I had to carry my 20 pound item 3 miles after I called and talked to an employee who said they’d take my item. I specifically explained to them the pressure gauge cover was cracked. Well, that was the reason I was given why they wouldn’t buy my item. Employees should honor what was agreed upon over the phone. I even said I’d take a couple dollars for the item that was originally $900, just so I wouldn’t have to take it back home and was still told no!

We go out of our way to come to this store. They have always been fair and reasonable with their prices. The other night the associate Obe (I think that’s how you spell it) was assisting us and he couldn’t have been more helpful and patient with us. Highly recommend

Me and my family were here for over an hour - we had multiple things to sell and buy. The entire time he had a fantastic attitude, was helpful and friendly. He made sure we were completely satisfied and went above and beyond the whole time. I was in 7/13/24 and picked 2 guns. Paid down payment and cbi report fee and was recommended to do layaway for rest since I had the 3 day wait for cbi and was told cbi good for 60 days. I got busy at work(my fault) and forgot about so came back on 8/14 to pay off and get guns. Told that I had to run another cbi and wait 3 more days. Told I owe $1.00 and to return after 1240 pm on 8/17. I have been here almost 2 hours. No guns. Cbi came back good, was told I owe 71.00. I have paid 776.39 total and the cbi 12.50, yet my guns are only suppose to be $770.00. I have paid 6.39 over my sale price and they still want 71.00 more? No. So got thru that, but still computer problem. I told them I want my 776.39 plus 12.50 cbi refunded immediately (not waiting 3-5 days) or I want my guns and they can deal with their IT issue as I paid my money and passed my cbi so I did my due diligence. Sad thing is the manager won’t come out front to deal with this debacle she is making her staff deal with me and find resolution. I feel bad for the staff, I am not being nasty, but I am frustrated. I would never deal with this company again……..EVER! Such poor service from management.

I have been coming to this place for good 10yrs now. I also goes to other branches across town to find good deals. So far, this place is the best. Obi is such a wonderful guy & very nice. The nicest I have ever encounter in all EZ Pawn I have been too. Very considerate, kind & understanding. He doesnt have any room for rudeness. Wish all employees are like him. One of a kind. Being a nurse, I always appreciate people that have kindness in their hearts. The owner should praise him for doing a great job. I encountered a very nice person name Brittany a couple days ago. Very nice & professional. Helped me with ease. This kind of person should be the one working here since not all of them that work in this place are nice & with empathy. I regret even giving one star. This place is terrible. The people told us over the phone that they would help us and as soon as they see. 2 black people walk into the door immediately. Bought an ice auger , took it home wouldn t start , leaked fuel, took it back the next day . Wasn t 24 hrs when I returned it and wouldn t refund me , I was not happy and a few employees seen that I wasn t satisfied and asked me to leave the store and one employee got in my face and another one was behind me , I said call the police so we can resolve this . It was a nightmare, never will I refer anyone to this store. Have a young girl working with hickies in her neck and dirty fingers and getting involved , disgusting and disrespectful employees. I m a 3x combat veteran and the know how to set off a person with PTSD. So I end up going all the way to Longmont to retrieve another ice auger and they were very helpful and told me they should have returned my money.

I use this ez pawn for most of my business after the ugly experience I had at the 84th and Pecos store I went to my normal store and Mindee was so nice helpful and professional! The employees are much nicer. The store is cleaner and the merchandise is better. I purchased a ring there and rude Robert lost out on a sale! I recommend them highly and was very satisfied! The store is ghetto! and needs a good cleaning! They also offered me more money to buy my ring and more on a loan! So if you want great customer service visit this place!

20 minutes before close they will answer and ask to put you on hold for a very long time and they disconnect my first call and I called back again and they left me on hold till they closed at 7 and disconnected the call once more and I called back a third time they already they after 7 they had the recording say to call tomorrow between their business hours

Deals are gone. Employee says that they changed the rules every month. When I asked the person next to him she knew all about the VIP program that he did not. EZ pawn down the block gives me double. So I will be going over there. This Ez pawn loss my business. Ill be pulling out my loan and pawn.

I ve never used pawning before. EZPawn was my first pawn, at the last minute before close. The two gentlemen that night were very kind and straight-up with me. Today I had to pawn again, because me my experience last time was good I went to EZPawn again. It was clear that there is a loyal customer base and I witnessed genuine interactions. I was helped by multiple people at different stages of my sale to EZPawn, but it was ultimately Sara who finalized the transaction and she was really cool to chat with (and I am NOT a social person - in fact I m very much a hermit I can count on one hand the amount of times I ve left my house for anything other than groceries in the past year). Very respectful people, in my experience there s no fluff just a decent place to go if you re looking to sell fast (like me today) or find something expensive at a reasonable price. Browsing the shop I certainly will return when I can.

Ive done business with this location quite a few times. I came in today with some very large, well built house speakers asking literally NOTHING for them as I just needed the space cleared from my garage. I told them I needed help moving the speakers or a cart, and explained what they were. An employee helped me load them and moved them inside. Then they said they wouldnt take them because they Couldnt sell them (Ok, Im giving you a chance to make money because I dont wanna use craigslist). Fine no problem. BUT, then they offered me $15 a peice. Which is a low offer even for just the cases the speakers were in, and I would have GLADLY accepted that. They then refused that offer after they OFFERED it to me because they claim to not have the right test equipment. And they said I could come back if I can prove they work. I do not have a home surround sound system or music studio in my truck. And they weigh more than 50 lbs each. So not only was that insulting, but the employee didn t even offer to help me load anything back on the truck. I asked if I could just wheel them to the dumpster out back so I didnt have to blow my entire back out moving them alone. They told me no I pulled in my WORK TRUCK with lights in still running. Why they chose to treat me like some common tweaker selling scrap is beyond me. You guys are disappointing at best. Please do better. At the very least offer to help someone trying to do business with you. Management here should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for that load of bull.

Needed a little extra cash for new glasses. Took a PSA 10 (only 18 in the world PSA 10) Justin Herbert 2020-21 Panini Select Light Blue Field Level Die Cut. And the guy tried saying he can get 1 for 45$. So probably would of offered me $10-$20. Last one sold for $800.00 this place prays on the people in need. Never go to this pawn shop. Cocky and Rude and they dont care.

Scam artists who dont keep accurate records nor do they call you when they sell an item that, if they kept proper records, wouldnt have been defaulted in the first place. Completely disappointed at the lack of integrity. I Will never return. I will always bad mouth. And you put a bad name to the business. Straight up con artists. I think every one of these employees that I ve talked to and tried to deal with are the upmost disrespectful , unprofessional pawn shop workers in the business that need to learn respect for others and if they are being trained to be the terrible negotiators and rude people that s exactly why they don t have anything good in that store worth anyone s while . They won t give you what is somewhat fair for your item and they don t even trade items even worth more than The one they have . I think management needs to lay off the terrible trainers or hire people with better customer service and pawn shop experience

Sold my sister a phone that was not only locked but is probably STOLEN. Wouldnt allow her to look at it before purchase because supposedly it was dead. Come to find out it wasnt, who couldve guessed? Only reason Im not rating one star is because it was partially her fault for buying something she couldnt look over first - but buying stolen property, that the next buyer cant even use just to make a buck? My wife and I love these guys. They are fair and I wouldnt spend my money at a jewelers and spend three to four grand on a 14k necklace ore bracelet when I can buy used for 800/900. I have never sold anything to a pawn shop before but this was a BAD experience! After I was done being insulted by them offering me $15 on a $200 set of NEW snap-on wrenches, I proceeded over to the gun display. I was interested in looking at a pistol and not one of the three employees gave me the time of day. I dont know if they were upset because I didnt take their offer or what but very poor customer service.

I had a great experience here and Obe was very helpful, informative and frienndly. The 5 stars is for him. I did overhear the manager talking to the woman who was working there and she came off as a little condescending to her employees. My only advice is no manager should ever have to flex that theyre the most important person in the building.

This is a great place when you need some extra cash. Lucas, Obe, and really everyone that works there always offer a fair price for whatever you might be selling. I have never been let down or felt like I didn t get a fair price, they always treat you with respect (something that not many pawn shops achieve). Lucas knows his weapons, and he gave me a ton of information, way more than I expected. I feel like he genuinely enjoys his work and it shows, because he takes his time and explains the reasoning for the price they offer, while still working quickly. He is concise and to the point, thank you Lucas! Obe makes me laugh every time I come in, I know their goal is to make you smile, and they have achieved that every single time I come in. He, like Lucas, also is very well educated and offers a fair price, every time. You start to get credit (essentially) as you pawn and actually pickup your object. Once you ve gained some solid credit, they can be more flexible with their pricing. If you know you re not going to pick it up, just sell it to them instead of pawning it. Thank you to everyone at EZ Pawn, this has and will continue to be my go-to pawn shop, ever since the first interaction I had there.

My Lincoln torch kit brand new I got a loan on has just dissappeared yet nobody will go and look for it one employee trys to tell me people steal stuff and my bright red slam packed Lincoln bag with brand new torches possibly walked out the door I paid 8 months interest on by the time I would have paid It off they would have made three times the original loan but apparently my stuff just disappeared and nobody knows where it went

Lame experience. Came in looking for a chromecast or Roku adapter. Stood in front of the case forever. Everyone just standing around talking to each other. Representative walks past asking me if I have found anything, I say I m interested in a roku adapter. She walks past, grabs a fan and walks back to her group of other reps. Just rude and not sale friendly. Wouldnt spend my money at a business that doesn t know how to treat customers.

This location has the WORST customer service Ive ever encountered, especially since I was purchasing items, and not pawning anything!!!! Id highly recommend finding other locations such as 43rd and Harlen, which Id say has the best customer service of all EZ PAWN locations that weve visited as buyers!!

Horrible absolutely horrible, these people are something else, i got a loan on a unfired factory new handgun, got it on the 19th april, next month made a payment, i go in two days ago and its in the counter for sale, they said they dropped it on the 8th, nobody gave me straight answer and to top it off it it looks like it was fired too. I didnt even get the full 30 day leway after a late payment. So now its costing me $200 extra to get my peice back used. Wow thanks guys talk about special treatment .i just want my peice back and i promise i will never walk into a pawn shop again not even to buy.

I have been coming here for years. This store has had its up and downs in the past. Since Deena took over this store she has done wonders to it. Deena, Lucas and Shelly are absolutely amazing to work with. This is my favorite EZPawn.

Terrible customer service and worse the attitude of one of the employees. I got to the store 10 minutes before closing and the person who was working that shift automatically when he saw me started removing the bicycles inside and told me with an attitude that I should leave cause he was gonna close right then and there. I wanted to at least put money down on the item that I wanted to save it so I could come later if he was going to do that but still with an attitude and looking at me in a very very disrespectful way once again indicated that I just forget about doing that and leave and come back the next day . I don t know who hires these peoples or if the owners are reading this but you are losing business big time with people like that in your payroll

Total rip off offering me $75 on two expensive air tools one big a limited edition, I was trying to get a loan not sell them but the woman insisted on me selling them and at the same time telling me about her husband being a mechanic. Felt more like she try to con me on selling them for nothing possibly giving them to her. They need a better more professional way of doing business. I do not recommend.

This was the 1st. time at a pawn shop that I had no problems at all. Shelly waited on me. She has great customer service skills. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable .she answered all my questions even before i ask them. I would recommend this pawn shop over all pawn shops.ask for Shelly u wont be disappointed.

Purchased a 1/2 ct diamond ring and put it on layaway. The sales associate told us the ring was 14 k white gold. The receipt we received stated it was 92.5% silver. The next day we went back and questioned the fact that is was silver and this lady informed us it was platinum. Very excited about the quality we kept it on layaway since platinum is extremely expensive. Yesterday we picked up the ring and when I got it home found out it is NOT platinum it is called platinaire. What is platinaire? Its 95% silver mixed with 5% platinum sold by Walmart for $500 we paid $440. The diamond has black specks through the entire diamond making it worth nothing. So we were lied to twice about the metal of this ring. I did purchase the VIP plan and will be trading it in for something worth a damn. These people are horrible and take advantage.

STAY AWAY!!!...They are selling jewelryfor TRIPLE!! what worth...I bought a bracelet here for $1,200.00. The next day I called to sell it back for at least $1,000.00 meaning I was going to lose out $200. Some guy Named Lucas. Said they will only give me $400.00 for it....THIS PLACE IS A SERIOUS RIPP OFF!!....STAY AWAY FROM HERE...I promise you there are way other places where you can find better deals...EVEN at a jeweler shop....

This business seems to *discriminate* based upon appearance. The staff has treated my brother with poor service several times; but this is the nail in the coffin for me. Any time I (or my brother; present with me this trip) shop anywhere whilst wearing a backpack we remove it willingly and leave it with employees as a bond of trust and respect of a business right to prevent possible theft. My brother often wears darker attire (including, often, a backpack and black leather jacket) and always offers to an employee of a business said backpack for reasons stated above. Today, an employee called Shelly also discourteously demanded he remove and leave at the front desk his black leather jacket (which she had neither right nor signs making any possible policy to enforce clearly known). This not only embarrassed me and my brother but also hurt his feelings and demoralized him by devaluing his perceived self worth in being viewed superficially as a common criminal. When asked why she acted in such a rude and unreasonable manner by my mother in a subsequent phone conversation, Shelly said he frequents the store and never buys anything (which he does: he collects rare films). In fact, he purchased a film this trip as well as two last week. If you, as a market, offer items which do not [always] interest a consumer, he/she is not obligated to buy them. Is this a method of manipulating potential customers into purchasing your items? This is not the first time this business has singled out my brother in accusation of theft merely because of how he looks. I do not recommend giving this store your time or money; theyve shown me to deserve neither.

The worst pawn shop I have ever been in. Was told that can t run a firearm back round check after 4pm on Saturday because it takes to long. Now I could understand that if I had not just bought a firearm and the background check only took 10 mins. This was After listen to a sales rep tell a customer that he can t do a loan for a $120 on a Pistol because it only sells for $240 used. Then he said he would get written up and loss his job if he did. I understand you have rules but to loss a sale and a pawn customer all in 5 mins.

I went in and saw some nice diamond earrings for $184....I went back the next day and the earrings went up to $278....I spoke to the same clerk and he acted like I didn t really examine the earrings the first day lol acting like no these aren t the same earrings but they were! Bad business! I won t be back

Worst customer service I have had at any pawn shop! I brought in an expensive collectible point and shoot camera thats has a resale rate up to $200 and the dude gives it one glance and say no one wants this you wont be able to sell it and looks away! Dont go there

Im new from OKC and was strapped for cash for basic needs as I await my first check next week. So I went in today and had a great interaction with the two gentlemen that helped me with my Samsung Smart TV. Gave me a much larger loan amount than I expected for it. Although, I didnt walk out with the max, just because I plan on returning shortly for the TV. Mind you, they provided an excellent experience even as I walked in at 6:45 PM. 15 minutes until their closing time. Didnt complain or show any disdain at all. Rock on dudes.

prices are really cheap BUT customer service is absolutely horrible!! This is the issue at all the locations. If you want inexpensive prices, and long wait times, then crappy is service might be worth it. If your not into either of those then other more expensive pawn shops might be what your looking for.

One lady was absolutely rude to my husband over a silly Blu-Ray DVD player. She told the other girl at the counter to not give him anymore than she already priced in a very snotty tone. She then proceeded to irritatingly/angrily tossed the sale papers on the counter. Definitely lost our business due to her lack of customer service and display of attitude. If you have a bad day, stay home!

Was tricked into driving across town to visit this pawn shop by a fake Craigslist ad. Was told by the one of the employees that they have nothing to do with the fake Craigslist posts. However, he was more than willing to show me something else he had on hand. @3xs the price. Sorry to inform the EZPawn, but this is the classic scam called, Bait & Switch, and its illegal. Pull this on the wrong person and its going to end up as a lawsuit.

I took my laptop in for a loan and thinking they would give me a grace period to take it out...they said I lost it exactly 30 days from the time it was pawned. Screw this place..if youre not aware of it... Fast Cash gives you an additional 30 days on top of 30 to get your item(s) back. I lost my laptop because I was under the impression I had at least a few days to get it out. This place sucks! Rip off.
