Its an OK pawn shop except when they try to low ball you below your expectations followed by a sad excuse that its not going to sell and its just going to sit in the shelf and collect dust. This was my second time to a pawn shop/Gold shop, my first experience at a different pawn shop wasn t good at all, so I was kinda nervous walking in to Mid Valley. They were all so friendly and I ll tell you, they will give you the Best prices in the Valley for your Gold. I Loved that they had State of the Art equipment to test my jewelry so I felt like I was in good hands selling my jewelry. I would definitely go back and only trust these guys.

I just went in to pawn my gf diamond ring so they can tell me its fake. The funny thing is Ive took it here last year and pawned it so now Im having to file a police report and report the diamond stolen . They have a GIA number engraved matching the certificate. This place are thieves eventually someone will have wut ever ring my stolen diamond is in resized at a jeweler n they will look up the diamond GIA number and they will see that its been reported as stolen . Eventually its gonna lead back to these thieves. This ring was purchased at Ciccarelli jewelers in Modesto back in 2019

These Guys and their store is my GoTo store for tools,RC items,jewelry,perfumes ,guitars,and purses. Some of it is for my husband and the rest for me. Their lay away is so easy and you have plenty of time between payments to have the money for the next. Im greeted by name,and always receives the best service and it doesnt matter who takes care of me its always the very best service. On my rings if they need to be sized they do it . And their jeweler provides the best care also Im thrilled when its done.

Hands down the best pawn shop around! They have the best prices that I have ever seen or dealt with ever at pawn shops. Everything for the family. Your Louis Vuitton purses for us ladies, gold chains for the men, even Air Jordan s, beautiful engagement rings (I just went in yesterday and watched couple buy their wedding ring- it was gorgeous! I left with a Louie Vuitton bag. You cannot go wrong going here. I tell all my friends and family about them. Great staff, too!

This is my first time being here with my husband at this location. Everybody was very nice and friendly. We were greeted the moment we walked in to see if we needed some help. Everybody gave us a very pleasant customer service, was treated well and with respect. We came in to sell couple of items. However, they know exactly what their customers are looking for. So they will be straight forward with brands they sell and take. The process was quick and precise. They offered us a very fair price. While they were authenticating the item, I was browsing around with my husband and kids, we noticed they have pretty excellent selection of items for sale. Please check them out. Best shop around! They have such a cool and unique selection of everything you could go in there for. Greatly priced in there for everything as well. Went in for a helmet expecting to see what you normally see in a shop and instead found a brand new super sick helmet for a cant beat price. They held it for us when we needed it and were awesome to talk to as well. Will be a return spot for us when we travel back to California!

However everyone in the the store was was extremely helpful to the few customers still there. I wont say exactly what I got for the items I was selling. But I will say I was blown away with what I walked out of there with. Customer service outstanding. Prices unbelievable. I will never do business anywhere else. Please dont take my word. Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting the gentleman of Mid Valley pawn shop, Josh, Zach and Mike. My first pawn experience was quite awesome. I was a little bit nervous, especially showing up 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday but they in no way made me feel like I was a burden by showing up so late in the day. I went in just looking for an estimate. I had no pressure as to whether I should sell right then or just wait. Mike even stated if I was unsure then I should just hold onto it, which is a very comforting feeling. I did in fact sell them some items that day, and I walked out, feeling good about it. The following Monday I decided I wanted to sell the remaining items , and I got stuck in some traffic on my way. I called because I knew it was going to be after 5 o clock before I could make it. Zach and Josh were accommodating and waited for me to arrive 10 minutes after five. Zach and Josh were very patient and we went over some new pieces that I had gotten, and again no pressure and I walked out once again feeling like I made a good choices and was offered very fair offers. I ve had the pleasure of going there now three times and can t wait to go back and shop for Christmas. Thanks guys and gals.

Hey just wanted to say another great experience at mid valley pawn had to come on here and show a little love to some folks that always show me love every time I come in.. I thought I was just coming on here to write a short note when I read the last post from about six hours ago by Serena Klari h and it kind of upset me it s one thing to write a bad post about a business that deserves it it s another thing to come on here and lie because you have some kind of resentment or animosity. A lot of times people will have an item that is very very valuable to them means the world to them and to them this item is priceless but to the rest of the world its worth not much at all, so sometimes people will bring this item into the pawnshop expecting a lot of money and get extremely upset when they are not offered much for it. I am sorry Serena if this is what happened to you but it s no excuse to make up lies attempt to assassinate the character of a well respected and established growing local business. Mid Valley pawn is my new go to store. Continually, time after time I m always amazed at the unique collection of merchandise they have for sale. Everything from New and used tools, to music equipment, sports memorabilia, precious coins and bullion, Their large displays of jewelry, electronics and awesome collection of certified high end designer hand bags. I always rave to my friends and relatives about this fine little gem of a store. All I can say is do yourself a favor and check them out . I give this pawn shop a 10 star rating.I must say Ive been to many pawn shops all over the world and I must make a note by far Mid Valley Pawn is the one shop that stands out above all the others for many reasons.First off it is truly a Traditional Pawn Shop .... Its not one of those pawn shops that take advantage of there customers and get one over on them. Selling, purchasing, pawning, doesnt matter what youre doing at mid valley pawn, theyre the first choice. If you want a fair ask, or offer, theyll explain to you why thats their number. If youre pawning you dont have to worry about them going belly up before you can get your precious antiques back from Mike. And Mike is who you want to deal with, the other guys are good, but Mike is great. If you need to make ends meet, or youre looking for new bling, Mid Valley Pawn is the place to pay a visit, since you wont be over paying, and theyre never under paying.

Went in to see how much they can give me for an item all the workers just staring at me like if I m crazy or if I have a fake item. After showing proof it s real. Owner or whoever he was wasn t even interested in looking at my item or even listening to what I had to say about it. They just have average items nothing major. There designer purses are basic bags that everyone else has. Nothing special or limited edition. I spoke with I think the owner about my item didn t even look at it well said he wasn t interested I don t purchase these . His loss. My item is limited addition worth lots of money and very trendy. Don t waste your time going in that place.

I randomly saw a post on OfferUp & decided to stop in. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had a huge variety of designer handbags! I purchased my first authentic LV Speedy 25 from here. Alaiza was so friendly, helpful & patient with me as I took my time to decide. (They have sooo many styles to choose from!) Zach was very friendly & approachable. All the employees are genuinely nice & helpful. If youre a woman considering a designer bag, designer wallet, jewelry or small appliances, I highly recommend stopping in! I think, like me, youll be pleasantly surprised!
