Alec and Matt were amazing. They were patient with me and answered all my questions while I was clueless to how all of this worked. I called A LOT of “24 hour bondsmen” companies who all said the earliest they could get my loved one out of custody would be Monday (it was a Saturday). I finally reached Matt who helped explain everything to me and helped me fill everything out online to start the process. Within minutes of filling everything out online with Matt, Alec called me and said that he was on his way and could meet with me within two hours. Alec drove TWO HOURS to get my loved one out of custody at 10pm on a Saturday. After he helped me that night he has stayed in contact to ask me how things are going and even offered to help us find a good lawyer in my area. They have been outstanding and while I hope that I am never put in this position again, I now know who to call! Thank you Alec & Matt!!

Best bail bond agency I have worked with. These guys are straight to the point, easy to work with, and very reliable. You can fill out all the paperwork online so you don t even have to meet up with them if you don t live close by or just don t have the time to do so, but that is still an option if you wish to meet in person. I have used them a couple of different times and the most resent time they responded and had my friend out within a couple of hours and they had to drive almost an hour to the jail.

I used bailcitybonds for the first time I ever needed a bail-bond company. Even though they were about 2,000 miles away they blew me away with service that was over and above what I expected. Carter even offered to try try to help my brother who was having some problems adjusting after being bailed out. Only one minor negative is the questionnaire they texted was a little difficult to navigate. When I told them that Matt opened the app on his computer and asked me the questions and filled it out himself! If they had 10 stars I would give them all 10. Can t say enough!

There are definitely not enough stars or words to describe the service we received from Alec. He went above and beyond for us, kept us informed every step of the way and even made us feel comfortable while we waited for our loved ones to be released. Sam was accommodating! Formal and told me what documents I would need for the process of a bond Alec was straight to the point. I highly DO NOT recommend using this place, EVER!! I d give 0 stars if I could!! If you re just looking to pay a bondsman top dollar to bond someone out for you, Alec is more than happy to help. However, if you try to contact him requesting a consent of surety he won t even bother responding to any texts or phone calls. I used him to bond someone out for me twice and this same person was arrested for FTA while on the second bond. The FTA was a result of this person having Co-vid and the judge was going to reinstate the bond and release this person once proof of a positive Co-vid test and consent of surety was received. I called and sent texts to Alec (so did said person s attorney) explaining the situation & asking him to please send a consent of surety but he couldn t even bother to respond to me or the attorney. I actually sent him a text from a different number asking a random question and he responded to that message so I know it wasn t a phone issue. Now, here s the thing that really showed me what kind of person this Alec is. Between 8:30am - 9am the morning after said person was arrested, Alec sent me a text asking me if I needed help with this person s recent incarceration. So, he was more than happy to put my person on bond again for money but couldn t be bothered to give a consent of surety for the same case obviously because he wouldn t make any money from doing so. Frankly, Alec is a total POS and lacks morals and ethics. How he has no shame is disgusting at best. I wouldn t use him to bond anyone ever again even if it were free!!

Alec was amazing, I had been calling every bonds company in town trying to get my friend released and then I called Alec with Bail City Bail Bonds and in know time he was working on getting my friend out of jail. The application and paperwork were quick and easy and my friend was actually released so quickly I couldnt believe it. Thanks again Alec!
