Had a great experience with this pawn shop today. I was looking for some headphones and some nice woman at the counter Vangie helped me find a pair that happened to be the exact model I wanted. She was able to get me a price that was within my budget and I walked out extremely happy with my purchase. The folks there today were Steven, Vangie, and Dakota. Dakota helped my son with a watch he wanted to pawn and got a fair price for it. Good staff holding it down! Vangie I got a drink with your name on it whenever you want to cash it in!

I took my chain here and they did not do the acid test just looked at it and I was told they would buy it but it was not pure gold and got a super low ball offer only to go up the street and have another pawn shop test it correctly and offer me more than what I was expecting to get. I would not go here if you are trying to sell gold. Seems like they try to scam people. I’m so glad I did not go with their low offer. Sheridan and Mississippi not too far from this location I would highly recommend for selling gold.

First, i have a severe TBI, and i don't always catch my typos or grammar....
i I truly had the best experience at a pawn store earlier this afternoon on February 22nd, 2024. Not to get into detail, but im in a financial bind and now disabled from my Snowmobile landing on top of me.. I feel ashamed sometimes. I was greeted as I walked in and another employee saud someone will be right with you. The manager whom I forget his name but it is at this location could tell or read I was stressed out.. The manager was very personable, and charismatic. I soon realized I forgot my issues and was having a pleasant conversation while he was getting my paper work ready. I really walked out feeling grateful. I really respect this man.
I hope that your superior reads this and I want to say from being a manager myself at one time, you have to put a lot of trust into someone that will be running your store and you picked a great guy to be the manager. I really believe this manager at this location cares about the customers who walk into this location. I really am grateful to walk out with my head, held high. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thank you so very much

For starters, its refreshing to walk into a pawn shop and be greeted by employees with smiles on their face asking if I need help versus them standing behind a counter on their phones. It is always a positive store with a good vibe compared to other EZ Pawns in the area. This EZ Pawn store is always stocked with a variety of new merchandise, which feels like on the daily, and it keeps my family wanting to come back for more. Tony aka Steve, Amanda, and Luz are all very knowledgeable about their products and what they have on the floor. Dont know why this place is even open. System is ALWAYS down. Dont waste your time. Dont go here!!!!!! They will always ONLY offer you less than you should get, usually half of what any other pawn shop will give you. You give them two items, they only pay you for one is what it really amounts to and short you on the one.

Worst pawn shop experience ever. Some woman with the cheapest yarn like wig was working or more like pretending to work the counter. She was so aloof and uninterested in my presence that even though I was the only other customer in the store besides someone already being helped by another associate I had to ask her if she worked there. When I told her I was looking to pawn or sell a very nice boombox I had only bought a month ago she asked me if I had a receipt for the item. I laughed and asked her if she was serious? She then told me they dont take items that are brand new without a receipt. I explained to her again that the item was not brand new but gently used she told me again I would need a receipt. I said if I had the receipt I would be at the store returning it. I also had 2 designer watches I was looking to sell and she wouldnt even quote a price because I needed to replace the batteries. Well across the street is a very nice pawn place called PAWN KINGS and they helped me with everything I had and gave me a good price for all my stuff. They had all kinds of cool shoes and the shelves were full of cool merchandise Thank you PAWN KINGS.

I was there looking for a gold chain necklace for my 9 year old son for Christmas. Amanda helped me out and she was great to work with, and even accepted my offer. I also signed up for the EZ+ VIP program. So, if I want, I can trade in my sons necklace every year and get a new one. Highly recommend this store!

Double check your S/N on your tools before you pawn at this store, because I was naive and let them get over on me by switching the S/N at the moment of transaction. I did not double check the S/N on the pink slip vs. My tools before I left or I could have caught them in the act. If you dont notice before you leave the store- there aint much you can do about it after the fact. Its a sophisticated way to get-over-on the customer with no trace record. They did it in a way that is hard to prove because they switched the information during the original transaction and I did not notice. Dont be gullible like I was and straight up get jacked. They dumped some old used tools onto me and Im stuck with them because they say that is what I brought in. HaHa. These tools have Identifying marking on them in foreign hand writing and they are 100% not what I took in to pawn originally. Thankfully I kept my original packaging from my purchase and it has my S/N on it from last November along with extended warranty information. I will forward this information to the correct authorities. I do not want anybody else scammed like I was because having to prove this type of situation is hard thing to do at the end of the day. Save your self the hassel and do business with a honest business location far away from this place!

I bought a laptop and was charged $300 when i got homw and was plugging it in noticed that the odiginal price was only$200 and evem less according to the price dates and was down to $116. If you buy anything check the item as they will put a new higher price on it without removing the original price tag! Not sure ill be using them again . i never had any issue until this and ive been using them yo buy amd pawn things for years . i was impressed with how quick their corporate office responded to my review and thought that rhey would do more than what has happened with the issue i have however i have heard from a district manager who did everything a used car salesman would have done before the lemonlaw was passed and since i have misplaced my receipt I have not heard anything back from ezpawn and i can show that it was paid on a debit card . i can show that as well as the original price tag to show them and it was dismissed as a simple mistake and unwilling to do anything to resolve this issue. If you look at the numbers on the bottom of this price tag and look at the one in my previous review that was left on the laptop all numbers match only difference is they put this tag on it and i was charged $200 more. So before you make any purchase check whatever your buying for original tags. I never have had any problems and had i not noticed the original tag when i got home i wouldnt have any issue with my purchase except blatantly shows no concern for their customers most of which dont just buy buy use them when they need a loan to get them through till payday ultimately equals pure greed! Well a year later and havent heard anything back on my issue and their service has gotten worse the employees always all use the same reason as to what they offer and its always corporate that is telling them prices even though you may have has the same thing pawned before. These people only care about money I their pockets and will offer you close to nothing for whatever you take in.

Went in there to pawn some items to get some money and dealt with a lady with glasses who was totally rude and offered me just $20 for the items I brought in!!!!! So I said no and Ill go somewhere else, the next place I went to offered me $120 for my items and the next place I went to offered me $145. This lady working at this pawn shop does not know what she is doing!!!! Making that place lose alot of $$$$$!!!.

Went in to purchase a few things and ended up spending about $500 here. Got home to find the electric skateboard and PlayStation i purchased didnt work. Luckily i went back an hour or so later to get a refund and the employees were hesitant on giving me a refund. Told them the playstation didnt work correctly and was over heating from the moment i plugged it in and the charging cord was incorrect for the skateboard after they said both were tested and worked great! They asked me if i cleaned it off and tried it again as if thats acceptable for an item you just purchased. The cashier was upset that he lost his commission and as if it was any fault of mine. Took about 30 minutes of them trying to get the products to work before they gave me my money back. Wont spend money here again and it was a complete waste of time!

Come here often and have found a good deal or two, after you ask an employee for help to look through the piles of items. Very disorganized location.prices are a bit high on certain items. Wait times are outrageous. Standing at a case for 15-20 mins just to look at an item or ask for the price is accompanied with a bad attitude from employees. Ended up walking out today after I was ALMOST helped but the employee didn t have keys and didn t want to deal with fire arm lock. She was more concerned with ordering her fiancé breakfast in bed for her birthday than making the store profit. You know, the profit that pays her to work so she can order her fiancé breakfast in bed, while on the clock.

I paid $100 for a Digitech Guitar pedal with out a chord or trying it before I bought it. I ordered a chord for it and plugged it in and it didnt work. So I took it back with a receipt within 30 days and would not refund my hard earned $100. I paid $100.00 for junk. I high recommend to take your buisness somewhere else

Super fair prices, their team is great, very nice. I have to buy laptops every so often for some of our camp councilors. They use them outside a lot so getting a used one is the best option. The more frequent flyer miles you put on here, the better they are to you, and the more their willing to offer. True, they tend to rip you off. Theyve always been great to me. Just dying for more employees, very much understaffed.. 1may2018. Still very understaffed , but hey Im still around here. Most regular customers know me. Devin loves to give me shi#, but hey, somebody has to keep me on my toes. The employee turnover rate is still kinda high! But Lena is great at this, and has a great heart for people. If youre a first time customer expect to be lowballed as this place works like a credit card, you have to pay the interest in order not to screw your credit, I know!!! Like I say, Im still around only cause these guys are great. Wouldnt go anywhere else

This is the third and final time I have tried to buy something here. All 3 times I have waited in front of the display case with the employees several feet away and have not been acknowledged within the 15 minutes I have spent here each time. They must be allergic to money. Judging by the mostly low-end junk they have they may as well be hoarders. But if you are looking to buy a handgun, someone will drop what they are doing to help you. Absolutely Rediculous. Zero stars

I dont get why people give this place such horrible reviews. Ive been here on at least 3 occasions and had nothing but fun and courtesy. They have a great sense of humor in here and if you cant take a joke, your probably going to be ass hurt and leave a 1-star review. The gentleman at who runs the gun counter is extremely knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Hes an awesome individual and will talk guns with you until the cows come home. When I purchased my gun, I asked him if I could buy a holster as well, and guess what, he gave it to me for nothing as part of the package! Their array of electronic is amazing as well, they will help you find the info on the laptops really quickly and courteously. The also always have a great priced bicycle selection that changes almost daily so If your in the market for one, stop by often and you will find what you need. The rest of the employees are very attentive to your presence and are more than will to help you retrieve anything to look at. As with any other business, when it gets busy, there not enough employees to attend to everyone but thats why theres a line. Most of the time that I was there, the people who were selling their things were leaving pretty satisfied and didnt seem disappointed in what they were getting. I want to thank everyone at this location for helping me out every time I was there and you now have a loyal customer that will be stopping by at least once a week.

Guy behind the counter POINTED A GUN AT ME, and then denied he did it in front of a bunch of customers. I could see down the barrel. I was there to purchase a used firearm. I called him out. His response was this is a cleared firearm. Magazine inserted, slide closed. Could have been loaded, treat it like its loaded. Ive been an instructor for 10 years, (NRA Certified RSO, rifle, pistol shotgun etc.) His response was to tell me that i probably didnt have much experience with guns, ha. My next response may have been to point my carry firearm at him. Dont shop here unless you like extra holes in you. These people are deplorable.

I was looking for a chainsaw. I found one in their store and googled it. At Sears, the cost was lower for a brand new one than the same model they were selling. They wouldnt budge on the price. Also, always a long wait to talk with someone.

Passed the background check for a firearm and they refused to sell me one presumably because the employee who services and buys the firearms got offended by a question I had asked. The same man was very dismissive and rude to myself and the poor lady who obviously did not have an extensive knowledge of firearms like he does. I dont expect much from retail employees as apathy and depression comes with the territory, but this guy really made it seem like a chore to get my $400 for their poor quality firearm...

Devin is a Liar. I asked him to hold a rifle for 24 hours. I offered to pay a deposit for it or put it on layaway over the phone even, sight unseen. He said he would hold it for me with just my name, never asking for a phone number or anything else. I showed up 2 hours earlier than expected from over 100 miles away. He told me that he sold it to another party because I didnt leave a phone number, but I should try other ezpawn stores, as they might have one. The ad is still up on armslist as well. Theres better places to spend your money or get a loan, even some of the other ez pawns, dont waste your time with this kind of people.

NO STARS!! Horrible service. Had my ATV in here for a bit, they said it would be inside but they had it outside in the snow the whole time. They also dont care what they say to you, they dont stand behind anything they tell you. They twisted their story so many times I think the THEY didnt even know what they were saying anymore!! Not sure if this is how you are normally treated by pawn shop people but I was extremely mad and definitely never going back especially to buy anything from these crooked jerks!

Their gun guy is a condescending prick. This on its own is not totally unexpected, but when paired with the fact that he knows very little about guns, it becomes a bit more enraging. Dont buy guns here, there are better prices at any good gun store run by descent people.

both of my purchases from the shop have been broken a watch fell apart because is only glued together animatics Miller they never even texted taking apart the insides are gone. they say dont buy retail dont buy from EZ pawn there is trying to rip you off.

I recently bought a gun from them...I thought it was a little steep but it was a gun I wanted so I bought it...the asking price was a little more then $600, the guy told me he couldnt budge off the price because someone else paid to much when they bought it for the shop. I was looking through the paper work an box that came with it and found a receipt from the original (first) owner (Im the second) he bought the gun brand new for $500 and change...I as a buyer should have done my research before hand but I guess you live and learn!!

Should be called Lo-Ball Pawn. I have taken a few different items to this pawn shop- items that fetch me a quick 20 bucks at other EZ Pawn locations and these clowns offer me 6 bucks for the same items even after being informed that other locations give me $20. They always offer the same excuses as to why they are lo balling me, mainly that there is not a big demand for electronics, if you can believe that. I would say only go here as a last resort and dont expect to get even 1/10th of what your item is worth. Expect to wait in line too as this place is understaffed
