I've never had a problem with this establishment. They have always worked with me on everything I've bought or sold here. I've bought quite a few guns, and they have dropped the price, without asking, almost every time. I'll be seeing them again, very soon.

Two people to work one persons layaway payment for more than ten mins. I’m the only other person there. No acknowledgement the whole time while I stand waiting for a single item and two fools trying to work it.

Be aware of your tickets when you do loans. They didn t add one of my tools on ticket and coincidently they didn t have the tool when I went to pick them up. I ll never go to this place again. Side note, the Latina girl working there isn t the problem. She went out of her way to help.

I was unaware i was put on a list of customers they refuse to do business with. No warning....no letter..... Nothing. The reason? Apparently im punished for selling them fake gold. Well....l believed it was real, so i took it there, where they could test and examine it. Obviously, they also thought it was real and afterall, they are the professionals. Why am i the one to be punished for this? Obviously it was clearly thier mistake, not mine. And once they learned of thier mistake, why was i not notified? Horrible business ethics.

I go to this pawn shop all the time when I m tight on money, or if I m looking for a tool or gun. I usually deal with Anthony who is one of the most patient human beings I ve ever met! The staff treats everyone the same, even the grifters! The folks who work here put up with a lot of foul language and immature behavior from sketchy characters. So treat them with a little respect, you ll be amazed at how far they ll go to help you!

Mike with First Cash Pawn was extremely patient with me when shopping for an engagement/wedding ring. He worked with me on pricing, and cleaned it up real nice after my purchase. He even took the time to calculate the carats and metal weight for me, so well know the exact specs of a ring thats bound to get endless compliments & questions. On both occasions I came in the manager helped me and gave me more than a fair price for the guitars i pawned/sold. I was Really needing the cash and he appreciated that fact and probably gave me more than he should have. The thing that stuck out to me though was the fact that they actually care. He couldn t give the woman in front of me much for her ring and he kept offering suggestions to try and help her. Basically he really cared and it was obvious. Also I guess they cleaned house so maybe some of the negative older reviews on here were from the previous staff?

WARNING DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. Not even worth the one star. Andrew is the worst assistant manager I have ever seen in anyplace. I would never do business here they are a complete joke. Sat on hold for 15 minutes for him to act like a child and hang up on me I only had a question. Then when we went in to pick up my wifes custom glock they had stolen the case and the magazines it was supposed to come with. Thieves, liars and children at this location and I assume all their locations.

Worst pawn shop i have ever been to! Had a gun on layaway at the longmont store, they had to transfer my gun to this store due to gun laws changing. Sat on hold for 15 mins when i tried to find out if the transfer had gone through and they hung up on me multiple times and threw an attitude before actually answering my question. Finally got my gun that was supposed to come with a custom case and an extra mag and both somehow mysteriously disappeared. i do not recommend this store to anyone nor will i ever do any business with another first cash

Come here for a small product selection and really terrible employees. I approached the counter and found an employee sitting on the counter facing away from the sales floor. I had to greet her a few times to capture her attention. Only then did she stand to face me. However, she wasn t knowledgeable enough to answer my questions and glanced towards another nearby employee (who had been ignoring me to this point) for assistance. He grumbled some answers but never engaged with me fully even though we were 5ft from one another. Stay away if you value your money and interaction with other people.

Absolute crooks. They wouldnt take my guitar because it isnt high-end, on top of the horrible customer service. Andrew, the manager, wouldnt know the difference between a wrench and a shotgun. They even admitted to only giving 20 dollar loans for 1200 dollar guitars! Complete thievery! Definitely reporting them to the better business burue.

The female worker, which doesn t deserve to be called a lady is the rudest person ever, my husband politely asked if they could double check the diamond on our ring and Claudia rudely said if we didn t like their prices we should leave. Don t even dare to walk in they ll treat you like trash. They should close this place down for good or change their staff since Claudia already has a bunch of complaints for being rude.

I went there to see if they would be interested in buying a trolling motor I have not been to a pawnshop in seven years, the gentleman was very rude and acted like he didn t even want to help a customer. The pawnbroker was very good at his job has a good head on his shoulder and very respectful with that being said thats the only reason its not a 1 star the manager on duty Andrew was very rude and disrespectful not even with me but everyone I seen him work with he seemed like he didnt want to be there doing his job so he passed on a lot so he could go sit in the back room his pawn broker did a good job and looked up good values of the items I have and he came out and looked at my 2 most expensive things and took the price down from $150 to $5 on a 300-500 dollar new item and then proceeded to look up the wrong tool I brought in a bluepoint tool that sells for 365 dollars new and offered me 7 dollars on it snapons name is worth more than that alone

Thieves, thieves did I mention thieves. Had been keeping heirlooms on pawn for over a year for safe keeping due to a bad relationship. Management namely Claudia was aware of the situation. Two days before I was picking up they defaulted my loan and pulled the two most valuable pieces. With no phone call. They have not once in a year never called. As it turns out the person the pieces came from passed away the following week. I hate to be in that line of karma.

I have shopped at this pawn shop for a long time and it has changed hands or management multiple times. The last time I bought an item (android tablet) here which was a few days ago they said unless I purchased an extended warranty on a used item I could not bring it back if the item did not work. This policy is very cheesy and attempting to sell a warranty on used items that are multiple years old and could die at any moment is very sketchy. Most pawn shops give you at least 7 to 10 days to bring an item back for exchange if it fails. The lady I talked to said ...you have until the end of today to see if it will work.....as the tablet was not charged and would not power up for long before it shut down. Lost my business as there are plenty of pawn shops in loveland.

The State should regulate this place ,they never call to let you know your ticket is up only an hour before it goes on floor, and they have young inexperience employees have no idea what your tickets are they charge 25 so it can be held for few hours. In actuality not charge you full price on your tickets ,this place is scam the new owners took over this place without notice to the customers, the old crew is gone. Theyre are doing shady things with your property when they took over in late June. The first month they want you paid for your ticket every month they stated there was no 30 day grace period, like other pawn shop ,but it totally depend on who you was taking care of you that day. Its a bad place to have things pawn you will never get your property back ever. I am calling the Better Business Bureau and the State licensing and the NPA.I got call stating my property was no longer available she had no idea what she was doing she was jeoparding my property for her inept inexperience and complete failure of the situation. Already notified this agencies to do an investigation into the matter. Please go somewhere else this place follow their own rules and employees dont care your property will be sold.

Came here to buy a pistol I had been thinking about for a while. Arrived, took 10 minutes for any employee to talk to me. Employee who worked with me last time I saw the pistol still had difficulty clearing the firearm and was rude, wouldn t answer questions about what the firearm cane with. Eventually manager assisted me and when ready to purchase told me it did not come with a magazine. Somehow this same exact firearm had the magazine last week but now it was either misplaced or thrown away. Absolute waste of time dealing with these people.

Tried selling a subwoofer here that is in good condition. The retail value is over $400, going for $200 used on ebay and amazon. I figured id get at least $80 out of it if they were going to try to sell it for $150-250. Without even looking at the model number or condition of the speaker, she offers $40 for it. It would go within the hour if I put it on craigslist for that price. Why would I waste my time trying to sell something to someone who obviously doesnt care to put a real value on the items that they are buying? To put it into perspective, at Music Go Round in fort collins, (with different items), the woman at the counter took a solid 30 minutes researching what THEY would sell my stuff for. She told me what they would offer and, upon request, showed me an itemized list of my equipment with what they expected to sell it for and what they will pay me for each item. Everything was based on them paying me half of what they would sell it for. THAT is professional customer service. THAT is giving a damn. THAT made me want to go back there. If Mister Money wants to screw people out of money by giving them 1/5 of what their item is worth, so be it. However, if they want repeat customers, they need to be more concerned with quality of service and maybe actually look up the value of what theyre buying.

Terrible shop, the staff is rude and they do not offer you anywhere close to the value of the item (I know, it s a pawn shop, you won t be able to get even half of the original cost but I thought it was ridiculous when they offered me $40 for a brand new unused pair of $500 binoculars) I have been here several times and do not plan on returning.

Refused to return an item with the Peace of mind plan just because my husband is the one who bought it. Worker was going to return it, but grouchy manager Margy wouldnt let him return it. Also, all of their tablets are purposely not charged so that you cannot see if they work or not. They do this to scam their customers for money. Never going back. Take your business some where else.

They had what I was looking for. Exactly. A specific firearm. I can get it online today for $720 (free shipping). Accessory on it is $150 new. FFL transfer $20. $890 new plus a background check. Looking at Max $900 brand new. The item here was in good shape but clearly used and beat up a little bit. I didnt ask to see it so do not know how it functions, internals, maintenance, etc. Priced at $1000. I left knowing theres not enough wiggle room in it to make it worth haggling to get to reasonable used price. Checked most shops in tri-City area and this shop only one that has it. Called to see if that was bottom price and was spoken to in a very condescending manner and told I would have to come in and it would depend on how long they had the item. Ill order it online and give somebody else my $900. There might be some deals there but I didnt see one.

I am quite familiar with all the pawnshops along the northern Front Range and Loveland store takes the last place hands down. This does not reflect just todays miserable experience but the overall experience of last two years. I remember standing there for five minutes, the ONLY customer in the store while three employees calmly counted the merchandise prior to closing, completely unperturbed by my presence. Todays experience was different. After ONLY 10 minutes wait, I was shown the tools I wanted to buy and asked to take them to the counter. I was waiting at the counter while the salesperson found the time to extensively help another customer who was in line after me, price some merchandise, return to that other person to help them some more and then, finally, return back to the counter and do me the favor of running my credit card. This small purchase took 25 minutes. The name of the person helping me was John and he is the manager of the store. I have seen many employees come and go over the years but, with management setting this kind of standard the shopping experience remains consistently poor. I dont take any pawnshop loans, I only buy tools and movies. I can only imagine how this kind of indifference hits people who are in a tight situation and have no option of simply walking away.

I see why they keep getting 1STAR... I came in to the store, to apply for a pay day loan, after asking (over the phone) what to bring with me. I brought my ID, social, pay stub, and blank check. After collecting the items needed, and getting up there I was told (after a 10 min wait in the store) that I needed my bank statement reflecting 30 days worth of transactions to include a direct deposit. Instead of apologizing for the inaccurate information the employee told me thats why were not supposed to give out that information over the phone. So instead of training their people correctly, its this stores policy to have customers waste their time going to this mister money location (1411 North Cleveland) to find out what is needed for a pay day loan, gather the item and then come back! New management needed and the employees either need to be re-trained or replaced!

As a porfessional pawn shop reviewer, I would say that this pawn shop was a good experience. Walking into the store, I liked the welcoming array of really well used lawn care equipment. Also, looking around, the saddle selection was plentiful, so that was a bonus. However, the main problem was the lack of smiling in the pawn shop. That was kind of detering. I like to see some positiity and enjoyment. Other than that. the main thing was the great music selection. I felt like I was transported into an 80s themed mvoie in space, so that music is why I am rating this place so high. Props to the manager for choosing that music.

Not much in terms of retro game selection, but if they do have any its usually in one of the glass cases near the movie racks. Ive never purchased instruments here but I have browsed and those seem fairly priced as well.

I stopped in a couple times to see what I could sell a couple items for. Staff has been very friendly and the high level customer service was unexpected as its not what Im used to at pawn shops. Jon, Hanna, & Andrew are very knowledgeable and helped me get more than I was expecting! Its nice to know they have my best interest in mind. I wont be going anywhere else!

I went here to get a payday loan and they refused to give me one because I was overdrawn in my account. What do you think I m there for!? They re retarded. I had check ready and have experience with payday loans. Either way they get their money so I don t get it.

This place is a NO GO!!! I was doing a layaway purchase, I was $364 into my $760 purchase! I went into get the items 3 months before my time was up but got denied for my item. So I asked to cancel my layaway and for my money back in return, but was told I cannot and have to have it as in store credit and were very rude about it and was laughing while I walked out. So a couple months go by I go in to USE the in store credit but now was told they dont have it or cant find my file that says I have it! Now I lost $364 that they dont know where it went and dont want to replace! I asked for a number to call but Im pretty sure they gave me a fake corporate number! STAY AWAY THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUTDOWN LOOK AT ALL THE COMMENTS ITS NOT JUST ME !

So I talk to an employee that works here about loans and what all I need to bring in. Im already on the way there with all that I needed pulled into the parking lot at 430 go inside was told by the old lady up front that loans take to long and there wasnt enough time to come back tomorrow! Last I check business hours were till 5pm. If you dont want to work in sure the 4 or 5 a week that stand across the street would be happy to have your job!!! Rude customer service!!!!!!

Average pawn store, most of the prices at this location are way to high, which wouldnt be a problem if they bartered at all but they dont. Seems like they dont understand pawn shops at all. Some items are decent price but hardly worth the stop

I came in to this store today (4/31/17), aside from the ridiculous prices that they wont budge on, I have never been treated so rudely as a customer in my life. The young teenager there treated me with respect and courtesy, when he went on break, an older lady who I dreadfully assume to be the manager proceed to ARGUE with me over the legalities of the handgun I was fully prepared to purchase. Mind you cash in hand I will not be treated so disrespectfully by an employee. I left and will never be back to purchase a single item. Its a sad state when your youngest and most likely newest employee can treat a customer with more respect than the older manager. This store is disgusing, take your business to a local nearby pawn store instead.

People always trying to rip you off for one I just went in and asked if they could check my amp for me bc it stopped working and the nearest car audio store is two towns over and he was so rude and was like you dont have any intentions of selling we wont help you... way to be a good addition to the community! This store is a joke! A year ago we pawned dvds and when we went back to get them, found out an employee borrowed a bluray out of our box and put a John Wayne movie in its place. When we called them out, they called her and told her to bring it back. Nothing was done about it. Aganist my better judgement, a few months ago we were in a bad place so we once again went there and pawned 29 dvds(seasons, bluray, & reg) and my husbands laptop. Weve been paying on then every month to hold them. We called last week to find out the amount we needed and the date to pay them. We were told we had until 10/27 to pay them or we would forfeit them. My husband went today to pay on them and they had already sold our movies!!! They wouldnt tell my husband who he talked to and the idiotic store manager(who has ZERO business ethics) told my husband that he could buy back what was still on the shelves!!! This place is a complete disgrace to the pawn business!!! The manager offered up the excuse that his employees are new so they dont know how to read a computer screen!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!

Walked out of this location 5 minutes ago. Went in to see how much they would offer for a round brilliant colorless (F) l1 14 karat white gold semi mount ring containing a natura diamond .28CT with a round brilliant .5CT near colorless (G) VS2 diamond. Cut grade was very good as well as polish and symmetry. Ring was $3000 and these dumbass clueless women offered me $150!!! Ahaha! This place obviously knows nothing about jewelry and WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Last Sunday, October16th, I visited the Mister Money located @ 1411 Cleveland Ave, Loveland CO 80538, store# 363. And I had three main issues with my visit! Issue 1: Margie (The store manager) and another employee were talking about store drama in front of me the customer. And the employee who was talking to Margie was telling her that he was going to get the other employees to walk out with him. Issue 2: I had to ask where the laptops were at FOUR TIMES before Margie answered me! Margie was preoccupied engaging in the store drama to answer a simple question from the customer. Issue 3: Margie, the unprofessional store manager who allowed that other employee to talk about store drama in front of me, even after all of this, felt comfortable enough to continually call me honey. By this time I was already irritated and uncomfortable, by everyones unprofessional and complacent behavior. So Margie had no right to call me honey when she clearly knew my name from my ID. So this was the third time on Sunday that Margie casually dropped the ball. I had a horrible experience and I hope that all parties involved get the corrective training that they need so that my experience will be better next time.

I bought a 1tb hard drive from here a year ago that I still use today - that being said the management and front end help have changed - and it shows. Totally disorganized. I went in to get another external hard drive, they had it but it didnt have the connector so I passed on that. I asked to see their GPS in a glass case so I could research which one I wanted, I could not do that because he insisted on awkwardly standing with me and looking over at his coworkers and laughing about it, which made me uncomfortable, he didnt say anything or recommend anything - I could just smell his breath. It wasnt a surprise to me when he told me it too did not have the connector.. or.. he couldnt find it... So, I asked if I could look at their Nikon camera, and what do you know - it did not have the battery pack nor the charger. I could have easily walked out of there with $600 but I refuse to use anything that cant be proven to work nor would I do business with disrespectful people.

I cant afford many things. My Internet access is limited to the Public Library. Sleeping in the all-night laundromat during winter, Ive been able to keep my belly full by the free samples at Whole Foods and taking electronics and appliances I find in Mister Moneys dumpster to Friendly Pawn.

Margie and Brenda are as scorchy hot as they are fair. I want to marry them both but my religion wont allow it. Many times I go in, stand at the counter and gaze at the laptops just to have them near. The whole crew has been very fair and helpful in all of my transactions. Their loans have helped me through many tough times as Ive attempted to satisfy the reckless spending habits of my current wife. Ive made contact with the white-shirted missionaries hoping that they would hook me up with some splinter segment that will allow me to marry both mother and daughter. Stay away from Friendly Pawn where they always keep an eye on my pockets as an excuse to stare at my junk.

ZERO STARS I made the mistake of pawning my 300 dollar board for a 60 dollar loan. I realized on i only had 3 days left on my loan i needed to pay so i went to pay the balance and was told it had been sold online. I was furious but they did nothing but tell me to leave. A week later i drove by and there was my board in the window for 260 dollars. I told them about the mistake and they told me that they had just bought it the day before. Bunch of fu*king crooks. Dont honor their warranty. Tricked me into purchasing a warranty for a keyboard that didnt work. Now they say I can only return said keyboard for in store credit.

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he seemed entirely too busy to help. As a customer I felt like an inconvenience. If I were you Id go to Friendly Pawn instead they have great customer service and I was pleased with how helpful they were unlike Mister Money.

I bought a PC there, thought it was a good deal, they turned it on for me to test it, It started right up so I paid for it, took it home, hooked it up and found that the operating system wasnt working properly, so I took it right back. They didnt want to give me my money back even though I literally only owned it for less than an hour. talked to the manager and he wanted to give me store credit, I refused and told him that I wasnt leaving until I got my money back and insisted he get the owner out or on the phone so I can make a complaint. I wasnt very quite about it all either. Another manager came out, I told him what happened, we pugged it in and I showed him how the PC didnt save anything, it just keep freezing up, restart it and then returned to original settings including the time and date. He finally refunded my money for it. I have bought other things there and they were fine, but I will never buy any electronics there again.

Probably one the best experiences I have ever had at a pawn shop. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about products and prices and were really helpful and made me feel like i got a good deal. Management was excellent in dealing with my problem. Ive been in a lot of pawn shops and most of the time service sucks and they really just want to get you in and out but here they really took the time to make sure i got the best bargain! The cute little red headed manager gave me an incredible deal on a awesome flat screen TV and surround system! I couldnt be more pleased with the professional atmosphere!!!!

What the heck is wrong with you people? They had a LOADED GUN on display and I picked it up to inspect it, as I thought it might be a nice purchase, until I realized there was three rounds in the mag! What if a kid had walked in to the store and picked up that firearm? Worst place ever.

HORRIBLE!!! If I could do a ZERO STAR I WOULD!! I went in there tonight to get a pawn loan, the guy had no clue what he was doing with my wedding ring , he dropped my rings, he used a grey square thing to test if the ring was real only to SCRATCH my 1500.00 WEDDING SET the the ACID DROPS got on my ring leaving a funny coloration!!!!! Then offered me a 10.00 loan ?? He had NO CLUE what he was doing and then after I declined the loan he tried to tell me my ring was FAKE! When I told him thats funny Kay Jewelers would completely disagree with you on that one.. he said well thats what we will offer....rude..horrible service... they have NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! Please be careful when doing business with this company they will obviously totally screw people over!!!!!

This mister moneys employees are very unintelligent. I took my pistol in so i can sell it, and the dumb*** behind the counter was pointing the barrel in his face and then he said we cant buy this because we do not know what company manufactured this handgun. REALLY?!?!?!? The damn thing says smith and wesson on the side. but i CANNOT BELIEVE HE WAS POINTING THE BARREL STRAIGHT TO HIS FACE. Do they not know gun safety. They should not sell firearms if they dont know how to properly handle a gun!!!
