I worked with Marla Wynn and Joe Eagan of the Wynn Eagan group to be approved for and then close on our new condo in Kailua-Kona. They were not just wonderful to work with, they and their whole team were phenomenal. I have two family members who were simultaneously getting a mortgage and a refi and they complained about the lack of communication and sometimes unprofessionalism of the mortgage companies they went through. I would speak of how well things were going for me, the weekly and sometimes daily update emails, the electronic forms process and more. They would look at me and say they wished they had the same experience as I did. I am very pleased with the outcome.

We have worked with Joe Eagan for several years now, our daughter had financed her new home through citywide and recommended them to us because she really was happy with her new home loan and said we could trust them to be honest and help us. We contacted them and worked with Joe on a refinance...amazing, Joe let us know every step of the way and we got such a great rate, and he did all the work. Now new higher rates on credit cards, I didn't really know what to do, I called Joe, even after a few years and he worked on a home equity line of credit..we will pay off our credit cards at a rate that will actually pay off the principal and again...he did the work...Just wanted to say THANKS JOE!!! I was recommend to see Joe to help with getting approved for a home loan. I started working with him the end of October, and was great with email and calling me. I had sent him everything so that we could get number started, because I need to moved out of my place by the end of March and wanted to get a head start. Now, I do understand that they were switching companies and then the holidays right around the corner. After thanksgiving, I was the one constantly the one reaching out to him, and he never responds. The last time I heard from him before Christmas and he told me he would reach out after Christmas. He has yet to do that, and I have been calling once a week since and he has yet to return my calls. So I would not recommend coming to them at all. It is a waste of your time. **update to response, Joe has only tried to contact me AFTER I posted the bad review**

It was 5 stars, but the process of Sterns Lendings terrible website (every time I log in it ask me to confirm a phone number thats not mine, and if I say it is not my number, i receive an error - even after calling to fix the issue, they couldnt fix it). Now the loan transferring to a different bank is nothing but a headache through their website.... it isnt worth the hassle. Wont use again.

Scott Wynn actually created the Youtube videos that attracted me to contact Wynn & Eagan in the first place. It was 2 videos - 1 explaining the difference between CHFA & FHA, the other walks you through the different types of FHA programs - both were extremely helpful. Joe Eagan was the one I actually ended up working with through the process and he was extremely helpful through this entire thing. From the beginning, he stood out among other lenders. He was not only responsive and professional, but kind and I never dreaded having to speak with him. Up front, he always helped me to fully understand everything about the process and all of my options. I even ended up working with a couple of other folks on the Wynn & Eagan team throughout the process and everyone was professional and courteous! Extremely professional, efficient and friendly! I worked with Joe and Tori and found them to be invaluable! With the amount of stress a person is under when selling and buying a home, these folks are the epitome of patience and grace! Not one deadline missed for required paperwork and we were kept abreast of all things happening with our account. They are incredible! I would consider them peerless in their field. If you want your loan done well and done correctly, this is the group to do it!

Scott Wynn was recommended to us by our daughter, who had her refinance handled by him. His team is truly amazing, we were continually kept in formed with each step. We received an email every Friday letting us know where we were in the process. Cyndi, Joe, Donna, and Tori were all so amazing!! I couldnt possibly imagine how anyone could be more informative, knowledgeable, prompt, or professional than The Wynn team. I would highly recommend them to anyone in purchasing, or refinancing a home. Im not sure if its possible for anyone to work as hard and as swiftly as they had worked for me when I purchased my home, and refinanced. Simply the best!

Exceptional service and communication! This team is top notch. They went above and beyond in their customer service, and their rates and overall closing costs were very competitive and beat out other companies. I was given their name by my son-in-law who also had a great experience. I wont even think twice about who to use if I have mortgage financing needs in the future. Great job Wynn Team!

My experience with Cindy and the rest of the team there was nothing short of stellar! They made the process as easy as getting a mortgage can be. They got me approved for more than a competitor could. The thing that impressed me the most was their follow through. Any time I had a question, there was an immediate response. They were always very pleasant and eager to help. I would use them again without hesitation and will happily encourage anyone I know wanting a mortgage to work with them as well. The service they provided was quite amazing and Im grateful to them for making the acquisition of my condo as smooth as it was.

The Wynn Team is AMAZING! We got under contract on a house and the seller wanted us to close in less than 3 weeks. We were a little frazzled, but Scott, Joe, and Art were very reassuring. They were super organized, emailed us updates, called us with updates, called our realtor with updates, called the closing company with updates. They also got us a better loan than our credit unions could offer us. At no point did I have to call them with any questions because they were so clear about everything every step of the way. I cant praise them enough. Im confident that no one else couldve offered us the level of customer service and attention that they did.

Marla, I have bought quite a number of homes in my life. More than the normal person I am guessing. And I cannot stress to you enough how wonderful the Wynn team is. This entire process has been a breeze. From beginning to end, we have found a house, lost it, found another, lost our buyer etc But through it all, the Wynn Team was the only thing that kept us sane. Art Vogt is AMAZING! I actually began to enjoy his weekly call to update us and remind us what we still needed to get in. We were referred to you, and we will do the same in the future. I just received my Congrats gift from The Wynn Team - a very thoughtful and fun care package. It was great! I have had a wonderful experience with The Wynn Team. Cindy and Jennifer have both done a great job of keeping me informed from the very beginning. I especially appreciate Cindy taking the time to explain the Mortgage Credit Certificate to me - twice (due to my own forgetfulness - not her lack of clarity). She always makes sure I understand what is happening with the loan, and has been available whenever I need her. Jennifer too, takes the time to explain thoroughly what is going on with my credit approval, the appraisal process, underwriting, etc. She has been extremely helpful (and patient with me) in keeping me updated every step of the way. I very much appreciate this - the more I understand, the less stressful the process is. I have had a few challenges arise with my process and both ladies have been very supportive and encouraging. I really appreciate their bed side manner if you will. They are both compassionate, patient women, and that makes makes a big difference! All in all, I have absolutely no complaints! Your team is awesome!
