I recently became a Verizon customer at the Falcon, Colorado store a few months ago. I changed from T-Mobile because there was no service two miles from the store. The store staff, one employee and the store manager, are useless. The first time I went in for a price check it was $135.00and the following day was $145.00. I didn t qualify for an iPhone 15 so I ended up with a 14. I was told by the store manager that my first bill would be a little more, yes it was over $450.00! Recently my iPhone was acting up so I called the store office, Russell Celular and spoke to tech support who told me to the store and get a new phone. That was a Friday and on Monday I called Russell Cellular to make an appointment for that following day. It was packed. When the only person, the manager came to me she acknowledged that I was a new customer and I explained the problems I was having. She was standing there, played with the phone, and said nothing is wrong with it, go to the main Apple Store. I told here what her company said she replied they could not do that and to go to the Apple Store. I went to my care, called Russel Cellular, was passed from one person to another, hung up by customer relations, for almost two hours. I called Apple, they ran a diagnostic and was told there was a problem and also Verizon s signal. I went back in the store and told the manager who told me there was nothing wrong with Verizon s signal and to go to Apple which I told her that is who I was talking to. She just said have a nice day. One of the problems was my emails disappearing on its own which it did it again, one week later. Russel Cellular, you have a big problem! Verizon, you have a bigger problem. DO NOT use Verizon and definitely DO NOT use the Falcon store which is run by Russel Cellular.

I went in there today, Veterans Day, as a veteran, to get a SIM for my daughters new iPad I walked in and felt like an inconvenience, didn t get a hi , both seemed annoyed that I was there, proceeded to tell me I didn t need a SIM for her new IPad, told me she activated something and I was good to go I walked out, turned off the WiFi, tried an app, nothing. I went back in and told her it didn t work, she told me it was another issue that didn t apply All I saw was laziness and no attempt to give a great impression The owner is better off just firing them and finding new staff or closing down

The Peyton store has the worst staff. Manager and reps do not know what they are doing. They are a 3rd party seller so they do not work as official Verizon reps. I ordered home internet online and wanted to pick it up from their store. I went in and was told I had to order it again through them. So I did. Charged twice and had to dispute the charges online all day. Returned the box because it didnt work and they said I was all good. Only to get a phone call from them 3 weeks later and told I needed to urgently return the already returned box to the corporate store in Colorado Springs (30 min away). I waited an hour in line for the official Verizon reps to tell me that they could not ship returns purchased from outside sellers. Save yourself the trouble and go into town to the official stores. Do not go in!

Lily is awesome. Knowledgeable, helpful and really should be the manager since she basically runs the joint! My family made the switch to Verizon and she made it extremely easy. She handled the customer service calls, did the phone transfer on the spot and made sure all our phones were up and running before I left. Took less than an 90 min total to buy and setup 4 phones. Be Aware this is not a Verizon store. It is a Russel store - an authorized dealer. I learned the hard way - you only want to deal with the main Verizon store on First and Main. I should of read the reviews before going to this store back in November. Six months later, after of hours and hours on the phone with both Russel and Verizon, and my bill is still not right. I am over paying every month than what I was quoted, the student discount I was promised doesnt apply to my account and those free phones cost you $3 every month - totally $100 each. Dont let them split your account - and tell you they will fix it when the phone come in because the cant. Save yourself hours and hours of stress - skip authorized dealers. Youll be bouncing back and forth between Verizon and Russel each saying the other has to fix it. I signed up for 3 free phones.. they will actually cost me $1920 over the 3 year contract. $640 each. Should of stay with T-mobile and I should of gone to the main Verizon store.

Do not use this place unless you want to have issue after issue with your bill. My husband went there to upgrade my phone and we were told that it would only raise our bill about $22 a month with a trade in and a new Apple Watch. We were charged $135 for set up and activation fees and then were charged an activation fee on our bill again by Verizon. We were finally credited back on our bill for the $35 fee for each item but still not sure what the additional $65 we were charged here was for. Now two months later we get a bill that is $735 and Verizon is telling us something completely different than we were told my this place. Seriously it has been such a nightmare, lots of time, and money, and our issues are still not resolved. Save yourself and go directly to Verizon.

I was able to get my phone activated but was charged a activation fee. Contacted Verizon and found out I should not have charged a fee for activation of an existing line. Luckily I was able to get the money credited to my bill. Staff seemed very inexperienced. I would go somewhere else unless you dont have a choice.

I guess it was okay. It was slow with only one person serving us all. But we were all served in an orderly fashion. Each of us with the same care as the one before us was taken care of. I went in for them to put a screen protector on my phone and the whole staff was arguing with another customer about the phone he ordered. The customer s phone was in but the network was down so the staff found it alright to just not call the customer and notify him of his phone being in and the network situation that was not allowing them to complete the process for him to receive his phone. Plus the employee left dirt under my screen protector.

Malik acknowledged ne as soon as I walked in the store and let me know he would be with me in a few minutes. Malik was very courteous, he helped me get my unlocked s21 phone turned on and all of my data transferred from my phone. The transfer took about 1/2 hour. We had a great conversation while my data moved. He would have been able to complete everything and check to make sure it all worked because I didnt know my password. Word of advice... know your Google acct password. LOL.

Had a bunch of trouble with asurion trying to replace a lost phone. Brandon was a great help with advice and ultimately activating my old phone because asurion wouldnt cover my lost one. Needless to say I dropped asurion as my phone insurance. Now going with a 3rd party that has unlimited claims and only a couple bucks more a month.

I had to go in and get a new phone. I was dreading going in because of the terrible experiences in the past six years. I was pleasantly surprised. The new manager Brendan was great! He got my new phone and accessories all ready for me and switched everything over from my old phone very quickly. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in here yesterday to get contacts and stuff transferred to my new phone and never got the chance to do it. 1 employee at lunch time and 6 people in line. I will NEVER go back to this store. Spent 3 hours to upgrade one phone ( needed to upgrade two phone but they did not have the stock) and received no paperwork. Store is under staffed I saw 5 people leave the store because there was no one to help them. Don t make an appointment either I did and still had to wait a half an hour before being helped.

This is a terrible location. From lack of inventory to the unprofessional behavior of the people who work there. From a bad experience, to going in to fix the 1st bad experience and it still being barely stocked. From no receipt for the 1st over $1500 cash sale, to basically being called a liar when calling the store about the issue. Going in next day spending another $500+ to get the phone originally wanted to getting the Galaxy S21 Ultra, and not being told it didnt come with a charger! Not making it up. The new S21 comes with a cord but nothing to plug it into and that must be purchased separately. Would have been great to know at the time of purchase, not when you open the box an hour later. Verizon would not loose business if this place closed. Both times 2 different employees talked about the corporate stores......

If you want your account so messed up that after 2 weeks you still dont have a phone: this is the place for you. I ordered a new phone, when it arrived I went to have it activated. They transferred all of my data to my new phone and then somehow they locked my account. After 7 hours in the store, I explained that I had to go out of town and couldnt wait any longer. I was told if I left the store with the phone I ordered, a phone that had all of my data on it, they would call the police on me and have me arrested. I left the store without the iPhone. Two weeks later, I finally have my account unlocked only to have a Verizon staff member wanting to know why I didnt have that phone to put on my account. This has been the worse experience I have ever had when dealing with cellular provider. Do not go here!!!! Go to a Corporate Verizon store.

I went in to add my dads phone on to my plan, I have been three times over the course of 2 weeks because it keeps saying it wasn t activated even though I got charged an activation fee. Three different times they said they have fixed it and then went it finally works they have us come back because they didn t put in the information correctly on their end. I dont know if it was incompetence or what, but they told me my phone order was cancelled. Both my account and Verizon directly said it was not. I believe they just have no idea what they are doing. This has delayed what I wanted by 2-3 days at least. Its not a big deal but very unprofessional. This was on top of the fact that I went in to ask some questions yesterday and my take is that they are just incompetent. Take a drive, this shop is not worth your time.

Brought my phone in there because my phone was saying no sim . Careese and Chayne both bent their tools opening my SIM card slot damaging it to the point it will not open now. They won t rectify the damage they caused to my phone. BEWARE THEY WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR PHONE. Then you are stuck with no phone, and nothing they can do about it . Will have to take legal action. Also note that Careese gave herself a 5 star review. I guess that is how they get the better ratings. Only gave 2-stars because the people helping me were nice and tried to help, but this store is a rip off. They tried charging $810 for an iPhone XR 128GB that has ALWAYS retailed for $799 everywhere, even if you look back to Apple s launch day pricing for that phone a year ago. The representative there said that s what they ve always charged for that model, so apparently they add some markup in their phones since they are a third-party Verizon retailer. I even showed them Verizon s website directly on my phone that shows the $799 price and they were thinking it was a sale for online only or something, which isn t true. They ve never been sold anywhere for $810. Just be upfront that you mark up your phones and don t try to hide it (may not be the fault of the ladies helping me). Also, they charge a mandatory $20 setup fee for each phone, which is separate from an activation fee that Verizon will add on to your bill. They said this is the store fee to help you setup your new phone and transfer data. I don t need help with this. They said all stores do this but I ve never had to do this at a real Verizon store or with online orders. They actually told me I should just buy from Verizon s website to save on their fees/markup because they wouldn t even honor Verizon s price of $799. Silly. Great customer service Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was helped by Jen and she saved me a ton of money by letting me know about some great deals going on on some phones. And helped me change my plan. She helped me save even more money by telling me about my military discount. I had no idea I could save 35.00 a month just by uploading my DD 214.

Unhappy, I am. I walked into the store behind another customer and he was acknowledged, I was not. Then, as i was looking for a new case, still no one asked if I needed help. Another customer came in a moment after me and they were welcomed and the women behind the counter began to help them. Really nice. Work on helping everyone.

Was charged $20 hidden fee for a setting up each phone bought there. $80 total. I wasnt told about this fee, thought it was a Verizon set up fee when I read the invoice before paying. I didnt catch it until days later when I saw the real Verizon setup fee on my phone bill. i feel like I was gouged for $80 for something i didnt know about. One pro was that customer service was good.

Andy was my Verizon representative and was extremely helpful in working some bugs out of my phone. Very knowledgeable and VERY helpful and all with a big smile. He offered specials that I was eligible for and also helped my daughter with some issues she was having. Great store and wonderful friendly staff. I highly recommend!

I think it is pretty bad that when I took my old phone that I had on prepaid last year in to get my account back to it they now tell me I cant put that phone on prepaid. What a crock, it was fine on prepaid last year why is it different now. I like my prepaid account and do not want to change to post paid at all. Not very happy with this option at all.

Went in the other day as everybodys always helps me out its always been a good experience, anyways went in to see what options I have for upgrades they were little busy but then Michelle was able to help me out the manager, she did a great job on showing me what I can do with my options and she help me out with that also gave me other options down the road. Ran into one problem on the iPod Pro that I bought by the way excellent tablet went in the next day she was not in,but Jeff was in as hes new there but he did a good job helping me out as I thought that they were wrong on something but in general Jeff was right and the situation was taken care of I hope for good sales in the future and to see you guys too in the future take care and good luck to all and thanks once again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst customer service I have had in a long time- the girl who helped us was extremely rude and had an attitude since we walked in and just wanted to do an upgrade on one of our phones- she made a big deal about having a JR on a license and not on file when we have been there multiple times and it has never caused us a problem and said she would no longer be helping us today- she had a crappy attitude and I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone who actually needs help from someone who is remotely kind.

This store is very convenient for me. Im switching to this Verizon authorized retailer right here in Falcon! The Store Manager, Chris Swan, is a terrific guy! Dont have to drive into the Springs to go to the Verizon store anymore. I own a business, and they set me up with the best deal. I didnt know Verizon offers business plans. I got all my activation fees waived and 6 $100 gift cards for switching from T-Mobile. I now have service at home and at the shop now.
