He always had answers to our questions, explained the process and “why” very clearly, is extremely courteous and kind, and gives it to you straight. He’s been in the business for a long time and comes across as an expert in his field. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner throughout our home buying process. Although a lot of documentation is obviously required, he made it as easy as possible for us. EDIT 2: AGAIN, RUSSEL AND HIS TEAM WERE FANTASTIC WITH HELPING US REFINANCE. Covid can make things a lot harder than they need to be so with some switching around we were able to close via zoom and it was the easiest painless thing we had to do. We couldnt recommend this company more. EDIT: we just closed on a refinance to lower our interest rate and omg, we are saving a nice chunk of change monthly just by that!! Russel has exceeded our expectations again!! We will always recommend integrity mortgage to anyone!!! From the start to the end Integrity made refinancing our home soo easy! In under a month we got everything done and closed on. Russell was amazing to work with, answered all my questions and made sure we understood everything that was going on. So I interviewed two firms and selected Integrity and Shelly as my Mortgage lender. She was very responsive and we worked very well together on a less than 30 day turnaround. I especially liked that they have the option to warehouse the loan or underwrite it with one of their partner banks. We closed as planned!

We had tried another company to no avail, we where referred from a realtor here in Fremont County to Russell at Intregity Mortgage. He was upfront an honest from the get go. He told us we would be closed within 45-60 days. We had some issues along the way but in 57 days we where closed. I highly recommend Russell, honest hard working and upfront. I was fortunate Integrity found me and linked me up with Missy who had an offer to refi that met my needs - twice. My refis will help us update our home while securing a lower mortgage rate.

Daniel Dugan and the entire team of Integrity were amazing with the purchase of our new home. We are business owners so our situation is a little trickier and he was so easy to work with and helped us through the entire process. Missy was amazing! She made the refinance process so easy! She answered all of my questions right away, she was always easy to communicate with and worked really hard to get my refinance done in less than 30 days. We were very lucky to have found Brad MacDonald at Integrity Mortgage! We had lots of bumps in our road but Brad never gave up on us, making what felt impossible, possible, as long as we didnt give up neither did he! He went above and beyond in regards to his availability, when we emailed or called he was highly responsive, he answered all of our questions fairly and honestly, he addressed every concern. He listened to what we wanted and helped us pave the way to our end goal, which was to have a home we could be proud of! I dont believe we wouldve received the same type of service or ended up with exactly what we we were looking for had we went with anyone else, Brad is one of a kind!! He really cared and worked tirelessly with us, even on closing day, he reached out to make sure everything went as planned! I cant thoroughly put into words how appreciative we are of Brad, our dream of owning such a beautiful home came true & we couldnt have done it without him!!
