This has been the worst experience I ve had with a mortgage broker. There was zero follow-up and a complete lack of communication throughout the process. I would strongly recommend considering other lenders who prioritize their clients and provide the level of service expected. Unfortunately, this broker fell far short of that standard. **** In response to the owner s comments, I want to clarify that we did work together during the pre-approval process, and I was promised follow-up communication. I specifically emphasized to both Glenn and Brian that timing was critical. Unfortunately, Brian never followed through with the promised information, which ultimately cost my family the opportunity to purchase our dream home due to a missed deadline. After reaching out to another lender, they were able to accomplish in one hour what Brian had promised but failed to deliver. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this lender.

He can set you up with a 2 week closing which is just as fast as cash allowing you to avoid the classic our offer got declined because someone came in with a cash offer issue.

Brian and his team were absolutely phenomenal to work with on our first house purchase. As most can probably relate to by now, buying a home post-pandemic is an arduous road often times riddled with heavy emotions. I certainly didnt expect my first home to require the time, emotional energy and capital that it did, but folks like Brian and his team made it that much easier. We first got acquainted with Brian when we put an offer that was actually accepted back in 2020. Sadly, the inspection surfaced undisclosed structural damage that required us to pull out. From late 2020 through 2022, Brian kept in close contact with my wife and I offering his thoughts on the market, how we might alter our strategy to find something that we liked and encouraging us throughout. If that werent enough, he always included us in his famous Fall fiestas that included amazing local music and food/drink - this in spite of the fact that we hadnt actually been able to successfully purchase a home. Agents came and they went, but Brian stuck it out with us. I would highly recommend Brian and his team. In many cases, lenders seem to be so impersonal and, frankly, uninterested in individuals. That is absolutely not the case with Brain. We look forward to working with his team again in the future.

I dont involve myself in financial transactions like re-financing a mortgage every day, week, or even year. So I was very cautious and a bit skeptical in pursuing my recent mortgage re-financing. Brian and his team were awesome. From the first call to the last he was responsive and timely. We had some last minute adjustments on Wednesday prior to Friday closing and he was on it with restructuring the loan on a dime. His associate Alexis was great about letting me know as soon as she did about documents. Using DocuSign and the guaranteed rate portal made everything so smooth and I was notified immediately every time a new signature or document was needed. We couldn t do a flash close because of the last minute changes but I was able to review most of the closing documents a week before closing. UPDATE 4/19/2021: Its over 5 years since I bought my house and I decided it was time to refinance. I very happily went with Brian and team again. Though hes switched companies since my original loan, Im thrilled to see the amazing service hasnt changed. The process was as seamless and professional this time as it was the first time and I stand by everything I said in the initial review below. ======== Original review: I cant recommend Brian highly enough. He was recommended by my realtor initially. From the first time I reached out until closing day, he was always incredibly responsive. Even when he was on vacation in Nepal, he still managed to get everything done and respond immediately to any questions I had. When I first asked for a rate quote, he sent me the info in this neat little online tool which broke it apart by the different loan options and provided extensive information on the loan. It had a personalized video from Brian attached to it explaining everything (and he followed up with a phone call immediately after). It was clear, concise, and very easy to follow. Considering this was my first home, this was a huge deal for me. It also didnt hurt that the rate that he quoted me was far below any of the others I got. Throughout the process Brian was always available but never pushy. He explained every step of the process and what was required. I had heard so many horror stories about the loan process but Brian made it incredibly painless. In fact, it was so easy we closed on the house a week early. He even showed up to the closing just in case any questions came up. I also got a weekly phone call from one of his assistants just to ensure that Im kept updated as things moved along. I would recommend Brian and team to anyone looking for a loan. Knowing what I know now I would probably go back to him even if his rate quote were a little higher than others (though, as I said, he actually came in WAY lower) just because of how good the experience was.
