Once again, I have another fantastic experience with the B Street EZ Pawn. Bryan always has been my favorite employee at my favorite location, but today he was especially helpful which prompted me to write this review.

Called this place and asked if they would take a couple items, Was only looking for $5-10 for a Keurig coffee machine and was told they would take it so I drove over here. Walked into the shop and was about to be helped but then the guy stopped and said the owner is here so they cant sell it. Terrible business practice! Tell someone yes on the phone but when they show up tell them never mind. Made me waste my time and gas getting out here for nothing!

Go to a different pawn shop if you want a more honest business. Oh and it is Christmas Eve too! Thanks for nothing EZ Pawn.

The staff is great, and John is one of the most knowledgeable people about virtually anything in the store. Been going here for over 2 years. Moved from the neighborhood and I still drive over 25 minutes just to visit this location, and John is always my go to guy. Keep up the good work!!

I have been going to EZPAWN for more than 15 years and I just want to say that Mo from the B street location in Colorado Springs CO is the nicest , most helpful, he has so much knowledge about the business and is so understanding he helped me in many situations , bad and good to find what I needed and to make sure that I was happy with my purchases and. Place sucks, my friend called about an item and after they got there they were turned away immediately! How can you tell someone yes in the phone then not help them out. Very unprofessional and after hearing this I will never go there again. Theres enough pawn shops in the area so just pick a different one. Don t waste your time because thats what they will have you do!

Went there today to try to sell 2 watches. The guy behind the counter didn t even look at them or look them up. He told us that he could offer maybe $20-$30 for both. We said no and laughed our way out of there. I think that from the looks of the area, most of the people that go there are in serious need of money and these folks try to take advantage of that.

My first time using a pawn shop personally. Moses was so friendly & the pricing I recieved for my loan on my items was very fair. He help with arranging my loans for easy payback and also set me up with their rewards program. Just from getting a loan I already starting earning my rewards day 1. They may not be the typical nice place . The counters are torn up, light covers gone, etc. The crew does their best to keep a nicely organized and clean shop, and it shows. Mark and Jaime were super helpful in helping me figure out how to record my band s sessions, the prices were absolutely great, and they made made a customer for life.

The company as a whole treat there customers excellent. This place however is a joke!! The manager not only rude beyond belief and thinks its acceptable to cuss at customers, he always low balls customers. I went in attempting to sell him some gold jewelry and he quoted me a price was lower than the cost of my cheapest peice of jewelry. I declined and then went to there other store off of south Nevada with the same items and was offered 3x more than what these con artists offered. Long story short, dont waste your time here!!!!

I ve seen them extend people pawning and selling items many extra courtesies. If you re needing a loan or to sell your items, this is the pawn shop to go to and I mean this specific location. I ve been to every EZ Pawn in town, and while they re all ok, the stratmoor location on B street is the best by far. Don t let the location keep you from checking this place out. Every member of staff at this location are so incredibly friendly, and go out of their way to try to help you get exactly what you need. They welcome you with a smile and no matter how busy they are, they re quick to assist you. If you re needing a loan, they will do everything they can to get you the money you need, and strive to make sure you leave happy. The store is clean and very well maintained especially compared to other shops in this area and they carry a wide variety of items for your shopping needs. I recommend this location to everyone I know and will continue to do so. The staff alone will keep me coming back as a regular customer and their desire to go above and beyond to help you is an added bonus. Highly recommend!

The customer service in this Ez Pawn is amazing. The employees are helpful and super chill, the only thing that would really make a huge difference is an improvement on checking out. The system of scanning each and every SKU seems very slow and tedious for the employees and makes ringing up a sale take anywhere from 15-45 mins if youre buying multiple items.

Ive been going to EZ Pawn for almost 2 years. Love the place and the staff. Bryan Ive had the pleasure of having as of late and always finds me to nest price selling/buying. Dad jokes included. Thanks guys and happy holidays.

Moses came through like a CHAMP!! Not only did they stay open for me...as they were closing. I was tight on cash and Moses helped me out with some deals on Christmas presents fer my kids. I definitely will be returning. Ez Pawn on B. Street Thank you.

It is a great place to shop and I would recommend this pawn shop to anyone who is looking to sale, buy or getting money after pawning their items. Also the staff that works there as in Jason, Mike, Moses, Bryan, Kathy and Brittany are Awesome. They also have a great Vehicle selection to choose from.

Amazing place and great staff! Have to give probs to Brittany and Moses for putting up with us for over a hour even after they were closed! I have been doing business with this store for a few years now! I ran into a problem with a layaway that I had there. Bryan was very VERY helpful at creating a solution, & Jason quickly teamed up with Bryan to create that same solution to get me out of my jam! Thank you to both of you...Bryan & Jason for helping me out so I didnt lose my motorcycle! The entire team is VERY helpful at this store! Will continue to do business at this store. Again, I want to thank Jayson, Moses and all the crew at the ez pawn on B street in Colorado springs Colorado for all their help in the purchase of my new car, a 2006 Nissan Armada, I Love It, Love It, Love It!!!!!!!! I have been shopping at this store since 2007 and have enjoyed every time I come in. My family and I have purchased 6 cars during this time and have always been pleased with the quality, customer service, price and atmosphere that I have encountered. I would strongly recommend shopping at this location. The employees make you feel welcome, and are very entertaining as well. I have honestly never really had a bad experience from this store. Thank you Jayson, Moses, Brian, Kathy, Mike and the whole crew. You guys truly ROCK!!!!!!!!

I cannot wear a mask because of medical conditions. I stood in line for over half an hour without a mask on. I finally got to the front and they said they couldnt help me. Question? When did a company policy mean more than a medical condition. I will never shop here again!!!!!
