Joe Ball from BOE Mortgage was great! From the beginning of my transaction, he took an effort to structure my loan to save money, not just doing whatever was the easiest way to close the deal. I had a great experience with Albin at BOE! My realtor recommended Albin from the get go but I was stubborn and thought I was getting the best rate from a larger mortgage company. I had a really hard time finding a home I loved within my budget. I started looking at the numbers and realized I was paying a TON in closing costs. I reached out to Albin and he helped me get approved for more loan so I could get my DREAM HOME. Closing costs were very reasonable and he really just helped me work the numbers so it made more sense short term and long term. I m so grateful! I have worked with Albin on the purchase of two homes now and have had nothing but good experiences with both him and BOE. A major investment such as buying a home can be extremely stressful, so having a lender who is with you at every step of the process, clearly communicates with both you and your realtor, and is available day and night to answer questions (there were a lot of them), is invaluable. I recommend Albin and BOE and would not hesitate to use them again the next time we purchase a home.

The entire BOE Mortgage team was first class and top notch from start to finish. Our lender Parker McClure was always in constant contact - able to clearly explain where we were in the process - what would come next and what we could expect. He didn t make promises and was very transparent with regard to what rates and pricing we could expect. When he did give us a close date it was the date we closed! This was our first home purchase we had plenty of questions and last minute freak outs but Parker and his team were just the best. When we had questions he was readily available. I can t say enough good things about him or our experience except that BOE will be the only lender we ever use. Thanks to Parker and Sara and the entire underwriting team at BOE.

Hi it is my pleasure to write a review for one of the Best Mortgage Company I have ever had a personal experience with. I am excited with my new loan that I closed on this year! The staff is PHENOMENAL! I am a very skeptic person. The loan officer and his assistance were the best of team to work with. From the beginning, he was so gentle with me. He knew I was nervous about the process and uncomfortable about giving out my personal information. But still, he was very understanding, professional, knowledgeable, caring and on top of everything I need to make it happen. The staff was never short with me, and I was provided with more than one team member to make sure I had a point of contact with someone at all time. Never did I call and was left on hold wondering will someone answer me back. I received great feed back every time. The staff member brought this wonderful woman as a team player to make sure this mortgage loan worked for me, they were WONDERFUL! I would use this MORTGAGE COMPANY AGAIN FOR FUTURE LOANS, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE! Miracles does happen!

After 35 years of perfect mortgage performance and several accounts paid in full, I found myself challenged to qualify in 2021 for a conventional mortgage due to banking changes and new regulations that affect self employed individuals. I met Tommy Frangella with Bank of England over the telephone. After discussing my background and mortgage requirements, Mr. Frangella was able to successfully help me fund a new mortgage on my principal residence. I was not only impressed by Mr. Frangellas professionalism and experience in the field, the team he assembled was a first class team of experts in the field. Sarah Putnik worked diligently throughout the entire process and Stacy Lebeda was brought in the final 60 days to get through closing. Both Sarah and Stacy took a lot of pressure off my shoulders interfacing with the lender and the builder to make sure everyone performed in order to close escrow on time. My new home took over 1 year to complete and was 4 months late in delivery. Since the initial pre-approval letter was issued in 2020, that delay posed many additional challenges; nevertheless, the team at BOE kept my file on track, never missing a beat. I would highly recommend the Bank of England and in particular, this team led by Tommy Frangella. BoE performed exactly as promised, there were no surprises and no hidden charges.

Bank of England made our home buying dreams a reality. My husband and I worked with Rennie M. after contacting another bank and being completely disappointed with their lack of customer service, we decided to try BOE and were completely taken care of, in which they restructured the loan to help us qualify comfortably. The entire process is stressful in general and to add to the stress we had a new baby on the way, which made finding a house more pressing, but we were able to have pur offer accepted and BOE expedited the process and we closed 2 days early. I can t believe how lucky we were to have Scott Mooney and his fabulous team at Bank of England on our side for our first home buying experience! My wife and I were looking for a down payment assistance program to fit our needs and Denver DPA was it. Our realtor hooked us up with Scott who is very knowledgeable about the program and we knew we were in good hands from the first time we talked to him over the phone. He was so kind and patient with us every step of the way (and was especially reassuring during some panicked phone calls to him). To make things even better, we had Ashley Rogers and Natalia Cureton on our team who are total mortgage rockstars! They worked so hard for us and were so patient with us as we went through this unfamiliar process. I recently purchased my new home using BOE as my lender. Christina Ault (loan officer) and Stacy Lebeda (loan processor) were absolutely awesome. They made the entire process so easy. They kept me up to date every step of the way throughout my loan process. I m a real estate broker, so I ve worked with countless lenders over the years. To be honest, many frustrate me to no end. But Christina and Stacy were so great to work with. They really demonstrated honesty, integrity and personal responsibility. I could tell they really cared about helping me buy my new home. Since I m self employed, I needed a specialized loan program. BOE got me a great rate with very reasonable fees. I highly recommend them!
