Came in today pretty short notice because I absolutely needed an account today. Kirstin was super happy to help me and got me signed up and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I’m happy I’m a member here and they actually have great member benefits. Thank you guys so much, Kirstin was easy to talk to and very personable. Today was my first time at this credit Union and I had an amazing experience with Daevion. He made me feel like he was my personal banker for five or more years. He personalized today's meeting by giving me all the pertinent information about benefits and online features. He went above and beyond to introduce me to all the bank tellers, his boss and that was a great experience. Today's tour was done in an upscale decorum. In conclusion, I appreciate my personal banker today because he asked me about my life and my life goals and he made sure that he would help in any way to make sure that those needs are met through Security Service Federal Credit Union.

Friendly, excellent customer service, teller actively listened to my questions and concerns. Very professional! 5/11/24 Today, SSFCU provided an educational lesson to my youngest son on money management. They have a teen checking/savings account that can be utilize like the GreenLight credit cards that are publicized today. Now he can EARN his allowance and learn the benefits of spending/savings in a responsible way. This is an excellent life lesson that is not taught often. Teens are more aware when they are spenjng their own money versus their patents. I want to gove a huge shout out to Ms. Kirstin for all your help!

I recently had a difficult banking issue. I ended up being at the bank for hours. Angela was the banker. Although this was a difficult issue, she made things as easy as possible. Denver R. I brought my mother in for a transaction. No matter who we interact with at this branch, they are the sweetest, most patient people with my mother and all her questions. We decided to open an actual account today and Denver was extraordinary with helping my mother understand everything from setting up the account to doing things remotely. He never rushed through any part of it, and took personal accountability if she ever needed his help in the future. As new members, we re lucky to have him. Special note: Brittany has always been great to us also , whenever we came in for a shared banking transaction but again everyone there is wonderful, just haven t met them all YET

Best customer service amazing!! Few days ago went ssfcu do balance transfer. Husband said guys told him there no fee balance transfer. Will there is a fee . Went one go to fountain mesa ridge yeterday explained what Husband told me. She was amazing she got my balance transfer fee waive!! Love it!!! They are the best!!!

My experience yesterday was an eye opener to how banks should operate. I was greeted instantly by all three tellers first and foremost. Holden had understood my issue and calmly knew the solution. He helped me know what was about to go down. I shortly waited, then Brianna was the one helping me with my account. She made it easy for me to understand every part of the process. I stopped by because it was close to my house and I saw great reviews online. As soon as I walked in I understood why, all of the staff are kind and greet you as you walk in. They are friendly and you can tell they love what they do and where they are at. Brianna helped me open a business and a personal account today. She was knowledgable and was a very nice talk. Moved back to the area after spending time in another state. Was looking around at different banks in the area so I didn t have to travel too far to a branch. Decided to go with Security Services to do my banking and I am very happy I did. Mo was the one who helped setup my accounts and walked me through all the different things this bank offered and got me squared away and out the door, with everything how I wanted it, in no time at all. The customer service was great and I couldn t be happier that I chose this bank.

Excellent customer service provided by Itzel at the Fountain, CO location. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions quickly without hesitation. SSFCU is very fortunate to have this young lady on their staff. I have recommended SSFCU to several of my friends.

Consistently slow service. The options I chose when opening my account were not reflected correctly when the account was opened. Cost for a checking account is approximately $7 a month. There are other options locally that will not charge you for keeping your money safe. Any services that use Plaid will not work with your SSFCU accounts.

Received very good service and assistance from Briana L. Saldiver on my recent visit to the Fountain, CO. Branch. Very helpful in assisting me with my banking needs and was very professional and friendly at all times even though I would sometimes ask the same questions multiple times. Miss Saldiver maintained her great attitude and was a pleasure to have assisting me. She knew exactly what I needed and went out of her way to help me out. It s so nice to do business with people that seem to actually take an interest in you and your needs. In all, very impressed with all the employees and the manager that came to my assistance on that day. Great folks there!

I came in today for a simple card swap, as I had cracked my debit card. Spoke with Briana Saldivar and received the most awesome customer care I have ever received from Security Service in the long years that I have been a member. Briana went above and beyond making sure all of my needs were met (even the ones I didnt realize I needed)!! Got some issues figured out with my accounts and started me off on a new road of stress free.

MaryAnn did such an amazing job to get me a better deal with insurance. She saved me about a hundred dollars a month. Dylan also helped me refinance my vehicle and saved me a hundred dollars in my monthly payment and lowered my interest from a 9% to a 6%! They both were very helpful and kind and the process wasn t even long!!

Mo is an AMAZING help I would recommend this credit union to anyone and everyone, if you need help everyone is so kind here but Mo has been a HUGE help and a godsend. The power protected checking feature is something that Ive never seen at any other credit union and its honestly such a great feature for $6 a month. 10/10 I will continue coming here and Im forever thankful for all of the employees kindness and help at this location :)

Me , my husband and my 2 babies when inside to open a bank account and was assisted by Mo. He brought all us back to his office very fast. I will say he is such a great guy to have working for you guys! Hes polite and went ABOVE and beyond to help entertain my son (3yrs) and my daughter (2yrs). He pulled out some paper and pens for then so they would be entertain while me and my husband were working on getting our account set up. He also made us feel very welcomed!
