What made my experience great is from the beginning there was a level of professionalism established the carried on through the entire process. Had a very unpleasant exchange with Mr Coombs. After sending an email to the build and Mr Coombs asking for an update on a new closing date, he proceeded to call and yell at me over the phone on how it was his fault. No fault was mentioned in the email I sent and the email was sent to the builder and him so both parties were in the loop he then got so angry he threatened to deny my loan. This is a during the week of which we were scheduled to close. I ended up dealing with it and having to communicate through James to get the loan complete. It was on the verge of calling Bureau of Consumer Protection for being treated unfair by Mr Coombs and the vindictive threat of denying my loan because he was upset with an email that was sent to builder and him about an updated new closing date. I will never recommend him if anyone was to ask my recommendation. If someone were to ask who I used I would tell them and that of my experience. Throughout the process he seemed very rude to myself and the builder. I never received an apology from anyone and just moved on with the process in order to complete the buy.

Sold my loan the day it closed. No heads up to my wife or I whatsoever. Sold it to JP Morgan, whom I would never deal with by choice. I was finally sent a letter almost 3 weeks later. Today when I checked my bank account (unrelated) I saw four charges from JP Morgan, I never set up any direct withdraw from them. Also, the charges make no sense and have no explanation. Had Charlie Beagle let me know he was selling the loan I could have contact JP Morgan and set up whatever I needed to, plus Id have the ability to know why I was being charged. Do not go to Fidelity Mortgage, just go to a bank, they will just sell the loan to the bank in the end anyway. Cant get anyone on the phone. This company is super shady, do not trust them.

James Pulsiphers team were pleasant to talk with but were lacking in information research & communication with us. We would have to call them and ask for status updates. Then wed learn at that time there were problems that needed to be resolved and theyd ask us to find information for them instead of them asking the Title Co for it. They did provide us with thefigures but never explained them to us and they did not appear at the closing at all.

Simply put, the definition of straight shooter . Kurtis is positively interested in his clients from the first contact. He was prepared during our first interaction to provide details about a possible loan that just made sense. He made buying a house an easy task, even during a global pandemic. Laura and the team at Fidelity Mortgage are amazing! During all the craziness of covid19, Laura helped us lock in a new mortgage interest rate. We emailed her at night, and were locked in the next morning because of her expedite communication. We ended up switching to a shorter term with a lower interest. The lack of face time didnt matter with stay at home orders, Fidelity was organized and communicated throughout the process. The closing and signing were fast. We always joked about retirement being an abstract idea. But with the refinance, retirement just became a real possible idea in our future.

Allens team, under his guidance, worked diligently on the refinance of my VA loan. Without their professionalism and tenacity through a less than normal refinance process i doubt this would have happened at all. They fought for me when the appraisal was less than perfect and they appealed the low valuation of my home to the VA and were successful. I trusted Allens team through the process and they never let me down. The entire effort was conducted via a system online which allowed me to electronically sign and submit all the documentation easily and in a timely manner. Communication was mainly via phone and email and was always prompt, informative and easy to respond to in a timely manner. It was my pleasure to work with a fellow Navy Vet as I knew he had my back in this effort. If i ever need mortgage assistance i know who to call, Allen Coombs.
