Amazing owners, team, and partners. Colorado Lending Team helped cut our mortgage by 1.7% in interest, saving us thousands of dollars! We consolidated our HELOC, have a shorter term mortgage, and our monthly payments are also lower. AMAZING!! I would highly recommend Scott Baade and Carrie Bakunas of Colorado Lending Team for all of your mortgage needs. They are good people and skilled professionals who helped us find a terrific mortgage refinance option while taking the time to answer our questions and educate us about the process. As a realtor I think I hit the jackpot when I paired with this lender. Theyre available weekends and nights which is when I work. They make transactions flawless and they get aggressive on the back end if people arent holding up to their end of the bargain getting their client taking care of. Initial interaction was good. Communication was good as was the service. However, towards closing it seemed as thought there was miscommunication between the broker and the lending company. Closing disclosures were incorrect and the intent for signing was not sufficiently communicated to the buyer. This lead to a delay in closing and additional costs. 22 Oct 2020 Update: In all fairness, I did not consider the incredible influx of business the market in Colorado Springs has heaped upon you in the past several months (the market is HOT). I can imagine that in a more stable market, the service would certainly have been 5 stars. Of course, businesses must have plans in place to deal with contingencies to include a sudden increase in business. I would not shy away from recommending the Colorado Lending Team to others as Im sure the market situation is effecting everyone in this business.

We refinanced our home and had reached out to Several lenders to shop around. Colorado Lending Team was not only the first mortgage company that got back to us, they had a very detailed plan which the other lenders did not. The one thing that I liked about them is they gave us options and didn t just say this is what your mortgage rate is, this is what your payment will be; it was very detailed and helped our situation immensely! Carrie has been a good professional connection for years, and we were lucky to have her in this moment.
