I was disappointed by the lack of customer service at this store. Despite being busy with inventory, the employee named Felipe did not greet me or acknowledge my presence when I walked in. When I asked for assistance, he seemed bothered and showed no interest in helping me. His attitude and lack of professionalism made me feel unwelcome and unimportant as a customer. I ended up purchasing less than I intended because of his behavior. When I mentioned needing to replace my expired ID, he responded with a dismissive and rude comment. I was shocked by his behavior and told him so. Thankfully, the manager, Destiny, stepped in and handled the situation with grace. She recognized the importance of good customer service and addressed the issue with Felipe. It was clear to me that he should not be working in retail if he does not enjoy it or value customer satisfaction.

My absolute favorite pawn shop

I have been to many pawn shops and this is my absolute favorite.The staff is very helpful, even with exotic and specialty items they’re very understanding, fast and friendly and helpful.

Any time another store can’t help me, I come here and they sort me right out.

I am very grateful to Austin and Felipe especially, as well as the managers, they have helped me many times, always fast and great service.

If you need a loan or a good deal, this is the best place in Denver, they have a great selection and great staff.

Ok I never have wanted or needed to review a pawn shop .My thought is you seen one youve been burned by them all.Until I really needed a pawn shop to be a good thing for my situation.I used to be like I only purchase from a pawn shop not hawk my stuff.Until real life kicked and ya its get money now or its gonna result in stuff I do not want.I can say Destiny ,and the guys there are like super smart those dudes are like the geek squad pawn brokers. THEY KNOW SOME SHIZZ.I ave more than one occasion been witness or experienced some kind of smart dude stuff that wowed me.I am not easily impressed but when I came to them told them I owed the mafia jjkn I did open up ,and I had stuff worth money.alot people get hurt when they cant get what they expected .I got awesome help info and I gained a few things I bought from this ez pawn as a major come up great deals .They have a weird inventory but it always ending up that I cant get what I want but the best part is getting what I need. It feels way better.They try to say ez pawn is all every store is.I say um hell no this ez pawn is exceptional .The guys will educate you ,and Miss destiny is willing to loan every single cent as long as its a decent item that is in demand a better brand helps as does the condition your stuff is in.Tell them you saw my review and youll get a free 1979 Chrysler La baron .Syke they will do the best for your best bonjour

EZ pawn is cheap and wont pay more than 10% on your item and then will mark it up 100% youre far better off buying and selling on market place or offer up atleast you be low balled or scammed as bad. never taking my business here ever again

Remember to check your items you buy. They sold me a steamdeck was supposed to be a 512gb checked storage and was 256. They give you a hard time and don t give you back original receipt. Go somewhere else.

Look I know pawn shops or supposed to low ball you but E Z pawn will not give you more then 5% of what your asking. I bought them $350 worth of power tools and they offered me $20. I showed them a $500 smith and Weston pistol (almost brand new) and they still offered me $20 . Im not mad at them for trying to hustle but unless you are like a drug addict in need of cash now, this place just isn t worth it. Plus their selection sucks as well. Facebook market place or offer up are way better places to sell. Disclaimer- the only point I m trying to make is that they will not offer you more than $20 for anything you bring in. Jewelry, guns, power tools- $20 lolllll.

Felipe & crew are CRUSHING Black Friday! I was just in the Lakeside EZ Pawn this evening, and was worried with it being black Friday, but they had extra staff working and even with a busy store, I was taken care of really quickly! I cannot speak on others being ok with a price, but Felipe made me a great deal on the controller I was buying and I am happy with the overall transaction and super happy with the store and how I was treated. And that is is cleaned up and really nice looking compared to a while back, they really are crushing it here. I am the first to complain when things suck, so I try to remember to give kudos when they are are. Thanks EZP Lakeside!

If you are looking for a pawn shop in the Wheatridge area, this is the place to go. The store is always clean and they always have solid inventory of product. The staff is seriously incredible. They will work with you and for you if you are patient and kind, naturally. Don t forget to say please and thank you, it goes a long way. I ve connected with all of the staff and they are all super helpful but the one who has legit helped me the most is Ms. Bri. She is an absolute rockstar at her job and truly cares about what she does, it shows. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Lifelong customer.

I dont like their dishonesty and their sense of lying they said theres no rust on my bike but theyre clearly selling a rusted bike track parsley with slots and brush for 500 dollars they also lowball and are extremely dishonest after doing a few social experiments I realize at this place is not what it seems to be also reported them to corporate

I was there on two separate occasions as recently on Monday the 7th. I worked with a kind woman who sold me a couple of MacBook laptops. Kind and attentive, she did everything she could to makes sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Other pawnshops should take note this is how customer service works. I feel terrible for forgetting the woman s name, I want to give her the most credit.

Ive been to many pawn shops in my life but never have I ever been so overly satisfied with a sales pro as I am with Leola!!! This lady made me feel so welcome and assisted me to find the perfect jewelry...then months later when I needed a loan she was happy to get me a more than fair amount to help me out. She also noticed a crack in my diamond that I never noticed...and since she suggested I buy their insurance at time of sale...its covered! This store always has a great selection of items at great prices...and with customer service like this I just cant see myself going anywhere else but here!!!

Ive been pawn shopping my whole life this is by far the cleanest EZ Pawn I have been in. I was greeted promptly and friendly when I walked into the door. Destiny and Leola were able to give me an honest and fair deal on quite a few things and I genuinely enjoyed the interaction. Very fun and very friendly. Great service! I went in to see how much I was able to get for my VR headset and they gave me a fair offer on it with some room to negotiate. Overall both Destiny and Robb did a great job on helping me out and Ill definitely go back to this spot if I need to sell anything.

The staff are great... alwayse fast to get me some cash and alwayse friendly . And if u go there ask for Ms Destiny shes the best.. .MS Brianne will get u the most money if u need some fast cash and shes nice eye candy. MS LEOLA IS SUPER NICE AND I LOVE DEALING WITH HER AS WELL SO HURRY ON DOWN AND LET THEM MAKE GETTING U SOME CASH EZ.

Our old pawn shop closed and we we re honestly dreading finding a new one, this location ended up being closest to us and we really got lucky, the staff is welcoming and friendly, especially destiny who has helped me twice answering all questions with patience and professionalism, also the products are quality I ve bought two Xbox s off them in the past week and no issues with jenky connections or chords

I had never been in a pawn shop before I stopped into EZPawn out of a fear from all the stereotypes types and movies about how rough pawn shops are. I was blown away when I walked in and it was cleaner than most retail stores I ve been in. I worked with Robb and Leola to get ride of my old wedding ring and they made the process so easy! I was truly shocked. They made this experience so pleasant and fun that I didn t mind parting with the ring. The prices were fair and I truly enjoyed the experience. Massive thank you to you both for debunking all of the stereotypes around pawn shops!

This is my go-to pawn shop. The staff is consistently a pleasure to interact with, especially Leola & Destiny, and they always handle my items with care (usually being a piece of my precious music equipment I regretfully need to take out a loan on). As much as it breaks my heart to temporarily hand over my guitar, I feel more at ease knowing its being left in such good hands. Thank you!

Bri, the sales associate was amazing! Super kind, really patient! I was paid really well for my items! Leila the other sales associate, was so sweat and nice, you couldnt help the thought about coming back again.
