We just closed our first house a few weeks ago with Alexa in team Gavin. The process was seamless. Where do I begin!? Me purchasing another home had some sort of complicated circumstances along with it. Alexa was amazing! Anytime I had a question, or I wasn't sure about something she answered the phone. It didn't matter what time it was she always answered or emailed back. We decided to re-fi our existing Cross Country mortgage in order to use proceeds for investment purpose. It was a milestone. But they gave a step by step what will be next to do and complete. We worked mostly with jill and then ray. Any time even after hours if we had what we thought a dum question or good question they would still answer the phone on their personal time and take time to answer. I worked with Team Gavin on the purchase of my new construction house about 2 years ago. They were very responsive with any questions I had during the process and helped me through the long 8 months it took for the house to be built. Fast forward to about 2 years later and they reached out to me to let me know it would be in my best interest to refinance, which I totally agreed with. I did try refinancing with 2 other lenders, but they couldnt do what I wanted them to do. Gavin reached out and put me in contact with Jill and she took the lead on my refinance. Overall the process was fairly easy and smooth. It was good service and the time process wasnt overly lengthy. It was not exemplary service though, as one team member of Team Gavin was slow to communicate or went a whole week without updates, also expected us to understand certain documents or terms and as a first time home buyer we probably needed more explanation. However, this was overcome, and Gavin is very professional and tried to send updates when he could. We are happy with the experience and glad to be in our home. Working with CrossCountry went very smoothly in the beginning. However, the closer to my closing date, the worse the communication became. I was asked for multiple documents multiple times. About a week out from closing I never heard form my contact with CrossCountry again. After closing I received a call that the paperwork wasnt right and I owed more money. Im still giving 3 stars because this was resolved by my builder.

Gavin and his team have now helped me and my family on 5-6 different loans over the last 8 years. They consistently communicate well through out the process and come in on time. In this last situation they got us to close and fund on time....AGAIN. As a buyer and seller of several properties this is probably one of the most important things I can ask for. Thank you again Team Gavin. You guys are the best in the business!!!

This was our first time buying a home and I must say it was an easy and great experience. Everyone was very attentive and knowledgeable about the process. I would highly recommend using them for any mortgage.

We purchased our first home with CrossCountry Mortgage Team and we are so happy we did. They a very professional and friendly at the same time. We have a million and one questions and everyone was amazing about getting back to us and explaining things that we had no idea about or just completely didn t understand. It was like working with family that you actually get along with!
