Was mostly a fantastic experience with this company. Our Lender Joel made himself available pretty much any time we had a question. It was a year long process for us, yes it was on the long side but we found a home we love!

The only demerit I would say is there were times when communication wasn't the greatest. Unless they were calling you it was VERY hard to get a person on the phone. I don't like endless emails when a quick phone call can do, that is something I think they can improve on.

Overall very satisfied and fully intend to work with them again in the future!

Ideal Home Loan did it again. Four years ago my wife and I bought our home with them. The team we worked with was incredible. When we decided to refinance our home this year we went back to them after trying several lenders who couldn’t give us a better deal. We were lucky enough to fall into another amazing team’s hands. Ideal home loans is the best mortgage company in Colorado. Matt Schulz was on point with communication and making sure any issues were addressed and resolved. Mike Zarlengo made sure everything was submitted on time, called and emailed if anything was needed asap. He followed up with his supervisors and made sure all deadlines were met. I appreciate everyone with ideal, they made sure my closing date was met. This company went above and beyond what I would expect, you shouldn t use any other company in Colorado except ideal home loans.

I had the pleasure of working with Dan Dobinsky with whom it was like playing ping-pong, Id serve and he would respond promptly, no matter the question or time of day. His answers were always spot-on reflecting his experience and expertise. I had two previous aborted re-fi encounters with first, too high cost, and second, amateurs who could not get it through their heads that my property was a townhome and not a condominium.

Just did a refinance with them. Rate was great! The ease of completing paperwork was great! Service, well I dont think they know what that is. Very slow on replying to emails or calls if they do at all. Email one person he sends you to another who sends you to someone else who doesnt have an answer for what your concern is. There were times we had to contact the same person several times just to get a simple answer. Would think twice about using them again. And they do not call back no matter how many messages you leave. Loved the rate but the customer service is horrid!

I heard about Ideal Home Loans from KTAR Radio and they did not disappoint. From my first interaction with Dan, they were cordial and made submitting my docs easy. The closing happened in less than a month and we were able to sign docs in our home which was a big deal for us since my husband is disabled. Would highly recommend Ideal to anyone!

I wanted to see if it made sense to apply for a refinance loan. I talked with Joel Barach. Joel took all my information to first figure out my eligibility to obtain a loan. He was very knowledgeable as we discussed the use of the loan. After gathering all information , Joel was able to help me know, at this time, it did not make sense to do a refinance. That I would not be gaining anything fiscally but essentially trading current loan for a new loan. I was ever so grateful for his expertise, and the time he took to go thru the numbers. I would recommend Joel to everyone, he was honest , kind and transparent. Joel is the definition of true customer service.

I highly recommend financing through Ideal Home Loans. We worked with Michael Zarlengo twice. Mike was knowledgeable, quick to respond no matter what time/day it was, and was willing to negotiate when we were comparing multiple finance companies. We had a somewhat unique circumstance the first time, as we were buying from our deceased landlords family and Mike was able to provide us with extra resources given our situation. We did not feel pressured or like we were just a number in a long line of customers. Also, when I reached back out within a year to refinance, it was a super simple process.

I was able to re-finance my home while these historically low interest rates are available thanks to Team Dan Dobinsky. He and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish during the refinancing process. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was done almost completely online and when it was necessary to sign documents in person, a team member scheduled a meeting at my property and all recommended CDC health guidelines were followed. We first tried to refinance with our original lender but the original lender advisor seemed overwhelmed and told me he likely could not give us a better rate than we had and even if he could, we likely couldn t close on time. When I called Ideal Home Loans, Dan, my loan advisor, couldn t have been more accommodating. He was just as busy as my original loan company advisor, but still took the time to understand my goals and give me the loan that would best serve me and my family. Dan was easy to work with, showed lots of patience answering my barrage of questions, and always answered my emails quickly, even on weekends. We got a much better rate than we originally had and the process went very smoothly even with all of the hurdles COVID-19 threw at us. I fully recommend Ideal Home Loans to anyone needing a new home loan or refinance!

Jason was awesome to work with, he was professional and genuine. Customer Service is a lost art, but Jason is an exception. His customer service is the best I have had in years. Jason showed me options and gave me the choice while still offering me his professional opinion. There was no sales pitch or push to get things done. I was ready to re-fi and we did the entire process (from fist phone call to closing) within 3 weeks. Matt was great to work with during the closing an signing of the paperwork. I have relied on Ideal Home Loans to re-finance 4 properties (2 investment properties, and 2 that were my primary residence. I have worked with Joel Barach on each one. I keep going back because they are price competitive, reliable, provide great advice on different options to take, and most importantly they have demonstrated they always have my best interests in mind. Case in point, Joel noticed my credit score went up in the middle of the application process for a loan and lowered the cost of the loan as a result. Keep up the good work guys!

I just finished my refi with Ideal. I have never had an easier or better experience. Joel took the reins and kept me up to date with interest rate changes and managed to get me a great rate. I have unusual employment history that most brokers did not want to deal with. He worked through them with the bank quickly and seamlessly with little involvement from me. Great work. Tried to get loan interest rates from Dan Dobinsky but he was able to provide the info even though we communicated over 2 days. I also contacted 4 other companies and was able to get loan interest rates in on the 1st phone call. Not exactly sure what the issue was but this lending company did not provide the info I needed. I did share the rates I had from the other companies and he was skeptical that those rates were even possible. So with all of this said I can not recommend Ideal Home Loans in Denver for a loan. I am working with another Loan company in Denver.

We have just had a second positive, impressive ,experience with Joel Barach of Ideal Home Loans. He and his team went above and beyond during our financing 3 yrs ago. We had no decision to make regarding a mortgage loan officer , recently, when applying for a loan. We consulted Joel ,and ultimately did not refinance. Joel went through some complexities with us; the loan would have been beneficial to Ideal and Joel; it was not in our better interest. Our trust in Ideals Joel has not been misplaced! Avoid these people like the plague! I used them a number of years ago for a mortgage, and was super pleased with everything. Because of that, I tried them again this past week, and they seem to have adopted the used car lot way of doing business. Tried to screw me on ALL the loan terms (rate and junk fees), and then handled my concerns with the slimiest of car salesman double talk. Got the same nonsense when I spoke to the sales manager. So sad that this business has sold out its principles and ethics for more money.

I was very nervous to reach out to a lending company but I first heard about Ideal Home Loans through a local radio station and I needed to refinance my home fast since I had a ARM loan with payments that were quickly escalating so I call them and Carrie OConnell walked me through the whole process, making it super easy via online, which was great because It really didnt interfere with my busy work schedule and Debra Vigil worked really fast to get my loan locked in at the best possible rate. Ideal Home Loans really do look out for your best interest. I would recommend them for any home loan, refinance or consolidation issues and they will give you the terms you want 15 year, 20 year or 25 or 30 years, whichever works for you, they are great and I was truly blessed to have Carrie and Debra as a team to work with. This company is as advertised. I first heard about these guys from the radio station I listen to. What got me was their rate guarantee promise. I am very weary about companies who just wanna get paid but these guys really care. Carrie was always in contact if I had any questions or concerns and always let me know what was going on. High level Review: If you are looking for a home loan, just close your eyes, relax for 10 seconds, call and go meet Joel Barach at Ideal Home loans, period!!! --You will thank me and him one day if you do that. Detailed Review: I was planning to purchase a house and worked with my previous lender MM (not Ideal Home Loans), to be honest about this MM lender company, they did work quickly but I felt forced to get the interest rates what they told me to accept. Then, I spoke to Joel Barach at Ideal Home Loan, this team is bunch of smart and amazing people. I really dont give online reviews but this company (and especially Joel Barach and Team) really deserve this True and Honest review. I can vouch for them. I left my original lender who forced me to accept high lender fee, interest rate and worked with Joel for just 1-2 hours over the phone and asked usual questions about home loan, best rate, closing lender fee etc. and he not only understood my situation but was very-very polite in explaining the ins and outs of how and where I can save money and why Ideal Home loan does an amazing job. I was really impressed by the knowledge and straight to the point answers he provided and the comparisons Ideal home loan and Joel came up with me for getting the home loan as compared to my original lender. Their quote had substantial differences for saving money for me for lender fee, interest rate, money upfront for paying for any lender points was really low and good for anyone and the low closing cost. I have used ideal home loans 3 times now. I recommend them. The only part I would like to see improved on is if you are paying off bill such as credit cards that you are asked for what bills and amounts that are to be paid before going to underwriting so the loan is not delayed for wrong amounts. Submitted a request online to talk to someone about a home equity loan. Katherine called me back and I spoketo her for some time while repeatedly starting I was looking for a equity loan and NOT a refi. She kept pushing me for a refi then began asking me questions about my home, which is fine, but then I got a weird vibe like she was judging me and my home. The whole conversation left a bad taste in my mouth and have decided to go with another company. I felt pressured, judged and just not safe putting my home in her hands.

We started with another company and was going no where. I heard the ad for Ideal Home Loans saying call for a 2nd option and I did and so glad I did. Within 24 hours Erika called us and met with her on a Sunday as that is the only day that worked for us. Never would have expected anyone to come in on the weekend. After leaving there that day, we had our list of what we needed to do. More then we ever got with the other company that we worked with for over 2 months. Erika and Matt worked so closely with us every step of the process. Was able to call and text anytime I needed anything. I heard about ideal home loans on Tom Martino s radio show. From the moment I called them I was stunned by the courtesy, the professionalism, the care and the detail they put into my experience. I am I sole business owner that had a bankruptcy about five years ago. Taking all that into account they did things I had no idea could be done. I got an excellent interest rate just in time for some remodeling that we wanted to do. Other companies that I have called through the last two or three years either ignored me or could not offer me a viable solution to our predicament. Carrie and the other staff at ideal moved forward with confidence and kept me informed every step of the way as we went through all the way to closing! There is no other company that I would refer friends and family to at this moment to get a refinance or new mortgage than ideal home loans. Thank you thank you thank you! I worked with Joel at ideal home loans to purchase a new home in Colorado springs in August of 2018. He was always timely in communication and on multiple weekends he generated pre approval letters offers so that we could make a quick offer on the home we wanted. Ideal completes a pre approval on you which is much better than just a simple pre qualification, this nearly ensures you are qualified to actually close the loan. I loved there secure email and web interface for easily signing documents. I would recommend them as a lender to anyone.

We had an great experience with Erika and the staff helping us repair our credit and fight very hard for us to get our dream home. Reason we didnt give 5 stars, was because of underwiting. Erika, Craig, and Chuck worked super hard for us to get our loan.Underwriting calculated our income really bad, which caused us to not be approved for our dream home. We were approved for a home loan just not the one we wanted. We ended up going with a different lender do to those circumstances, because of us really wanting this home. We have been living in our home since July. I wanted to thank Ideal for fighting for us and helping us improve our credit to get this loan.
