It's been a long time since I have known a pawn shop that I could go to, feel welcome and appreciated, for my business. It's been even longer since I had a pawn shop I could go to when I needed cash or wanted to buy something for (what I know is) a really good deal. Well, I don't have to look any further because EZ-Pawn on 90th and Federal in Federal Heights, Colorado is now my go-to place. Every time I've needed a little extra cash, they have given not only a fair offer but, some extra cash.

During the holidays last year I bought a few different items for my family. On one specific occasion Larry, a gentleman of impeccable service and character not only helped me get what I needed but, he also dropped the price of a ring for my wife lower than the already low listed price! With a quick approval from manager Georgia (a wonderful person with a refreshing candor and demeanor of a polished customer service professional) I had the gift with time to spare.

During a few different visits I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Chris, a consummate enthusiast of many things from speakers to stock commodity prices. Chris knowledgeably and cheerfully obtained my loan of cash, at what I knew was a fair for my items, plus some extra. Not once trying to low-ball me and have me borrow more than I wanted or needed to repay.

Victor, Lawrence and other young men (Joey and Juan) have helped me get exactly what I wanted for my video game consoles. Both with the knowledge, energy and excitement of Top-GameStop employees

All in all, I can say with truth and sincerity and without any type of endorsement whatsoever. This EZ-Pawn will take care of your needs with expert knowledge and the customer service of an old school neighborhood pawn shop. Check them out and tell them you read this review. You won't be disappointed, I guarantee it!

Certainly the best stuff and least scary in the area. There are quite a few pawn shops around this one, but this ezpawn is the only one i felt comfortable shopping for a good tv with my daughter in.
The staff was friendly but not obnoxious, and their stuff looked nicely kept up and not desperately hocked garbage.
Not as nice as the other location on west colfax, but still nice enough we found a great tv and a really good price.

New owners don't care about your items being dropped that you owned for over a decade, we have been customers for 9yrs at this store have had multiple items in pawn and have always been notified before they drop, new employees said they don't have to notify you when your stuff drops that's a courtesy, yeah obviously they know nothing about courtesy or customer service! Never would happened if Georgia was still working here she always notified us. There is no grace period with your items here so beware your stuff will be gone when you go to pick it up. Will never be back.

Zero Stars,this is why, I brought in my stand up craftsman tool box because I was desperate and as with a lot of people needed money fast! It is a $3000.00 box needed $150.00 for bills. They said I needed more collateral, so I brought in my $200.00 power glow 300 Bluetooth speaker which gave me the rest $$ I needed. When I came to pay my pawn it took 45 min To bring my tools & speaker up........heres the problem , when I arrived home I found someone broke key off on bottom cabinet so I could not open , and my power glow speaker which was only 2 weeks old . Does NOT HOLD CHARGE. When I came in to ask what happend I was told WE DONT TOUCH OR MESS WITH YOUR PROPERTY well I know how you can drain a nice expensive Bluetooth speaker so it wont keep a charge , and as for my tools if I didnt break key off my own tools then whos responsible for my loss....... REMEMBER IF I WOULDNT HAVE PAID ON TIME GUESS WHO GETS MY TOOLS....SO please someone tell me WHERE IS THE FAIRNESS??? Yes I called their corporate ph and was told oh we WILL call you back!!!??? AND NO ONE HAS And yes thats a minus star......... Will it be there almost a year later and they still not resolved the issue they havent responded back to me they told me to send him an email and I did all of it and they have done nothing about breaking my toolbox and my Bluetooth speaker they have not offered me anything and theyre just ignoring me now so if I was anybody I would not go to this EZ pawn ever I know that if you dont pay on your pond they keep your stuff but they also go through it and they also play with it and they break it and then they say we didnt do it so there you go EZ pawn I have no faith in you and Ill never use you again and thanks for not responding as I figured you might

I came into the store with items to sell, and with a clear and respectful mood. The lady that helped out first was in the process of getting a deal squared away until she had to go to lunch. To which extent the mood turned sour and the Marcus dude became rude and almost judgmental with not listening to facts of about the item and judging it without even inspecting it further. He should get more education on computers before pointing to wrong information that s not even correct. He also became too impatient with computers and lacks professionalism in the workplace. I understand people can become testy, but when the item is not inspected first and he believes he knows everything about the computer makes it show that he doesn t truly know what he s doing and how to handle anything that is thrown his way.

Literally brought them over $1000 worth of tools and equipment and their offer is 150 bucks They literally take advantage of their customers have been coming to them for years now and that they can because because it s a Sunday. This will be the last time I bring my items here soon as I get them back out, they will not be getting another item for me. Tell your friends to find a new place.

I came here to pawn a ryobi drill, the blond girl who never smiles was rude and only offered me 15 bucks. She said well take it somewhere else then. when i asked for 20. so i drive 1 block over to first cash and i still was offered 15$ but ryan, i think his name was, greeted me and was very polite he said i have a great account history so he would help me, so i took the 15 $ and i will definitely be back to fast cash no more sleezy pawn for me. if you cant even smile and greet someone then good luck maintaining your customers. Not everyone is starving and desperate. Some folks just need a hand from time to time. I felt like they thought no matter how they treated me i would take the loan. WRONG. However the manager is pretty polite upon previous interactions. its a shame his staff cant be more courteous.

Stole my TV I have purchased over 500$ Dollars of knives and a TV here,,, I lost my bank card after a 20 hour shift at work expected to be back at work soon I took my TV here I just bought it for over 200$ from the Pecos store after returning a Samsung TV that refused the hulu app I got a TV was happy with wouldnt have pawned if I had any other options went back to get it they said I never brought a TV swear Ill never buy from any easy pawn again and Ill starve before i ever pawn anything there again gave me 100$ for a 230$ tv then took it wont give it back c

Dont trust Chris, I was scammed out of $175.00 for a mountain bike I put on layway. I cane to get the bike and pay it off and I found out that he added on a $70.00 warranty charge, which I never asked for. And then I come to get the bike and it has a flat tire and its in rough shape. So, I asked for my money back but they only issue a in store credit, even though I paid cash. Oh yeah, there is a $175.00 reshelving fee after I put down over $400.00 in payments towards the bike. I never felt like I was totally scammed by a dirty business. Dam!

I came into this pawn shop to see if I could find a ring to make up for the one I lost. There were a few employees in there and they were enthusiastic to help but, I needed somebody knowledgeable because this is a special purchase. I have and buy a lot of jewelry and always have tons of questions... A gentleman named Jerry came to help when he noticed I had specific needs and interests. I told him I was looking for something similar to what I lost one but, not exactly like it. Also, I had to stand my price range because I was on a tight budget. With Jerry I didnt have to worry because he was super knowledgeable and very friendly. I would like to thank all the staff that work here. Anytime I need help I come to this pawn shop and never get turned away. Always be sure to communicate and talk with them when you help with your loans. Trust me, they will go above and beyond as long as you are honest and and on point with your loans. Bring your pawning/buying business here to 90th and federal Ez pawn. Yeah There are many other pawn shops nearby, but none of them care for their customers as much as they do at this one. One of the staff asked if I wanted a protection plan but didnt explain it, so I said no.... since Ive never shopped at a pawn shop before - I was thinking it is like other retail plans - nope, this is if you dont like the product you can take it back for a credit... would have been nice to know at the time of purchase.

I tried to buy a ring on layaway and of course they sent me online info and of course I couldnt log in and it didnt recognize me and said I didnt have an account and everytime I tried to call they put me on hold and then hung up on me then they told me I lost my layaway twice and my 200.00 because I was late making a payment that I couldnt make because of them. I feel disgusted and discriminated against as a woman after coming here, ladies beware! I brought my 2002 SUV here and just needed a few hundred dollars until payday. I have a good track record with EZ pawn and always redeem my tickets. Anyway the first gentleman I dealt with truly tried to help me, my truck didnt have this years emissions because I relocated from El Paso county where you dont need them done every year. He called his boss and his boss said no my truck is too old. Im the second owner and have all the service records. No check engine light , no issues except some cosmetic. Now that a look at the vehicles they have for sale online they are way older and in way worse shape than my truck. I will not be doing business with EZ pawn anymore. I can almost guarantee that if my husband brought it in the owner would have made the loan no problem.

Looking for a 19in TV with the remote for kitchen.The one we have the remote spouted legs and ran away. You can relate Im sure. Whats the big deal get a universal remote. Well we just put up outside OTA and you have to have the model remote to scan for channels. Universal cant do that. Why who the knows. Now that i have put you to sleep. I went in ezpawn 1 tv left no remote. Soo where are all the TVs. The people there are real nice to sum all up Corvd19. People tv crazy. Guess thats better then bouncing of the walls.

They dont even deserve a star rating. I had to pawn my Movado watches that were in perfect condition and I even had the boxes that they came in. They loaned me 185.00 bucks for both Movado museum watches. I needed the money or else I wouldnt have ever pawned them. Then it was time to make the loan payment or get my watches out of pawn. I was late by 7 days so I knew I was going to be paying late fees well I try to make a payment with my debt card and was told I couldnt make a payment over the phone that I had to come into there store to make the payment well I was out of town at the time in victor Colorado working. Needless to say I lost my watches cause they wouldnt let me make a payment over the phone. I have complained to everyone who I could complain to at ezpawn and got no response on why the manager at the time wouldnt expect my payment I was robbed for my watches and cant do anything about it. My advice stay away from ezpawn as far away as u can

I paid 1 month interest on my Nintendo switch, TV, and microphone in December. The employee didnt put my cash on my switch dropped it and another employee bought it. Shady scammers work at ez pawn

Certainly the best stuff and least scary in the area. There are quite a few pawn shops around this one, but this ezpawn is the only one i felt comfortable shopping for a good tv with my daughter in. The staff was friendly but not obnoxious, and their stuff looked nicely kept up and not desperately hocked garbage. Not as nice as the other location on west colfax, but still nice enough we found a great tv and a really good price.

Recently visited this location.. and while they didn t have exactly what I was looking for and they seemed a little rigid when it came to workin with someone on a price.. I did find a nice piece of jewelry .. and the lady helping me went above and beyond.. making sure it was nice and cleaned for me.. worth checking out!

If you want great service go to Georgia shell do her best as to what she can shes been there for years shes great if shes not around I recommend Joey or Mark... they have lots of stuff to choose from too

This store is big and well merchandised. I can always find lots of great deals. There are some pawn brokers who have been there forever, and I will always do my business with them rather than some of the newer staff who are really rude over the phone and in person.

Been here a few times to buy. One of the cleanest shops I ve been into and the staff seems super friendly. Generally will wheel and deal on items out for sale.

Of all the ez pawns within the area, this location has the best staff. I have been shopping all the ez pawns in the northern Denver metro area for 9 years and this one is the best. They are willing to negotiate on price and are also extremely friendly. Other locations don t care because they simply are not paid enough to, however, this location still manages to truly care regardless.

I called and made arrangements to pay $20 today for my TV I had pawned but because no one made note of my call they dropped my TV and expected me to pay an outrageous amount of money to get my TV back. They were rude and ridiculed me and my mom. They showed no consideration and seemed heartless. Never will we go back there.

Super rude called in twice on the phone told them what I was bringing and what time I would be there when I showed up they said they didnt take that product and locked the doors the tall skinny manager dont remember his name but I would like to rearrange his damn nose

The skinny white guy with the glasses always low balls, but the other clerks always help me out and give me good deals on my items unlike the other guy who just rips people off seems like his favorite words is 10 or 20 bucks when I knoe my stuff is worth way more.

Ive used them for 3 years. Most are friendly with one or two and employees. Service is always pretty quick. Longest wait was probably 10 minutes. Good selection of stuff.

Customer service sucks, I waited in line while the cashier was reminiscing with her friend. I finally asked to see a rifle and she said Im with a customer. No need to ever go back there.

This place is a fraud I bought a ring from them and they said it was real diamonds find out few months later theyre not real go back to the store let them know and they told me they have no record of me buying it from them and they cant do nothing for me besides buy it back for a quarter of the price trying to say half this place is b******* if you have negative stars on here cuz I write them and -10 Stars

Super suck. Went in to look at rings and was told they had a policy of one at a time. Thats ok with me, but they arent sized or priced. So I asked to see the ones in a certain block. He snapped at me and said Im not playing this one at a time game.... he set the rules. Super rude to be snapped at about a policy they set. Needless to say I left without really looking at anything and sure as hell didnt buy nor will buy anything. Pretty damn rude people.
