First time to Rocky Mountain Pawn and was astonished with the huge selection of firearms they have in stock. They have many unique firearms for reasonable prices too. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed being there. I went in for a firearm private transfer which was painless and fast. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Pawn to any gun enthusiasts to check out and do business with.

I buy all my guns here. Moved over an hour away, and still drive there to get my fix. They almost always have what I want, if they dont they will order it for you. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. And the prices are comparable to internet pricing. I just don't see a reason to go anywhere else.

How in the world did I not know about this place?!! I’ve lived in Brighton for more than a decade and somehow I always passed by. I stopped in today based on the recommendation of a friend and was beyond impressed with the selection of guns and the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. This place is top notch. Not only did they have some mags I wanted, they ordered me a rifle for a price that couldn’t be beat. If this wasn’t good enough, just a few doors down is their sister store where they have optics and accessories. I kick myself for driving to Cabela’s the last few years. This is definitely my new go-to! So excited to have this awesome place in my backyard! Thanks Rocky Mountain Pawn!

Crazy inventory, you can find unique firearms! Great selection. Staff was nice and patient, they showed us everything that we wanted to see.
Was looking at a few different Ruger 10/22’s and it was nice to be able to do a side by side comparison between the different setups. I have bought from them before and will be back, soon, to buy again. Prices are fair.

Nothing but hustlers. The normal employees are great but 1/2 of them are family members with the owner, and dirty as can be. Horrible people = screwing you as best they can. Go to first cash or fast cash. At least their straight up with you and not trying to smooth talk.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would! This is my go to for any and everything! Every single firearm I own was purchased at RMP the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable, the owner Mike is as humble and kind as it gets! I’ve been treated great since they first opened and I’ve never been treated like I’m just more money in their pockets! Their selection is unmatched I’ve been to a lot of shops across the Denver metro and even up north, still haven’t seen any place that has the selection RMP does! I see several negative reviews on here and it makes me wonder what type of attitude you all went in there with. Much like everywhere else the energy you put out, is the energy you receive! I’m Mexican and have never been treated negatively in any way shape or form! RMP has and will continue to be my favorite gun shop! Also they have a large selection of everything else, tools, jewelry, car audio/accessories, electronics, toys, video games/systems you name it! As for the guns if they don’t have it (which is rare) they will get it. I’ve bought, sold and traded and have always left happy! I love RMP! Keep doing what you all do! Mike and his wife are extremely honest people right along with the staff there at Rocky Mountain Pawn! Ive bought a 4-5 guns here and just put one on layaway last Thursday. Mike always has what Im looking for whenever I stop in and let me tell you the selection they have is one of the best youll find in Colorado! If youre looking for something rare theres a good chance they have it. Such a solid business!

I ve bought some firearms from RMP in the past, one just last week from them. Those sales have been straightforward and friendly. However, I went in today because I needed some ammo and I wanted a case of 1,000. I spoke with an employee there and he referred me to some Sterling cases they had. I expressed concern about never before shooting Sterling and I was unsure of the quality but the employee reassured me it was good ammo and they had success with it. Being as RMP has always been friendly and professional I took his opinion. Shooting it later, Sterling was nothing but JUNK. I shot it out of 4 different pistols, a glock, m&p9, a staccato and a H&K and it constantly jammed on all of them. I called RMP as I obviously have a case of junk ammo I can t do anything with and all the guy had to say was I was unlucky , he said That s it? after I expressed how unsatisfied I was. that I was the first to call about that ammo not being any good. Although if you go online this ammo is known for being junk. He proceeded to hang up on me without saying anything despite me still being respectful. Very disappointed in RMP s response to what they sell, their lack of standing behind what they sell, and their response and the conversation I had over the phone with them.

Although I did not get to meet the dog everyone was talking about, our experience was fantastic. Their firearm selection is crazy! You pay for what you get here. Quality service and excellent products. Would highly recommend.

The pawn shop clerks must come from a long line of thieves!! Wanted to get an appraisal on a piece of jewelry and he immediately asked if it was stolen. It did not stop there, he continued with the insults. Me, my husband and boys have purchased numerous guns from here, had never seen this guy but NEVER AGAIN will I hand my hard earned money to such racist pos!! Im a business owner not an $18 an hour earner. Have the decency or at least the common courtesy. Shame on Rocky Mountain Pawn Shop for allowing such customer service! Disgusting to say the least!

First time we walked in to the store back when COVID was happing was just to check out what they had and to check prices on Guns. The wife was working from home and wanted to have one just incase. They where very helpful and answered all our questions about the different guns we looked at. We liked there customer service and prices so much we ended up buy 4 that day. Now many years later I always go here to purchase my Guns and I still get treated amazing every time I walk in the store.

These guys are great. I can t remember exactly how I found them, but since I have I haven t gone anywhere else for any of my firearm purchases. They also usually give you a coupon for a discount on accessories at their sister shop that s pretty much next door. Everyone there is really helpful and pretty knowledgeable about pretty much every firearm they have on the shelf, which sounds like a no brainer, until you realize they have hundreds of different manufacturers and oddball firearms that constantly rotate. I ve spent quite a bit here, and probably won t be switching shops anytime soon.

Well, I had heard many nice comments about this store, called to ask if they had what I need it and didn t think it was going to be worth the long trip, but after doing a lot of research I did not found a reputable place that could compete in price with them it was an fast and easy process, unique inventory, new and used, they also include special orders , if you know what you want you can ask for advice to their efficient staff! I was also surprised by the good quality and price of women s purses I just have to wait until they get one on my favorite color ! I ll be stopping by often without a doubt! Never knew about this little gem in Brighton. Went into to check out the inventory and I was very impressed. Didnt get the gentlemans name but he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Couldnt pull the trigger ( No pun indented) on the the firearms I was looking at. But I will be back in a few weeks. I did go next-door and got a holster. same experience there as well. My new favorite shop since mine closed a few years back.

This is a great shop to purchase a gun. Mike and his staff are knowledgeable about everything they carry. That have a huge inventory and the ability to special order a lot more. I have had a couple of things ordered in and they always get there quickly. I live nearby and stop in on a monthly basis just to see what they have. Im always greated by everyone. I love this pawn shop!! I have been to several pawn shops throughout the Denver area and not a single one comes close to this one. They are friendly, knowledgeable, fast and fair. Ever since the first time I came into this store, I ve never gone anywhere else. I drive 20-25 minutes to come to this one although there are several within 10-15 minutes from my house. I was very happy with this place when I purchased my gun. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I do however want to warn people about their return policy. I purchased 1000 rounds of 9mm shells for $500. I then found the same rounds for $100 cheaper at Sheels. When I looked at my receipt discovered items are only returnable with 24 hours, which isnt an issue because they were purchased today. My issue is that I will only get store credit if returned, not a refund. Due to this I will NEVER purchase from here again.

This is by far the best pawn shop in town hands down! Theyve got alot of variety and tons of guns at affordable prices. Im uncertain about the pawn process as Ive only ever just purchased from them and never pawned anything so I cant say how that process works but my personal experience here has been nuttin but positive so I gotta just say give em a try. I highly recommend this pawn shop. Its never too crowded and it has a wheel chair Accessible entrance. The staff has always been cheerful and very helpful. As you can tell I like this place so I hope youll give em a visit. You wont be disappointed.

Their stock of factory new guns is better than most big outdoor stores and, even in the 2020 pandemic/election shortages, their prices are very competitive and frequently at or below what you can find online. Ive also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful every time Ive been in.

I have bought several things from this store. The staff are very friendly and courteous every time Ive been. I recently bought something for my son for Christmas and upon opening, it was missing a couple pieces from the manufacture. We returned it with zero problems. Fun store to browse often as stock is always changing. Bonus is the resident shepherd.

I can t say enough good things about everyone at Rocky Mountain Pawn. Every time myself or my co-workers walk in we are greeted in a friendly and professional manner, helped with any questions we have and very much enjoy going in to look at and purchase firearms. I don t know where these negative reviews are coming from because I have never once witnessed any form of rudeness or attitude towards anyone. Anyone can sell a gun or gun parts but these guys are amazing. Ive never found a gun store with more than 1 or 2 knowledgeable people. Everyone here is an expert. I had a very difficult issue and I have to take at least partial blame. Everyone was very respectful and professional and my problem was resolved even better than I could have hoped. I believe that you really find out who youre dealing with when things go wrong and Mike the owner is so completely solid that I wont buy a gun anywhere else.

My son and I are Mexican and were completely ignored at the gun counter by all 3 employees. 1 white guy walks up after our 10 minutes of browsing and the lady stopped what she was doing and walked from the opposite side of the store to ask this man if he needed help. We walked in to no greeting and absolutely no help. Where is the zero star option?

They said yes they buy scrap silver. I had 36 grams. Scrap price is 95 cents or $22 per ounce. They offered $9. Not even half of scrap value. If its not worth your time just say no.

About a month ago I bought my first firearm. The employee s at this place helped me through and the requirements to purchase a gun. It was a piece of cake and a week ago I bought a rifle and again, no problems and a piece of cake. I ll be buying another firearm at this location soon. 4-5 months ago they offered me a ring for $700 I went in today & offered $600 on the same exact ring, they said no. $800 was the new offer basically told me take it or leave it... How do you raise the price on an item thats been there almost a year or longer now.. They apparently have no idea how the pawn business & negotiations work... 4th time in this establishment & last Response to owner.. Dealer or not it doesnt matter.. I work with upper management from companies like EZ Pawn & Mister Money who sell me stuff at unimaginable discounts on aged or slightly aged inventory. Ousting me because Im a dealer is throwing profit away & based other review/s it seems you dont even work with regular customers.. I could easily send a friend into your store to buy the ring for me & you would never know. Also I never agreed to your price. I would have easily agreed to our original price today but Unwillingness to work with me is an easy way to make me walk like today.. I would love to change my review as Im not one to leave negative reviews on businesses. I would also love to do business with you. If you change your view on dealers Ill be happy to talk with the owner and or Manuel whom I met when yall first opened. Best of luck during Valentines

I went into the store looking for a Christmas gift yeah last minute shopping! Although all the staff was busy with customers they took just a moment to greet me and acknowledge me, as they finished up with customers before me I was greeted with a smile from the jewel counter and a warm Hi how many we assist you? I stated what I was looking for and with the calm assuring voice she said this is all we have out but if you give me a moment to see if we have one in the back! Then as I waited the other staff made sure I was still ok until I saw yet another staff member carrying what I was looking for! Then after that the Boss spoke out a price! My face dropped! Quality product, awesome price, but more importantly INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will be back! Come Here they are awesome!

I stopped in the shop Sunday right at opening. I was greeted by who I think may be the owner, she was very friendly and welcoming. I was looking at a firearm, I found the one I wanted and asked a male staff to look at the gun. He showed my the gun and then went over to the computer and came back and said it is priced wrong with the wrong tag, he took the gun and went to another employee. That employee continued working on computer. The original guy that was helping me went onto the next customer. I waited 10 min and after being ignored I just left the store. I also being a small business owner strive to keep business local. The fact that the gun was priced wrong was not the issue. The issue is, the fact that it was priced wrong I was ignored in hopes I would just leave. The price was marked 189 and I was told it should be 369. Hopefully this can be used as a training opportunity.

Great place to do business with! My mother and I came in and purchased two handguns through them. They were supper friendly, and answered all of our questions! There ammo is also priced very competitively, along with their firearms. I will buy all my firearms and ammo from here now!

Do not do business with this shop! I sold them a Nintendo gaming council a couple months ago. I asked what the process was for electronics/gaming systems they receive and they told me they do the proper waits and checks to make sure the item is not stolen and then they would do a factory reset on the item so that all previous owners data would be wiped. They did not do this and must have recently sold the Nintendo Switch. The reason I know this is because I received a charge from Nintendo for 300 dollars because someone had easy access to my account and purchased Nintendo games and products through my pay pal. In speaking with Nintendo about getting a refund they said they only way this could have happened is if the machines data was not reset or wiped. Lucky, Nintendo has respect for its customers and refunded my money. Rocky Mountain Pawn is a different story. I would pass them by and go to the next pawn shop down the road.

The most knowledgeable staff in Pawn in Colorado. Very clean very professional store. The go to shop for firearms as well!... there is a reason this pawn shop has over a 4 star review. Pawn shops can piss off a lot of people. These guys know their stuff. If youre unhappy you were probably being unreasonable.

I will always buy my firearms and accessories from here but I bought 9 dvds and blue ray movies here and only half of them play properly. They freeze and skip but there is no damage or scratches which is strange. Disappointing as they are some of my favorite movies but the movies were only a dollar and the blue rays were three. Oh well at least they were cheap.

The owners Mike and Jennifer always treat me well and its a joy to not only to shop here but also to have a pawn shop owned by someone else then the company owning Mister Money and Fast Cash. After shopping with those other pawn shops and learning Ive been mistaken about how they do business, I know Im going to get a good deal whether purchasing or selling at RMP. Great gun prices and selection, probably best in town (Havent been everywhere yet, but safe assumption for Brighton). I generally never buy guns in store as there is a serious markup and I am very comfortable buying off gunbroker or buds... This shop will beat the prices of those websites most of the time. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. I will be calling these guys beforehand on every purchase for now on, if its within <30$ of online Ill just go here. They can special order just about everything too. Keep it local!!

These guys are legends seriously the coolest shop in town I have purchased and sold many fire arms here always an amazing experience the staff is normally very knowledgeable about each product you ask about and if they don t know they will go above and beyond to find out and the two owners are absolutely awesome and make this store special ........BUT .......... I highly recommend staying away from the female worker with all the tattoos she is extremely rude and disconnected from the situation and it feels like you are bothering her if you ask for assistance.

By far the best gun store an most honest people in Colorado. I will not do business with anyone else, besides these guys. Always welcoming and always amazing attitudes. Oh and they also do pawn stuff haha but seriously recommend them hands down.

I purchased a three piece drill set with three batteries and a charger. Upon arriving home and charging the batteries I found that one of the batteries didnt work. I return to the store with all of the items and and they were very helpful they searched high and low until they found another battery to replace the bad battery with. These guys Rock and they will definitely get my business from now on
