-humbug to you Mrs Saunders!

Extremely poor customer service, the ATM machines are regularly down, and then you will need to wait in line for a long time. I waited and finally got to the front of the line. I kept waiting and waiting, they said someone will be with your shortly. Keep in mind this is during the work day and too much time was taken and I then had to leave, making no deposit into mu account. I had to go visit a different branch. I personally would avoid this location until it is under better management and a new outlook on customer service.

First time inquiring about a loan and even though I wasn t approved for the amount I wanted instead of turning me away, they worked with me and I was able to get approved. I m so grateful for their patience and help because I really needed it. Thank you both so much for your time and all the information, you have no idea how much you ve helped today. Today I went to Suncoast to invest in some CDs. While I expected to be there for awhile, it only took 10 minutes. Kudos to Ms Amy Dwyer!! She was friendly, professional and knew exactly what I wanted. The office environment was great! Very clean and everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I totally recommend Suncoast Credit Union located on Oakfield in Brandon, FL.

Guiliana Rodas was absolutely amazing and so gorgeous I may respectfully add for it to be first thing in the morning. I was seen almost immediately after having seat. She wasnt overly judgemental about my appearance or demeanor(I had just crawled out of bed and taken my son to school). My wife called and reminded me to deposit some money and so Im thinking Im going to be in an annoying line all day but was seen instantly and treated super great. Shes going to become my wife and Is go to banker from now on. Also loving the Hispanic influence and vibe. Such a multicultural atmosphere very warm and inviting. Like the Starbucks of credit unions lol. You guys are doing a great job. Please hire more people like her.

I had trouble trying to find a new bank or credit union for my new auto loan after rates increased since my previous auto loan. Johnessa Howard was a huge help in getting me the right rate without any hassle. I was also in the market for starting a savings account for our newborn, and Ryan was more than accommodating and knowledgeable on setting the new account up for our daughter, and helped me figure out how to pay down my auto loan for lower monthly payments. Im not used to going into a credit union or bank for services, but its refreshing to receive such great customer service whenever I walk in!

She took the time to explain everything to us in detail, answered all of our many questions and provided us with so much feedback regarding all of our options. Its unfortunate that as the 72 y/o mother of an employee of Suncoast, I was unable to get my pension life-certificate notarized. Other branches took more time and attention and asked more questions. I wish there was a sign that everyone could read about what documents can or cannot be notarized rather than spending time to get to this branch only to be told it cannot be done.
