Let’s start off with Jason and his team will treat you right! Through the process of buying my first home I went through 3 different lenders that just hounded me on what I have to do. There was no pleasure in that. Just remember you’re paying your mortgage company so they work for you. Jason and his team does that! They help you through the way like no other! They also educate you on the process and why things go the way they do. I left with a smile on my face and left more educated then when I came in. Also Jason is always there to answer my question to this day. He’s always looking to help us out and see if there is anything he can do to help us lower our payment as well.

We are so very grateful for Jason and his team! We moved to Denver and our real estate agent suggested that we use a local lender that understands the market here. My brother, who has lived in Denver for over 25 years, referred us to Jason. Our realtor had actually worked with him before so we really got a small town experience in this big city! We went through a big bank for our last mortgage and deadlines were missed and it was stressful. This was the most seamless transaction we have ever experienced. We actually closed a week early! Couldnt be more impressed with Jason Duffy and Residential Lending. From start to finish, it was a seamless process. Jason helped consider our unique situation and figure out a refinance solution that was right for us. The staff (Randi) was very friendly and helpful. The options for online document upload and signatures were user-friendly and convenient. In the end, a notary came to our house and we signed the documents in less than 45 minutes in the comfort of our own kitchen. And finally, were really happy with the actual product--its a great loan at an unbelievable rate, and really low loan costs--much better than other lenders I had shopped around. Tim and Carrie were awesome! The process can be daunting, but they kept us on track and communicated very clearly every step of the way. Sending documents to them was easy with their secure system, and I never felt like time was wasted. Also, with their expertise, we were able to lock in a lower rate at a time when rates were expected to rise, and we now have a loan that we feel is competitive and suits our needs. This was all due to Tims willingness and ability to provide us with understandable options right away--far above the level of service we found with other lenders as we shopped around in the early stages. I would recommend Tim and his team to any of my friends and family, and Im very grateful to the friend that referred us! :)
