I seriously don't know where to begin! We began our home buying journey by getting a pre-approval for a home loan through a different mortgage lending group, we found a house we loved...we needed our pre-approval letter to secure the house and the finance team let us down and ghosted us...the house got sold out from under us...so we had to go back to the drawing board...we found a different new build and used the builders finance team...they could not get us approved...they were not responsive at all...luckily we decided to go with a realtor and she happened to work with Bryce and Sara! Bryce was available at almost any hour...explained every last detail...he assured us we were in the right hands! Sara and I were in constant communication....we had lots of details that we needed to get together and the team walked us through...made calls and went out of their way...due to delays in getting info some info removed from our credit...we had to move closing a week out...we were down to the wire..and because of Bryce and Sara's tenacity...determination and pride in their work....our loan was being printed minutes before closing!!! I would highly recommend using this team...they went above and beyond and made something we began to think was impossible...possible and now we are buying furniture and decorating our new home!!!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring and for treating us like family.

Due to this, we implicitely trusted him and his ability to manage the process for us. Been searching for a home on and off for years and was always scared off for some reason or was doubted by the lender and or realtor. Until my realtor introduced me to the Source Mortgage team. They stuck by my side since day one encouraging me and giving me the extra little shove I needed in order to finally make my dream of owning a home come true. They never once gave up on me and helped me along the way with anything and everything. Very nice, friendly, and super helpful and respectful. Also dealt with me being a stressed out nutcase for the entire time they worked with me. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. Not only did they help me tremendously by giving me advice to fix my credit, but they also got me approved for a down payment assistance program which also helped me out tremendously as well. We were under contract and mid buying process when our first lender backed out for ridiculous reasons. They sure did us a favor though because we wouldnt have gotten the opportunity to work with Bryce and Sara! These two came in mid contract and made it happen! Bryce, Sara, and team were excellent to work with. Bryce is a no nonsense loan officer and very knowledgeable on market trends. His sound advice on locking our rate saved us a ton of money! Absolutely superb service. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. We had to switch mid contract from another mortgage lender and I cannot emphasize enough the complete 180. Communication was absolutely perfect. Everything was done accurately and timely. There were absolutely no hiccups or problems at all. It was honestly the easiest part of the home buying experience once Bryces team took over. Paul made sure all of our questions were answered and that he regularly communicated with us where we were in the process, and the app regularly updated us and has a nice tracking feature that made us super happy to see us moving through the process. Working with Bryce and his team was a great experience, minus the document gathering process but that is with all home loans, you have to give everything minus your first born to get a loan, but overall our experience with Bryce and his team was excellent. There was always someone to get a hold of to answer questions. The team replies quickly via e-mail, or phone call. We got out loan and landed our perfect house. Bryce and his team were exceptional to work with. Sarah answered questions quickly and efficiently, and as first time home buyers, my husband and I had a lot. They worked very hard to get us to our three week close. At one point, we thought the deal was going to fall through, Bryce called me and not only figured out a way for it to work out, but also calmed my anxiety like an old friend. Dont be fooled by the seemingly sketchy name of Celebrity Home Loans once you start working with the team. This is an amazing group of people who work very hard to get your loan processed. Bryce Waite worked over the weekend to help get us a loan in order to be more appealing to the Sellers. Way better communication than Bank of America. Then we worked directly with Sarah Calkins who went above and beyond to keep us informed and answer all questions. She was so receptive and friendly. This was our first home purchase so obviously I had no clue what I was doing. It didnt matter because she was on top of it. We also worked briefly with Krista Jessen-Kiewicz who helped get our supporting documents sorted. We had just come from a 12 week maternity & paternity leave so it wasnt as straightforward, but they werent phased. Thank you all for helping us get our dream home in the beautiful Colorado mountains.

When buying a home you expect the professionals to do their job, especially when it s your first home. One week from approaching our closing date we got a phone call from Bryce that our situation was a mess and didn t look good. An associate of his that up and quit had left him a quote on quote, mess . Samira had only ever prequalified us (meanwhile we were led on that we were preapproved)and although no longer working for Bryce, she continued to work with us instead of letting us know she no longer works with Hometown Lenders. Bryce also did not handle the situation professionally. How can you let a client get that close to a closing date and then say, we have a problem . Furthermore, his language on the phone was highly unprofessional. When he had a colleague work overtime on our loan our preferred lender also did the same the night before and the preferred lender already had us a loan proposal by morning - whereas, Hometown lenders did not. Bottom line, if you want to move into your home on time and you want it done professionally DO NOT go through Hometown lenders.

As everyone knows, now is a hectic time to buy a home. Bryce was always readily available to us whenever we were ready to put in an offer on a home, which was often on weekends or in the evenings. He took the time to contact the sellers, when possible, and reassure them that we were strong buyers. This definitely helped us with our purchase in the end. Bryce and his team did an amazing job streamlining the home buying and lending process for my husband and I. As first time homebuyers we had many questions about what the best route was for us. As one of the best in the state working with first time homebuyers we knew we were in good hands and Bryce and Sarah helped answer any questions we had and write up different letters for us quickly on the offers we put in. Throughout the craziness of buying a home during COVID they kept amazing customer service and were so personable and helpful. Buying my first home in 2019: Bryce and Sarah were extremely helpful for me during my first home buying process. I felt safe with them, and feel confident now that I made the right choice during the process. I had several questions, and they were both available at any time to help answer my questions or offer additional clarification. 1 year later, Refinancing my home: I was happy to work with Bryce and Sarah again for my house financing. Even though it had been only a year since purchasing my home, and using them as my lenders, Bryce reached out to let me know the rates were ripe for the refinance, and I seized the opportunity. I was able to bring less than $40 to the closing table and cut 60 payments from my mortgage, I was more than pleased! Samira held my hand through the entire process and treated me like I was truly her girl from back in the day! She was easy to talk to and made herself available to me night or day! She and Adam stuck with me and wouldnt let me give up, even when I was full of fear and worry. Buying a home is not an easy experience and I am so thankful that I had this AWESOME and INCREDIBLE team to work with. Bryce is awesome, we purchased a home from him is October. Because of my credit score we had a larger payment then we wanted. Bryce told us once my credit score was higher and the interest rate dropped he would get us refinanced and save us 200 a month. He kept his word. Thanks for your help. Bryce and his team took us from believing we couldnt own our own house to owning our own house in less than 2 months. They worked hard to explain the process and what to expect, the pitfalls of home buying and the right way to do it. They encourage complete honesty and are completely transparent about the work they are doing for you. Even when we didnt know what questions to ask, they helped us ask and answer them.
