I’ve been coming to this cash in a flash for years. They have more stuff than most pawn shops, everything from Atari gaming systems to guitars. They have always given me more than I expected on things I’m selling, and more often than not they have dropped significantly on things I am buying. They even have returned a broken ps5 I got with no hassle. There have only been a handful of times in over a decade of coming here that I have not gotten what I needed for a great price. Great staff too! Thanks for all the cool deals guys!

This is the absolute best place! They have a great selection of jewelry and tools to purchase and their pawn services are elite! They will even call you to remind you your items are due and work with you on all aspects of pawn and sale! A+ 5 stars 10/10 ask for James, he’s the best!

this pawn shops selection is limited to certain things, definitely seen bigger pawn shops, but the staff here is great. I've dealt with james twice now, 1st time he let me try riding acouple bikes, we didnt really agree on prices at that time, later on, they got some bicycles that had prices i liked, so i went in and bought a bike, James told me upfront what was wrong with the bike, and even went above and beyond when putting air in my tires and correct something loose on the handle bars, A handshake to end the exchange and i gotta bike, might not be 100% everything it once was, but hey $50 bike, is what it is, James gave me great customer service today, thank you sir!

Worst place ever they was excellent at the beginning but I called to set up a plan and the sold my PlayStation 5 and a brand new 70 inch tv without calling and letting me know they was doing it I will never go there ever again and will not recommend anyone going here they going to still sell your stuff even with a pay order in place worst place ever I hate yall never been done like this ever with pawning my stuff but I will never again I called and kept up on my stuff so coming on the review page trying to cover up what you did is not going to work you are the worst pawn shop in the state of Colorado I stayed on top of my loan and you sold my stuff without my acknowledgement I have already started the process to report your business to the BBB.

They will never offer you over 5% of the value of what you have ie 200$ they will give you 10$ then they sell it for 150$ go to Facebook marketplace first go to all the pawnshops up on Colfax too. They re way better.

Checked them out and ended just buying new. Way overpriced! It was cheaper buying new and many of the TVs they had were dated/old. I check out pawnshops every once and while but much easier to buy new or just do Facebook Marketplace nowadays. Buy new with less worries or Facebook and negotiate.

Stopped in cause i needed a loan on a large custom made gold necklace ive had for years . I had my paycheck shorted and just needed a quick loan till next pay .When i walked in and went to the counter and said i needed a loan on my necklace he says right off the bat I can tell you right now its not real I said yes it is ive had it for years and its been pawned before just not here and im the one that had it custom made He tested and of course its 10k gold as i said . He said it just sounded weird ?? Lol . He also was a little rough with it for my liking. ....Maybe test things before you open your mouth . I decided to get a loan somewhere else im already having a difficult month i dont need to deal with a bad pawn shop . NEVER GO HERE i guess me being a black man walking in with nice jewelry it must be fake

Ive done loans through them in the past with no issues and good service, but with that being said tried getting a loan through them once more to catch up on bills and gotta treated way different from last time (not in a good way). I dont know what happened since last time I always paid my loans on time and full so I dont know if its new management or they were just having a bad day. Not sure if I would recommend anymore

Dont ever go to this people, they are dishonest and take advantage of you if u dont know what you are getting, I recently asked about a used ps4 pro and they said they had an used one for 250-275$ with no controllers and said it needed factory reseting, whey they called me that is was ready I sent my wife to pick it up cause I was running some errands at the ti.w and they over priced her with over 45 dollar compared to the price the guy nate quoted me with when I initially called, when I called to confront them he denied everything and said it was the original price, they are dishonest and not trustworthy, I will never make business with the again and I warn others not to go here.

Came in with two gold eagle coins, pure gold 1 Oz, they asked me what I wanted and I said to sell as close to market value as possible or what they would give me max on a loan, after some back in forth with the professional he wouldnt tell me what they bought gold for and finally got upset and told me he would give me 500 for it. These guys are a joke dont waste your time! See my Google reviews, I never give one star unless they are a joke like these these gentlemen are. I edited this review to help people out. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Both the head and assistant managers are extremely arrogant. They think they are smarter than every customer that comes through their door. Dont ever dispute them, even in a friendly manner, or theyll bar you from the store like they did me. Little did they know what a huge favor that was indeed. Beware, their only interest is lining their pockets at your expense. Worst pawn broker Ive ever dealt with. Ill gladly steer clear of this outfit permanently. PostScript, add liars to my critique of the managers. They falsely claim in their rebuttal I talked down to their employees. In fact, the few times I visited this store I was always cordial with the staff.

As many tries I have given this place they never fail to disappoint. To sum it up it feels more like retail than what it is, which is a pawn shop. Prices are on the high side and they dont really deal well. Bottom line I have ALWAYS been able to find a better deal in better condition. Staff is friendly, management seems to have sub par hospitality and social skills. If you feel you would like to support local business choose a more deserving institution.

I love this place. My name is Joshua King and I have been coming to this pawn shop for a couple years now and let me tell you Im a 4 time combat veteran with 55 medals I have done anything and everything and Ill tell you business is business. This place has always treated me with respect and kindness and honestly if your pawning something you have to realize there taking a gamble on you and your stuff. They have to be able to make something on it plain and simple. Just because you bought something and it cost x amount of dollars doesnt mean your gonna get what you paid for it in a pawn shop. You need them more then they need you. Just accept it. The staff are professional there always willing to haggle if your buying something and they do the best they can to help you out when if they dont know you. So to all you nay Sayers Id say this grow up. The world doesnt revolve around you and your stuff isnt worth as much as you want it to be sentimental value doesnt mean anything there business is business folks. Treat them with the kindness and respect you want and guess what you will get it back. Remember you came to them they didnt come to you and realize everyone has value. RUDE RUDE RUDE MANAGEMENT The manager is extremely unprofessional. He yells at his employees in front of the customers and treats them like insulates. And then if you stand up for the employees he just kicks you out of the pawnshop and seems to think that because he calls you Maam and tells you in a finally professional manner that hes invulnerable to being punished for his behavior that hes some how classy or suddenly more proffesional. I will never again do business with them until they replace his unprofessional rude attitude with someone else thats grateful to their employees and thankful to have customers. Rude rude rude management. (Edit) It had absolutely nothing to do with my sunglasses and everything to do with the way you treated your employees. I cant believe anyone would ever punish themselves working for someone as belittling as you. I dont care that you couldnt take my sunglasses honestly. And you wanted my vacuum, but I walked out after hearing you acting like you needed to make your employees feel small in order for you to feel superior. I can only imagine how good you and your wife must get along... Your professionalism or truly lack there of even shows on your response to my rating. Grow up and take some anger management classes to learn that you are truly not as superior as you might think. You are not customer or even employee oriented and I feel sorry for anyone that must sacrifice their ego to work under you, you bring an entire new level to being a boss and take it to the extreme. I cant imagine why any business owner would ever chose you to run their establishment. Have a good day. (Edit) Also, take a look at AK Kings review from awhile back and notice the trend about how you take care of your employees.

Came in and bought a ps4. Got it home and it wouldnt read a disc. Manager was very nice and traded me for a different one. Made sure the 2nd one worked before I left. Good service!

Spencer is amazing!! Very knowledgeable in the computer department! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and definitely helped me out with what requirements on the laptop that we needed to get was the right choice! Thanks again for your A++++ service! You guys rock!

Was lied to. I pawned something here, and was given 1\4th the value at what I found it on display for, when they said they would only be able to get about $300 for it if they needed to sell it. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to pay for my loan before the due date, so I found it on display a couple months later. They had it listed for $600, and had to pay full price when i got it out. Not to mention, they had forgotten that I was the person who put it in pawn, and they had the AUDACITY to tell me they had purchased it for $250, and that the price listed was a GREAT PRICE!! I let the employee know that I was the one who got the loan, and that they only gave me $150 for it. He knew he was caught in a lie, and behaved as though his tail was between his legs for the remainder of my visit. So not only was I ripped off, but I was lied to. TWICE. Would not recommend this place, unless you like being taken advantage of, lied to, and taken for a fool.

I came in here in the hopes of trading my ps vita for a different one sense i was looking for a lower sofware version i expected to pay for the trade i figured at the most they would charge me 50-60 bucks to trade mine for one of theirs i found the one i wanted but they would only give me 60 for my near mint vita and wanted 160 for their beat up one with a giant sticker on the back touch pad they said it was a bundle and i told them i just want the system i dont want a bundle but they would only sell it as a bundle all i wanted was to trade my nice vita for their beat up vita but they couldnt and wouldnt even attempt to make a deal with me it shocked me how adamant they were about the situation stating were giving you a better deal than gamestop they could have made 50-60 bucks without loosing any inventory and would have had a much more desirable looking system but they straight up refused to make a deal with me. Every pawn shop ive ever been in has negotiated deals with me BUT THIS ONE. I will not go back and i dont recommend this store to ANYONE Edit: NO ONE MADE ME AN OFFER FOR ANY OTHER VITA FOR 50. I would have done that deal in a heart beat and i never said i could ONLY spend 20-30 I said i was HOPING to get one around that naturally as a pawn shop negotiations are part of your business and i expected to pay more but i did not receive ANY negotiations or counter offers even after i stated that i just want the system multiple times and said theres nothing you can do for me, NO ONE offered one of the other vitas i repeat NO ONE OFFERED ONE OF THE OTHER VITAS. And theres no way im going to make that 2 hour drive again to deal with someone who would outright lie to me about a nonexistent deal that he claims to have made.

Courtney P. is the best Cash In a Flash employee Ive ever met, not only is she very polite but she took the time to answer all my questions and also inform me of her inventory on hand. I cannot recommend a better person to interact with, definitely ask for Courtney P.!

The guy in there helped find a guitar cable, I could tell he knew what he was talking about. Also gave it to me for free. Definitely will only be visiting this shop from now on and recommend you do the same.

I went to this store and found a paint sprayer that I needed for a DIY project. When I asked for the price the salesperson showed me the printed label on it but then went to the computer n probably checked the price and then came back and said this is no longer for sale and took it off the floor. Also there are were too many salespeople than customers in the store and I talked to 2 and each one said something different. They were rude and bad customer service.

The manager was yelling multiple times to his employees loud in front of customers about keeping credit card receipts and made everyone in the store feel uncomfortable. Dont go here you deserve better. I waited 15 minutes to be attended and then left.

I took a Gucci watch that is worth $900 and they want it the box and paperwork for it for only $100 if not then just $50 they are a joke the worse prices to pawn your stuff

2.5 stars They will give you fair value for your stuff but they are also very rude. Every single person Up front had a bad vibe and was very rude. At least hey gave me more money for my ps4 than any other place....

I ve been coming here for years, ever since I moved into the area and needed help. These guys have always been helpful and respectful, as long as they are shown the same courtesy. I ve pawned, sold, and bought from these guys, and as far as pawning goes, I ll never go anywhere else

I go in the Aurora Location once a month. The same old manager doesnt say hi or welcome. I look around the store and when i ask questions re: the item i am looking at he walks in back. He sure is johnny on the spot when I start asking prices. He tries to sell everything over priced. He is Rude and condescending. I asked about a laptop, told me it had newly loaded windows 7 home edition, when i powered it on it loaded windows 10. He said it was laptop only and tag on laptop stated bag & charger. Then he told me one price and tag was lower. I asked how long it had been there in the shop. He said it doesnt matter, we cant tell how long it has been there. Correct me if I am wrong, By LAW Pawn shops have a waiting period before they can SELL customers merchandise. When it is time to put items out on floor that werent paid for in pawn, All items are supposed to be marked or at least logged somewhere so pawn shops dont get in trouble prematurely.

Very friendly staff and very professional with firearm sales. They take their time to explain a few things, but admit if they do not know some thing, which I find to be very important. Definitely will not bullshit you into buying something and let you test things out (within reason: they will plug the TV and to show you that it works, hook up an amp to the guitar and show you the pedal works great and how it sounds, will definitely never allow you to dry fire a firearm ;) for obvious reasons). Very happy with the customer service I got. Will return.

This place is awesome! A lot of their workers know a lot of random things about items. I find so many great items in their shops at good prices. Have helped me many times in need also. Couldnt see going anywhere else. My favorite pawn shop in Aurora!

So Far I am not happy with the way I was treated over the phone I came into a situation where I had to help a family member by making a payment for them. Matt got on the phone and from the second I mentioned my family members name he went from being nice to being extremely rude. I apologized several times for the situation at hand but I feel I should not be yelled I get some is late but this is the first time I am dealing with you or your company and Like I stated to Matt I was just made aware of the situation I dont need to spoken to like I am an idiot. I can only imagine how I will be treated once I step in the store. you should really get a zero for customer service

came in to sell my telescope and felt like the girl helping me hated me just for coming in. she was extremely rude even tried interrupting me when I started explaining that Ive looked up the new and used prices on the product. she then told me the telescope and lenses are selling for 120 new and that was completely wrong for one the lenses were a different brand so obviously this was not sold together and when I got home I continued to research and it turns out I was right if it was the same brand lenses I would have to buy it separately and the lenses started at 100. sorry for ranting but I was nothing but calm and she was nothing but rude she tried to play me and wasnt making any sense and also a wile ago to sell a gold chain and the said they couldnt take it because it was just gold plated so I said ok have a great day got home and realized they stoll the 12k tag that was on the chain... sketchy. owner please respond no one likes that mexican or american that you have working front. no customer service skills at all

Worst customer service ever! Lady answered the phone and told me that she wouldnt accept half the things I had. Then told me she couldnt say unless she saw them. I asked why she asked for what they were if it didnt do us any good and she replied that if Im going to get smart with her then shes not going to talk to me and hung up the phone. Will definitely be telling others of my experience.
