Vickie and her team are amazing! They were incredibly responsive, always kept my husband and I in the loop at every step, and they were very pleasant people to work with. We had already been approved for a loan with a different company, but had to do a quick closing in order to get the house. Vicky stepped in when the other lender fell through and seamlessly completed everything, even with a tight deadline. Vicky and the Cherry Creek team were referred to me by a coworker who successfully used them a few times for mortgages and refinances. We worked with Cherry Creek for a mortgage on a new home in the Denver area and we are so happy we did. They were always available and answered all the questions we had; and trust me there were a lot of questions, jumped through hoops to make things work in our favor, even when we made a last minute discussion to go a different route. We were introduced to Vicki a little over 5 years ago, where we got a mortgage for our forever home. The process with Vicki was smooth and informative, with a nice homeowner s binder with our paperwork and helpful ownership and maintenance information. Two years ago I reached out to Vicki again, looking to refi for some home improvement projects. Vicki thankfully steered me in a better direction than I was headed, and put me in contact with a banker to get an awesome rate on a HELOC, saving me over $10,000 in the end! Now in 2020, I reached out to Vickie to take advantage of the interest rates that dropped while COVID-19 was rearing it s ugly head, and we quickly locked in to a great rate, dropping 5 additional years off the loan and enabling us to get cash out to start a new business. Vicki is not only a fantastic, responsive, hard working mortgage broker, but she is a honest and caring advisor throughout the process, helping us make sound life and financial decisions base on the options she advised us on. Vickie and her team have earned my full support and recommendation. I was impressed by how communicative they were. The team went as far as to assist me in getting late payments removed from my credit to raise it, and we succeeded! It can be a challenging process, but the team brought persistence and expertise to make it fluid. Because we took care of all the personal and financial requirements early, they even closed early upon my request! There are situations where you make a decision NOT solely based on price, but instead on overall quality (there we other firms offering me a lower rate initially), and for me this was one of them. I ended up better of financially in the end due to their focus and creativity, and it will keep paying dividends into the future. These folks are quality, I recommend you use them. Thanks to Vickie and her team, buying my first house was easier than I could have imagined. They sent fun videos that walked me through each step and explained what to expect next. Vickie answered all of my questions and helped me choose the best option for my situation which was a 15 year loan at 3% interest. My loan was even ready 2 weeks earlier than expected. I never thought that my lender would be the highlight of my home buying experience but Laurie, Ashley, and Vicki took the cake. They were stupendous: attentive, patient, thoughtful, and incredibly quick. In a matter of hours I was approved for a loan from start to finish and they were right beside me until I closed on my first home. I used envoy mortgage to close on my house exactly a year ago. As a first time home buyer in a very aggressive colorado market, I didnt anticipate being able to qualify for very much house or anything at all. Vickie and her team (Stephanie and craig) were beyond helpful, patient and understanding during my first time experience. They made the whole experience incredibly easy and less intimidating than what the process could have been. With a very demanding work schedule... I was happy to be able to do all my paperwork on line at my own leisure and whenever I had questions I received a call back immediately to address any concerns. For what could have been a very stressful time... envoy made my first purchase such a easy, smooth transaction. I would use this company in a heart beat if and when I have to go through this again. I cannot say enough nice things about Vickie and her team. I started working with them after frustration levels with a large nationwide lender kept losing docs, not returning calls, etc. Vickies team had my docs same day, and in less than 2 weeks it was fully approved and builder was in receipt of every document needed from them without even asking. I had a complete clear to close in 3.5 weeks. A seamless transaction, super organized, and very on top of things. Jessica, who was my assigned processor was amazing, a few phone calls to confirm some info for her and that was it outside of the standard doc submissions. If you are looking for an amazingly well oiled machine, then look no further. The Newman Team is nothing short of AMAZING! Closed on our new home this morning and couldnt have done it so stress-free without this teams help!
