I was skeptical at first with all the denials from other companies, i was blessed with Connor.H as my representative with iLending. He answered all my questions and concerns and got me approved with not just a lower APR but with lower payments as well in less than 24 hours. my experience with iLending was amazing! From start to finish, Kyle was very transparent and explained everything to me. As a loan advisor, he did a great job explaining everything I lending has to offer and just overall great advice in general. so not only did I refinance my car for almost $100 less than original payment but my APR was also reduced by almost 50%. Sales pitch was great. Unfortunately, after they "approved me" they switched to a higher interest rate than I already had and the loan was simple interest, meaning you pay it on the entire balance of the loan at all times instead of it eventually scaling towards the principal.

The good ol bait and switch was enough to get me to come on Google and review bomb them. Such a low effort scam.

Horrible company. Chose ILending to refinance my auto loan back in February of 2024. It s now early November 2024 and I m still fighting with them to send over the title to the new bank that refinanced the auto loan. Called ILending in April of 2024 and spoke with Jaden that claimed to be the supervisor in the titles department and she assured me that she would take care of the situation and that she would follow up with me and make sure that the title was sent off to the new bank. It s now November and the same girl Jaden is dragging her feet and unable to do her job and still has not sent off the title to my new bank that refinanced my auto loan. Ether ILending lost to title or is engaged in auto loan title fraud. I told Jaden that I m work with a local paralegal/Lawyer s office to help me with this matter and she told me that she could no longer speak to me since I m seeking legal counsel. What a joke! I m currently seeking legal action against this company because they are totally incompetent and corrupt. This is still ongoing and todays date is 11/8/2024 Stay far away from this crap Company.

I hate being a negative person when it comes to a company that is genuinely trying to help people save money, but the person I spoke to? you need to have a better attitude. I am 23 years old and realistically was trying to look for a way to lower my payment. Of course like an airhead I am, I totally forgot that my wife and I were in the progress of buying a house. Of course this was my fault- I agreed to the loan application and then had to cancel with the span of a few hours. I called my loan agent back to explain the situation, and he had the WORST attitude on the face of the earth. I simply told him we would have to put the application on hold, and I would do it at a later time. I tried making small talk explaining its a mortgage through my work and we get a sizable discount on the rate plus we get closing fees waived. What does the agent do? He gets real nasty about it and he essentially doesnt believe me.. I understand that I probably messed with his commission or his paycheck, but to call a customer a liar? yeah not okay. As much as I want to support this business, I cant while a small group of their workers, who clearly dont know how to talk to their customers, decided that you are no longer important when situations come up. Again, this is my fault as I should have been more weary of my situation, but that doesnt mean I am a liar or that I am less than because you arent making your goals. As a banker myself, we must hold ourselves to a standard that if a customer says no, it means no. *EDIT* As I have been reached out to by someone from iLending, I appreciate your words. Thank you for reaching out to me, I encourage that people do in-fact give iLending a shot in hopes they find the payments they are looking for. Its always a pleasure to see that customer service cares about the people who call in. Once again, to the iLending staff, thank you for the apology!

I really didn t believe it possible to refinance my 2021 Kia SELTOS SXT because my credit is poor. I m on low fixed income 69/ SS. But my payments were so high I was facing living IN MY CAR. Chris Langley at ILENDING was the most caring, thoughtful, Detailed and positive person I could have gotten. Never once did he make me feel doubtful or even remotely concerned about this company helping me. He was very scientific in his fact gathering process, and collected every piece of data possible from me in order to move forward helping me by lowering my payment amounts in order for me to keep a roof over my head! He worked day and into late nights as well as weekends gathering information and presenting to multiple sources in order to get me funded. He even made calls (3 way), to grange insurance, with me, in order to discuss and add ride share to my policy because the lenders insisted it be added. This is going WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND His JOB DESCRIPTION ( I m sure)! He took positive steps at every turn and got me refinanced , decreasing my monthly payments by $200!! I can t recommend him and ILENDING highly enough because many other times I ve tried to refinance I was met with brick walls! ILending was the worst experience I ever had. Horrible communication. Rude, pushy employee. Billy O brien was assigned to my loan. When I declined all the extra warranties, he became rude and dismissive. He was very pushy but when he realized he was getting no where with the add ons, that s when the experience took a dive. His attitude was unprofessional. My loan drug on for two weeks before finally finalizing. There was no communication to let me know it was finished. He constantly requested documents that were already submitted to him. He acted like my loan was his last priority. I would not recommend iLending to anyone. I wish I would ve went with another company but the process was already so long and drug out I just wanted to get it done.

I recently signed to refinance my car. Went through some personal hiccups and a little of back & forth if I should move forward or cancel the process. This has been the worst experience I have ever experienced! My rep Marcel Hunt - SC added almost $3K of extended warranty to my loan with Hughes Federal Credit that my husband & I stated was already refunded and added to my current loan. My loan with Westlake was paid off as of 9/16/24 and I still have no proof or confirmation that the extended warranty was removed from my new loan. My calls, texts & emails are being COMPLETELY IGNORED by George Warejko | Sales Team Manager & Marcel Hunt - SC. I cant even get a quick update as a curtesy. I asked for this loan to be cx on 9/13/24 and now that my loan was paid in full, I cant even get ahold of anyone because they are choosing to ignore me. What a lack of character & professionalism to just ignore your new sale that made you your commissions! I am sick to my stomach. Absolutely nothing makes it ok to ignore calls, texts and emails.

I did an online inquiry to see if I could refinance my high interest auto loan. I was already denied by every lender due to debt to value issues. Fine. These people have called me multipke times a day, MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY, since. I do not want to talk to one of your stupid sales people. This is why there are online services. I dont need to tell all of my information that I already filled out online to a salesperson who will just enter all that information online again and get the same result. Sales people are redundant because loan underwriters have automated the process years ago. Stop. Calling. Me!

I added GAP because I am upside down due to previous rate, so its smart to have it and dont feel like they are cramming it on you, unless you are at or below your wholesale vechicle value, which VERY FEW people are!

Salesperson was very helpful and easy to understand. Once it was past his hands everything was very institutionalized. No personal help. Everything computerized. No printed copies. They need to realize everyone doesnt work from an office or have access to a professional printer. I called a number listed and spoke to someone who assured me she would send copies in the mail of my paperwork but it would take two weeks? For copies? Three weeks later still havent received anything. An auto service insurance policy was included for 4000$+ and I have no information on the policy. Only the sales pitch the salesperson gave me verbally on what it included. About 10 seconds of information. I Literally Have No Insurance Information, nothing but the line on the purchase document of the 4000$+charge. What would I do if I needed to use it for anything. I would love to at this point dispute the service policy and have it deducted from my loan. Would I ever recomend this car refinance company. NEVER!

The representative helping me with my refinance failed to reflect the $210 down payment that I needed on the refinance. 2 weeks later I am now finding out that I somehow owe $210 to the new leasing company . This is complete negligence as I have already been providing information (I.e- paystubs etc) for the last 2 weeks. I have signed the contract and now I need to sign a new contract Also I receive child support and was asked only for the court documentation which I provided A week goes by and then all of a sudden they need my bank statement because it must be dated within 30 days that I receive this money on a regular basis which EVERYONE knows that the court order is as the court order is it was from over a year ago. So I provide my bank statement just for them to come back 3 whole days later asking for a down payment for the refinance. I have never witnessed so much negligence in a company who deals with huge lump sums of money in my life I have done everything on my part to ensure a smooth process and they keep messing up and then won t compensate or fix their mess up before presenting incorrect information to me as the customer What a MESS! I will NEVER be working with ilending again!

Gave them a call and Cody velkovich was My loan consultant told him what I was looking to do filled out some paperwork and in about 48 hrs had an offer for a refinance Cody walked me thru the finance application step by step explained every detail of the contract and what my payment would be signed all the documents and in about two days my refinance was completed. I got mail from ilending and before I try with many companies and they wont be able to refinance my car because of the no equity and after 3 companies I gave up. That is 5 months ago. ileading got me a great rate lower my interest rate and lower my payment. Konrad is the guy I spoke with and Dana his assistant been super helpful both email and texted reminded on paperwork. They really hold my hand through the process. The first call took about 15 to 20 min and after that each called took about 5 min. I do suggest everybody to check them out.

The rep I spoke with was patient and helpful. I didnt feel rushed as a customer and thats something I value. The process was fairly quick. The one thing I didnt like was the advertising of a much lower interest rate but at the time of actual offers, none of them came close to what they offered.

I needed to refinance my auto loan but was also nervous about predatory lenders. ILending financial fit the bill. Not only was it painless and fast, but my loan consultant Ryan was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, understood my reason and needs for refinancing and made sure I clearly understood all terms and options available. I sent off my documents and within about a week the whole process was done and I had a new loan with a slightly lower interest and much lower payment terms. I also did not have a huge knock on my credit rating because my app was only submitted to lenders that I qualified for instead of 35 separate pulls like some car dealers do. Although the term was longer than I would like, with no penalty for early payoff there was not a lot of risk and gives me some wiggle room to manage and improve some economic obstacles in this awesome post-covid economy were in. I would absolutely recommend their services!

This company is a joke for three consecutive days I was told would hear from a manager and couldnt even get the original associate to return my calls or get on the phone. First off, I have to say Bryant was the most nicest person ever. He really went above & beyond for me. & I appreciate him very much for that. My situation was kind of difficult because I moved to a new state & because of that, some extra steps had to be done in order to refinance my vehicle, but Bryant handled it like a champ. He really made the whole process pleasant & so easy for me. He did all the work. Because of Bryants hard work & dedication, Im not paying as much as I was on my car payment each month & I was able to get my warranty extended for another 3 years. Im really happy with my whole experience & how easy the process was. Thank you, Bryant, for your hard work. You are awesome.
