Awful customer service. I really liked Space Age at first but i guess now they are showing who they really are. Highly recommend going to another bank for any services, after all theyre not much help here anyways. I wont be surprised if this bank goes out of business soon. Just awful

2024 update: Closing all accounts and leaving the institution as soon as they refund my scammed money that happened through their own mistakes. How do you just let your number get spoofed by hackers and not notify members. Then take months to insure and return the money lost. Impossible to get in contact with any leadership here either. What a joke of a credit union. Employees are absolutely clueless, Ive had in-person and over the phone transactions go wrong even after confirmation with said employee that the transaction was done. I now have to wait until Monday because they have no Sat. hours to get money for a car because they screwed up the debit approval while I was at the dealership and SAFCU closes at 430p. Their website is stuck in the 90s, no app, horrible hours...fed up with this organization.

I utilized Space age Credit Union for my car loan, and I had the best experience! They extended the lowest interest rate of all of my options, had no penalty when I paid my loan off early, and were the most professional, pleasant group I have worked with in this type of setting. They afford local options and in person customer service were you to need face to face dialog, or were immediately present on the phone if I had a question. Rachael, my account manager, followed up after my loan was closed, unsolicited to tell me when I should expect my title and ensured I had no further questions. I had a small balance due back to me which they refunded immediately without me having to ask. Top notch company in an atmosphere where customer service at times is lacking. I hope to have an occasion to work with Space Age again in the future.

I have been member of this institution for almost 20 years. When I/we call in to speak with individuals they are rude, over talk you, yell and are very aggressive. THIS IS NOT ISOLATED; this is a culture of disrespect that appears to be cultivated at this institution. During calls with both Barb De Luca and Jason Hartshorn in situations where we had lots of question for issues with my mortgage company and a loan application, we were met it aggression and impatients. There should never be a time a customer cannot call, ask questions, and gain an understanding; with confidence that the team on the other end of the phone has your best interest. There is culture of perpetuated disputation. A need to one up and escalate and failure to hear and understand. Its arrogance in dealing with people and issues. Only one individual in my recent interactions has made us feel like our membership mattered. Thank you Mr. Uchida. I am sorry to be critical, but your team and their methods needs some oversight and review. I am disappointed and in the future, I definitely would call elsewhere vs. Space age, they are too confrontational, combative, and dismissive. It is too hard to get information here. The operations staff are difficult to do business with, I recommend making a different choice!

Don t take a loan out with these MONEY HUNGRY BANKERS!!!!! Purchased a 2023 Sportsman Atv and was approved with space age. Called around to get insurance and progress was the cheapest (I thought). However when progress quoted me they only did liability. When I was notified of insurance issue through the post office from space age I contacted them to find out what the issue was and I then spoke to progressive and there was a mess up with them so their quote was way more than originally quoted. I then the same day called State Farm and had my unit properly insured. From the day we purchased our unit (9/16/23)-(11-1-23) I was then notified for the month and a half it wasn t properly insured I am being charged $280. A month and a half of their insurance cost me 10 times of what I am paying for insurance. A little excessive I would say! Look elsewhere for a loan! Edit to your response: Sure I get that you are supposed to have insurance coverage, however when I purchased the unit (on a Saturday) I needed to get ahold of my insurance agent. I did purchase insurance but some where the insurance wasn t full coverage (misunderstanding with insurance wasn t done intentionally done by humans mistake). I was notified of the mistake that took place by mail, not even a phone call, and it was fixed immediately when I was notified. Keep that in mind.

Update -- I received my new card -- but guess what? It is not a new card, it is a copy of my current one that expires at the end of the month. All the phone calls and they still get this wrong. I cannot begin to describe the complete ineptitude -- no one there has a clue about what is going on. If I could give 0 Stars I would. I called to see where my new Debit card was because I hadnt received it yet; they had no idea and decided to issue another one -- what they did not tell me is that issuing another card would inactivate my current one. I have made multiple, multiple calls and no one can figure out how to reactivate my current card. The solution? They literally instructed me to call them every day so they can temporarily activate my card -- I am to call EVERY SINGLE DAY. When I asked them to FedEx me a new one (bc they have no clue when I will receive the one they issued or the original one) they said they could not. I said I would pay the Fedex charge and still no. The other kicker? When I do finally get one of the new cards I have to call them bc they arent sure that activating it myself will work. They have NO clue, the customer service is terrible and their processes clearly need to be updated bc this should not have happened. Horrible, horrible experience.

This place wrecked my credit score over $11, after ignoring countless emails and calls to rectify a failed situation. I paid off a $10K loan, TRIED to pay off. Turns out their loans are in a different system then what you log into online, so the payoff amount it gave me was incorrect. No one called me to tell me, I found out after they pulled $1K (auto payment I previously set up which also is in the separate system and wasnt turned off because I didnt have access) despite only $11 being on the loan. I called, left a vmail, had to call again and finally got a person. According to these people, and the documents I signed, everything was fixed and koscher. About 3 weeks later I find out everything was not koscher. The $1K was never processed, but no one contacted me to tell me this or that the loan was still open. It wasnt till I received a late notice in the mail I found out (30 days later). I tried to call, left vmails, sent emails, tried to escalate, find someone to help me and no one would get back to me. It took 2 MONTHS to finally get this resolved. Then they had the gall to file in my credit report that I was over 30 days delinquent on a loan, dropping my score over 100 points. The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because when I FINALLY found someone, she fixed it for me. I received my car title in the mail and a letter stating the loan payoff. Do not work with these people if you value your money, credit score, and sanity. Side Note: They open a savings account with their loans. So heads up. No one told me this. I had to ask it to be closed several times and I have 2 signed DocuSign documents stating that it would be but they never did.

If you want to know more just check more reviews if I was government I would shut them down from the very beginning I wouldn t even have allowed them to conduct business in the states there are a major fraud I m gonna be reporting them to the bbb and I had to get the state involved to force them to do anything with my account! If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible credit Union. They are difficult to deal with and will fight you for every penny. They added CPI insurance to my loan (4,187$) which is 348$ a month for one vehicle. Outrageous! They also added this insurance in September for a whole years worth of insurance? There s 3 months left in the year. I also provided them with proof of insurance under the requirements of 1000$ deductible or less according to space age credit Union. They continued to fight me on why it was necessary for CPI insurance. I had insurance before driving my new vehicle off the lot. Very unhappy with their service.

Do what you can to find a different bank to get a loan from. Their fees for 10 days passed a due date (even if it was paid in the current month due) are made so they can t do anything if you call in. I had called twice before to discuss this charge with reps to be told I would receive a call back and it never returned. I finally reached a rep that took the time to explain their policies with me, but again, they limit these individuals ability to do anything for you. It s funny when small local banks are more strict and less empathetic than the large institutions. Space age here s what your $15 got you.

Im only giving one star because the site doesnt allow negative stars to be given. They are misleading. Unless you work in the area or work, not associated with* like their website says, they will deny you membership. They also run a hard inquiry credit check on your credit report as part of their process to just become a member, not even an account. I dont know of another credit union that was so unfriendly, unreasonable, and flippantly matter-of-fact, uncaring about my experience with them, and impacted my credit score. Would never recommend in a billion years. Attempted to work with them and they coldly refused. Please bank anywhere else but here and may God have mercy on your soul. I will say a prayer for you all to be a little bit more human.

I have sent multiple emails with absolutely no response and I have sent them directly through email and their website. Also they added $2200.00 on our loan with no warning whatsoever because they said we didn t have insurance on the motorcycle we purchased which we did. Pretty terrible experience. Bank Elsewhere. Ive had multiple loans through these guys and Ive always had to send in checks because doing it over their site or the phone involves a fee. (Thats what Ive been told for years. I was just told that thats not the case, which is different information than Ive been given in the past) On this current loan, Ive been making a $270 payment on a $200 loan for years. While out of the country, I had someone sending in my payments to Space Age. There was a mix up and my checks were sent to a different bank on a different loan and this left my Space Age account late. After talking with Space Age and paying over the phone to bring my account current (with a fee) I receive a late payment on my credit report. This completely ruined purchasing a home that I was in the middle of buying. I reached out to Space Age and talked to several people and was told by all of them that nothing can be done. If youve been a member at a bank or credit union for a long time and there is a slight issue that was quickly fixed, and that member has been overpaying for years, I feel that bank should take care of their members. Especially when that member voices that they want to continue to do business in the future if this issue can be fixed. Im still left with a 30 days late payment on my credit report and Ill get to look at that for the next 7 years. Bank Elsewhere.

I was always on time with my payments and this is how you treat your customers. I was planning to buy a vehicle next month but I will not be getting my loan through you. I used Space Age for years for several motorcycle loans. They were the best in class for these. I know because I was a sales manager at a multi-location Harley dealership. I no longer need these services and let my member account sit idle for years. Tyler just called me and made it very simple to close my account electronically and receive my remaining $.

I have banked with space age my whole life. My parents helped me open a banking account and I got my first secured credit card here which helped me build my credit. I love that there is an app which I used all throughout college. I can easily pay my credit card off, schedule payments, pay other members, and deposit checks all on the app.

We just paid off an auto loan at Space Age and needed the title to sell the vehicle. I called and spoke with Shirley who was extremely helpful explaining exactly what I needed to do to get the title. The next day I spoke with Tonya to be sure someone would be in the branch to release the title after I paid the loan off. Tonya too was super helpful and friendly. When I got to the branch I met Janeeka who took my payoff quickly and efficiently. She was also very helpful and informative. This place has gone downhill- at maximum velocity. Theyve lost a stimulus check and 2 Tax returns of ours. And the IRS had the correct account number. Hmmm. Judging from my experience here, your money is safer and more protected in a glass jar on Colfax & Yosemite than it is at this credit union. Canvas and Elevations are far better choices than Space Age for your credit union business.

Customer service is non-existent. Had a recent auto loan with them - which of course includes a mandatory savings account. Paid off an 84 month loan 78 months early. Was never informed they had a $200 minimum balance requirement for the attached savings account. Almost immediately, they started taking fees out of my account for not meeting the balance requirement. Called in and the phone agent could not care less. She was rude and condescending. I closed all accounts with this bank as fast as humanly possible and will never do business with them again. Good riddance. Update to owners response: I only called in to close the account AFTER getting hit with this account fee I was unaware of. I did not close my account immediately upon payoff because I wanted to make sure I received my vehicle title first. I had not decided if I was going to maintain the account and use it, but Space Age quickly made that decision for me. When a new client has the mandatory savings account opened because a dealer funds a loan through Space Age, do not assume that the client receives any paperwork for the savings account. I never received any document packet from Space Age. I have my closing documents and not one single page in my document package was specific to Space Age. The lender name and address was typed on the purchase agreement. That is it. Everything I received is standard dealer paperwork identical to every other car purchase. I never received anything from Space Age with a fee schedule, or any other account terms - during the sale or after. Please do not tell me what I received when you clearly do not know. As for reviewing the call, your representative never made any attempt to address anything other than closing my account. She seemed like this was completely common and was completely unphased or concerned about closing a customer account like she does this dozens of times every day. She made zero attempt to address the fee. Yes, she stated the policy, but could not have cared less beyond that. Her tone was dismissive and never once made me feel like my business was valued. And you attempt to justify the policy and handling only affirms that. As I said before, good riddance. Nobody I know will ever come near your credit union ever again.

Spaceage was the first bank I ever financed a vehicle with. I was excited about buying a new motorcycle and was upfront with the bank about not being the most familiar with loan process, payments ect. In the two years I ve been financing with them I have never experienced less professionalism/decency from any form of business or corporation. I routinely have had my payment changed with no call or email, but they re happy to add late fees and hits to my credit. Any time I have called with questions about insurance or changes in my apr I ve been met with condescension and apathy. Quite honestly some of the worst people I ve ever dealt with.

This business is so wonderful. They do have mobile apps now and you can make online payments if you transfer from an external bank account. They really truly care about every single member. Each Christmas they offer the ability to skip a payment on your accounts if youre eligible and they have some of the lowest loan rates depending on your credit score which they were willing to help me with. They also helped after the Marshall Fire in a BIG way. After being a customer for 6 years now I can confidently say this is a great place to bank. They even work together with other credit unions to allow more places to visit for your banking needs.

I ve been a member of Space Age for about 3 years. This was a great company to work with and have my loan with up until about 3 months ago. I had been in contact with Tanya for the first couple of years and she was great and patient. With Covid and all the challenges that came with it Tanya was immensely helpful. About 3 months ago someone else took over my file and has been consistently rude and belittling. I ve been in contact with this woman a handful of times and every time is the same. Rude, abrasive and completely unhelpful.

I have enjoyed having my accounts with Space Age. I have had 4 car loans, a credit card and the savings account with them. I find them easy to deal with and very nice on the phone. Terrible credit union and I would never recommend them. We are so upset we are going to switch over to avoid working with them any longer. We had a loan through them and they charged us $650 for insurance for two months on a OHV. Because we didnt insure it right away. We explained that the vehicle wasnt in our possession and was still getting fixed up during the entire time, and they wouldnt budge. My regular insurance company charges $300 per year not per month! They rip off their customers and dont listen or understand. I Will NEVER use them again for anything and will not recommend.

Do not recommend these guys at all. You have to pay by check only, which alot of people dont carry on them anymore, try to add them on bill pay and they dont exist and cant be verified, then when you call to make a payment they charge you a extra 6 dollars just to pay your bill. Even throughout covid there still charging late fees. They gave one deferment and didnt notify how long it was. Then you get a call asking where the vehicle is because there going to repo it. Even though you thought you were on deferment.

I wish I had read the reviews before accepting this bank for a loan from Fay Myers. Everyone is saying the same thing about the same people and odd personally just spoke with the VP who reflects that this is a company standard. THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING UNTIL IT WAS A PROBLEM. They claimed they had to track me down but dropped the bike to my address and came to it to pick up..Do not get a loan from them and if you are MILITARY STAY AWAY. They waited 90 days to tell me my wire transfers werent coming ...then said I had to fill out their form to do that. After which point I did and THEY not I still had issues... Bought a bike from fay Myers and had a loan through these people. Had my bike stolen and have had issues regarding my gap claim. Was not informed I could take advantage of this claim until it was 30+ days after and was unable. Barb in collections is the absolute worst customer service representative for any company. She doesn t let you speak on the phone and will gladly hang up on you. Barb told me to call fay Myers to figure out my gap claim and then they told me to call barb. Fay Myers explains that gap claims have to filed within 30 days of total loss. Barb tells me that is true, but failed to mention to me before hand. It is now 40+ days and Barb wants to act like she didn t know about the gap claim policies. The worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Had the same thing happen that I ve seen a few other reviews for. Took the economic relief loan that I didn t know much about which was on me and just had barb call and threaten to repo even though the economy is still just as bad as before. Some relief it didn t give me. Thanks space age for the great customer service up until your clients get into some trouble due to a virus. But of course all you guys care about is your dollar signs.

This bank is terrible. Cant log in to the app, cant connect to the cash app even though it takes you through the process of authentication. There is literally zero support via phone especially after the hours of 5 or on the weekend. What if I lost my card or need to report it stolen? Logging in assistance? Nope. There are some good credit unions out there but this definitely not one. Stick to the bigger banks with 24/365 support they have their negatives too but at least you have support and ask questions.

Early payments dont count as monthly payments, requiring you to try to line up online payment on the exact due date, while processing times vary. Just take a transfer as a payment! Interest rates are disappointing, as well, got offered just under double what another credit union gave me with less credit history. Overall disappointing to deal with.

Hard To Deal With! So I am not really sure if these people really know what they are doing! I financed a motorcycle through them I think it was for 48 months but my payment was $129 and I paid them $500/month for 2/3 months. at the fifth month, they send me my payment increased to $19x.xx just because they wanted to add insurance because their crapy old school system wont sync with the current insurance. Long story short, I called them and I told them am not going to deal with paper work submission and I wanted to pay it off and would like to cancel their crapy insurance. The total pay off was $4500.xx. I gave this lady my card number and told her to process till its paid off on that day. The lady started processing a payment. She stops after she processed $3500 the same day just because she wanted me to pay their insurance next month. I called again next month and asked why she didnt do the entire transaction, and no one would give me exact reason. I paid the rest of their money and asked to cancel the insurance ASAP and send me the pro-rated balance and my title. She promised, it would take two Fridays to send everything. 4 Fridays later, they havent reported to the credit reporting agencies that its paid off, they never cancelled the insurance, and never sent my money back. They just sent the title without the check. I would not recommend Space Age. There is too much hassle, if you finance a vehicle, you have to open a useless saving account with them to keep your other account live.

Really enjoy working with the team at Space Age. We had an off road vehicle financed with Blue Federal Credit Union - they were a nightmare all around. Space Age has much better interest rates, and exceptionally better customer service, so we are taking our business to Space Age nowadays. We particularly appreciate Rose and Nicoles helpful service!

This credit union is an absolute joke, I am so thankful my money is not in this bank. I had the unfortunate luck of selling a car to a member. What kind of credit union does not have cash on hand for a simple loan? Most work I have ever had to do to sell a car and it took over a week.The loan officer was really nice and apologetic for the ridiculous policies of Space Age. Terrible unprofessional credit union avoid if possible

I have motorcycle finance with these people, they keep saying that my bill pay checks are being return as Non- sufficient funds when there is for sure money in the account that the check is coming from. My bank i use to send the bill pay checks shows that they were never attempted to being cashed. I will be refinancing as soon as I can find another bank to finance my motorcycle. Id give negative stars if I could as this has happened more than once. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BANK!

8thJune 2017...... I got another mail for Robin E. G. at my address today. I dont know what to say. Do you send peoples statements to a wrong address often? Or does it take 7 years long to try to update an address & I still get another mail? 2 weeks ago........ They keep sending me someone elses mail although I return to sender with a big note, that the person has not lived at my address since June 2010. Have returned at least 6/7 letters back in the last year & no one is bothered to update their records. SNAIL AGE CREDIT UNION!

I used space Age to finance a dirtbike They lost my proof of insurance and didnt tell me they were looking for it. Added $100 on to my payments without telling me Then proceeded to report my payments as late when I failed to pay the $100 fee that I was unaware of and also shouldnt have been charged in the first place since I already gave them my insurance. They get a one star because they are very outdated when it comes to technology and communication.

It has been my recent experience that the management at Space Age FCU doesn t care about customer service. I have been a Space Age FCU member for thirteen years. My family has had two auto loans during that time. We also have two saving accounts and four checking accounts. My call to John Uchida the CEO to report a very upsetting encounter wasn t returned for fifteen days. I called to inform him of a very disturbing experience with the Golden branch manager Janice Vondra. Janice was disrespectful to her employees and extremely rude to me. When I did speak with John, he said that he would get back to me. It has been weeks and I haven t heard from him. It s very concerning when a branch manager runs member business out the door, treats employees disrespectfully and is overlooked by the CEO.

Ive been a member since I was a child, when my folks helped me open my first savings account. I added a checking account when I got my first job, and a loan when I got my first car. (Ive financed several vehicles with them over the years, theyre fantastic.) I adore the tellers, theyve been so helpful every time Im in. Understanding about life and non judgemental when I would come in to fix a rare overdraft, and always incredibly kind to interact with during normal transactions. Ive also banked elsewhere throughout the years, and have never had a better experience than I do here.

I just received a member statement and realized that they ve been allocating my past payments completely incorrectly. When I make my (auto) loan payment I always pay more than the required monthly amount to attack the principal so that I ll pay off the loan early. However, the extra I had paid over the past months all went to interest which means that they pocketed that monies. How greedy!! I even specified on the payment coupon slip each time that those extra amounts I had paid over the past months were for principal paydowns but they completely ignored my instructions and applied them towards interest. How pathetic!! I will go to the main office in Parker and complain about very soon. This is PURE evil to say the least. This type of greedy business should be out of business. Go to hell Space Age FCU! I wish I could give them negative 100 rating.

Gave them 1 extra star because the ladies answering the phone seem nice. Been waiting 2 weeks for a simple phone call from one of their lending personnel named Matt about a current (and second loan I ve gotten with Space Age). Guy always seems to be out. An auto loan isn t something people can just be left hanging on, especially when the opportunity to save some money comes up. Second biggest expense next to a home I feel like any question I have is worthy of some sort of follow up. Regardless of the nature of the phone call for questions about my loan or what answer I would get I would assume I d hear from someone, or anyone. It s my money going to these people and I m the customer right? This experience will definitely put a red flag out there for any other loan I may get. Definitely won t be from these folks if this isn t resolved

I love this credit union! The staff is so friendly, patient, and kind, I ve never had a long wait in line, and they have great rates! I recently got a car loan. Automotive Avenues took care of all of the paperwork with Space Age. A few days after I got the car, I got a notice that Space Age had lowered the interest rate and adjusted it all for me! What big bank would ever do that for a regular customer? We opened accounts for each of our children and the CU deposits a little money for them when they come in during their birthday month. This is a relatively small credit union and it s absolutely fabulous!

Ive been a member for a few years- I reluctantly joined because my spouse is big on credit unions in general (I normally bank at the big banks). Being a member has been a GREAT experience! Their platinum credit card is the best deal in the country and Ive never had any problems with them on any of my accounts. I work in the mortgage industry and I sometimes encounter clients who need to get a secured credit card to help build their credit- Space Age offers this product and they have NO FEES- this is very unusual for this type of product, as those who offer it typically charge enormous fees to people who can least afford them. I love the fact that this is a smaller, local credit union- they do not act like a big bank and that makes for an excellent experience as a member. They care about their members and you do not feel like just a number. Space Age: keep up the good work and thanks for also helping to make a difference in the communities that you serve! EDIT: Issue resolved for now. Overall thoughts, the people are very nice, never had a problem with them. When I had issues with my new loans they had folk that even call to straighten things out rather than letting it sit and just accrue fees with no notice. However, it was kinda a painful journey with a couple bike loans. Essentially I did screw up initially with an account number. After it fails I call and correct. Somehow that doesnt get updated and gets rejected again. I make repeat calls and make successful single payments, but after being told it had been updated/fixed, my ACH withdrawal the next month also bounced and sounded like possibly the second motorcycle loans # was wrong despite a seperate ACH sent that I know was correct. Started from scratch with new ACH forms and hopefully all is well now. I dont know how big they are really so probably limited resources to invest into it, but I find the website etc a bit outdated and the account management a bit of a pain. But Im probably spoiled by big national companies services. They are better though for sure than the union my wife banks thru.

I have been a member at SAFCU since 1974 when I was in high school. I have had student loans, car loans, checking, savings, money market, business accounts and other accounts there. Have there been mistakes over the years? Of course, a few. But they always fix them when brought to their attention. If people spent half the time communicating with the staff about a problem they would not need to be so frustrated and feel the need to write an angry review. The length of time they have been in business indicates they are a good company to deal with.

Absolutely the worst place to get a loan. payments all current wanted to pay off early and they can not accept a card because of the amount. What a freaking joke. Pathetic company with bully practices. Will keep making payments until their system can handle what they consider a large payoff (2300.00) They want that interest is all. I have had accounts and loans here since the late 90s. I love the convenience of saving, checking and credit card all on the same accounts webpage. I easily transfer money from my credit card to checking and back without a fee. The credit card is also very low APR, typically close to home loan APRs. I have never had a problem with loan or credit card payment, since I do it on my accounts page. The transfer is instant from checking or savings.

Terrible rates and if your unlucky enough to have a checking acount they will steal your money. I recieved a paycheck and my company for some security reason cancelled all payroll check and immediately resent new ones for the exact amount. The were either to dumb or intentionally stealing when they chared me $66 in nsf fees and said well thats our policy. People make mistakes but they will capitalize every time. Liars and cheats. I am one of SAFCUs longest standing account holders. Since Norm retired the customer service has gone down. My personal experience has been frustrating at best. My loyalty doesnt account for anything, my personal financial ups and downs not considered, felt kicked so hard when down, I will be changing financial institutions when I come up! There is a real reason for the 2 1/2 star rating!

To the person who wrote the War and Peace sized negative review, why did you buy a $15,000 motorcycle when you only have a minimum wage job? Ever heard of a Honda Rebel? Theyre only about $5,000. I personally had good experience with Space Age. Financed 3 motorcycles with them over 3 years and never had issues with payments and acquiring titles after I paid off the bikes. The lowest motorcycle loan interest rate that I could find. One of the best things that I line about Space Age is that you get the title the same day you pay the bike off, which is very convenient when selling a bike, you do need to pay it off in cash in order to get the title the same day. They can get behind on things sometimes but its understandable considering the size of the FCU.

Great Customer service! I have had 1 motorcycle loan back in 2013. Once that was paid i got another loan for a jeep. Soon after i was approved through SpaceAge for a home loan!! I am now in the midst of applying for another motorcycle loan! Disregard other reviews from people whom dont pay their bills when they come due. This is a business after all!

The worst bank or credit union you could ever deal with. Stay away! I had purchased a motorcycle with a loan through Space Age. I paid all of the fees for title work. 6 months later when I decided to sell the bike the credit union had not done anyone the paperwork so the bike was not in my name. I was going to have to bond for a title due to them and their lack of work. Luckily I found the old seller. It took months to finally get the bike in my name and I was never reimbursed for fees I paid or payments I made on a bike that wasnt even in my name. And remember I couldnt register it this whole time either. I also have a car loan through them and with this issue I checked it closer. They are charging me a $30 a month fee on my loan and none of the bankers or lending officers know why. However none of them will call me back or take care of the issue. .... Buyer beware, they will literally rob you

Stone Age at the minimum. I cant pay my loan any other way than going into a branch, setting up a direct deposit or mailing it in. Navy Federal lets me pay over phone, Mobile app and website. Not convenient at all. Plus one of the older ladie tellers is extremely rude and has avoided helping people even when. There was a long line.
