Brady as always helped in taking care of all of my accounts. There are lots of them to say the least. I opened up a new CD for my brand new granddaughter. Even though it was late in the day she opened it and took care of the account with great ease. I would recommend her highly to anyone to be there personal banker. She should be commended on the work she does for the members. Those that have been there twenty years plus and those that are brand new.

Last week, I walked into Security Service Federal Credit Union here in Greeley to open up a Certificate of Deposit! Once I stated my business, I was instructed to be seated and assured assistance momentarily! Approximately 90 seconds later, as I began to scroll on my cellphone, through Americas ridiculous TikToc videos in the waiting area, my first name was announced! Lol I, then encountered one of the most delightful greetings and banking experiences ever! An extremely professionally dressed female representative of SSFCUs Member Service department by the name of ADRIANA COPAS politely invited me into a private business office to conduct business! Ever little detail of my inquiries were explained to crystal clear clarity! Im not sure that upper management is aware of how much Ms. Copas brings to the table! In my personal and professional opinion... Ms. Adriana Copas is a Diamond in the Rough and her knowledge and understanding of this institution is most certainly and without question overlooked and undervalued! I m a college student in Greeley, CO and my home bank is Bellco credit union. They don t have any of those in Greeley however so I come here to use their shared branching to make deposits and such. The staff is super nice and the shared branching system is super convenient and easy to use!

Amazing credit union with a small town fill but big city resources! Everyone from the tellers to the managers are friendly and helpful. It is also very convenient to me that I am able to access my wifes SSFCU account while also paying our car loan with ENT CU, all in one spot thanks to their shared branching!

All I can say is don t use the drive through unless you have more than 30 minutes to burn and want to scratch the entire passenger side of your car. Fortunately, I haven t personally experienced the car scratching, but I won t even use the west line because that brick wall has been marked by every color car under the sun.

I just went inside, was greeted promptly and helped by the teller quickly. I bank out of state and this branch does shared branching which is helpful for the 1-2 times a year I actually need to visit a physical location. The manager was working today which I always have respect for, I like when managers are fair to the employees and are willing to work on a weekend. Glad they re here and thanks for being here on a Saturday nonetheless!

I like this place but I have 2 complaints checks will bounce because they will try and process it like 30 minutes before my direct deposit. 2nds their protection fee comes out at random times. They could deduct it from your account on the 1st or up to the 29th...who knows? Its never the same date. Ive had it taken even before the mont started. Pick a damn date so we know when you will be taking money!!!!

I had the very best experience and customer service today at this location! Nabor Sanchez was very helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help me. I was having terrible trouble getting my online payment started since some on my loan information was incorrect. He was so informative and walked me through the process. He took the time to make me feel less anxious so needless so say my problem was fixed!! I set up my automatic payments on line and I m a Very happy customer. I will return to this location even though I live closer to Fort Collins. He is worth the trip. I hope you get a noticed for the wonderful person he is! Thank you Nabor También habla español! I have been trying to set up a CD for a corporation at the Greeley branch. I have taken them all the paperwork they say is required. After reviewing the Articles of Incorporation filed in 1978 I was told that since my Mother was an original signer of the articles she needs to sign the the Cd documents. Since she is 98 years old and suffers from dementia this is impossible. She is not a stockholder and is not an officer of the corporation. I was told that my only other option was to file new Articles of Incorporation with the State without my mothers name on them. I talked to my attorney about this. He happens to represent some banks and he told me that they were wrong. He tried talking to the lady I was working with who told him that her supervisor told her that refiling the papers was my only option. Since her supervisor is not a lawyer I believe he/she is wrong. I am very disappointed that I cannot set up this CD since I try to stay local if at all possible. Today we were able to get our corporate cd. We met with Amber who straightened out the misunderstanding and things went smoothly. She also explained what the problem was. Thanks Amber.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I am new to this area when I was having an issue that needed this institution. When I walked in, I was greeted by the most calm and happy group of people , not overwhelming , just right. The manager, Hallie, was amazing and went above and beyond anything I needed. She introduced me to Nabor, who then explained to me the account I had been searching for for a long time. I opened an account and have never been more happy to have stumbled across this institution. I feel very safe and less anxious knowing my money is here and I can leave it here and breathe at the same time.

I moved to Colorado almost a year ago. Today I needed to open an account. Sally and Kim were awesome! Quick and super friendly service. I m already very happy to be banking with them.

I have been a member for about 10 years!! This Greeley branch has ALWAYS been top notch!! The customer service goes over and beyond!! I didnt have a pin to my credit card, on a Saturday morning, standing in their parking lot at 8:30 am. Needed cash to go out of state!! An employee arrives, I tell her what is happening. She took my card, told me to go to the drive up. They gave a debt card for my checking , I had never had one. Went back to the ATM, got my cash and on my way!!! I cannot thank them enough!!! You guys ROCK!!!!!
