All the workers were very nice and the customers. I had a great conversation with two ladies. And the Pharmacist was very helpful and nice. But the cashier at self checkout put the Cherry 🍒 and the Icing on nice. I didn't know self checkout was card only and I had rung up my items ready to pay and I see card only. Well I had my complete bank account was stolen from Walmart on Inglewood because there was a scammer on the self checkout so I will never use my card at Walmart. The nice cashier saw me in shock running to a register and she ran after me so I didn't have to wait in line again and rung me at self checkout. I Love them.

Clean, well supplied, and spacious aisles. Very nice greeters and cashier. Just listening to the staff's interaction, you can tell that enjoy working there. And it shows because this was Walmart!

My first time shopping at this Torrance location; overall, the store is clean, there are enough staff members, and they are quite helpful and nice. I asked a few questions regarding the things I wanted. My only issue was that at two different places, two groups of people were begging for money to eat inside the store; to me, this was a red signal, especially for the ladies and children buying. I did not see any security officers, and outside the store, only a few yards from the main door, there were three less fortunate indigents asking for money; I do not mind giving, but they approach so near that you have to be on watch. I gave them some change.
My best recommendation is to be on alert not to much with the guys outside the store but with the individuals inside the store.

I went to Walmart in Torrance last night and bought groceries.
When I came home, I checked the receipt. I found out I bought 86 bananas, which was 1 for 25 percent.
Then, a casher overcharged me for $21.50. I only bought 11 bananas.
I was surprised that casher counted bananas for 86 pieces instead of 11 pieces of bananas.
I was disappointed that the casher overcharged the bananas.
Anyway, the next day, I went back
to the Walmart.
When I went inside of the store, a
lady greeted me with a smile. She was a host who checked customer's
receipts. And her name was "Hazel." I explained that I was overcharged
for bananas, and I wanted to get the money back. Unfortunately, the customer service was closed, so I needed to come back tomorrow.
I told her that it was hard for me to
come back tomorrow.
Then, she talked to the customer service and helped me to get my refund back.
I was impressed that she went the extra mile to help a customer. I really appreciated her kindness and caring about customer's needs.
I liked the curb side pick-up service.
It was convenient that pick-up areas were in front of the store, so you didn't need to go inside the store.
If you stayed in the car and called their number, they would bring your order to your car.
I have been to another Walmart store, but this Walmart store is the
best store.
I recommend this Walmart store because they offer low prices and
they have excellent customer service.

It's certainly a Walmart.
Half of the urinals were flooded, but I did find the diaper I needed, clam chowder and some sweet fishing sunglasses.

Found all the things I needed. Maybe a little low on food varieties compared to Target, but usually you don't come here for large grocery shopping trips. Pharmacy corner well staffed to handle larger number of customers. Restroom available at the exit.

Very busy but the self-check out moves fast. My partner hates how they check receipts especially when he sends his receipt to his email.

We get everything we need for the house from here. Best deals. Better than Amazon usually. Where we go when we can't go to Costco and need small quantities.

Unlike other Wallmarts, this one is not too big and everything seems within your reach, even the prices are displayed correctly. Lighting and arrangement of goods better distributed, making it easy to find your way around.

Makes a big project out of returning or exchanging a purchase for a similar item yes, even with a receipt.. The Pharmacy wont do it; the cashier wont do it; youll wait anywhere between 15-30 minutes for customer to return and re-purchase a different item that typically takes 1 minute in most stores at the cash register.

Came to this Walmart to buy my infant some formula., every associate I asked to open the cabinet where its locked up in, kept passing the buck to another associate. I even asked a manager for help, that manager I thought was going to help me, went to help the customer service line. I waited 30 minutes. I finally left the store to go to target to buy my babys formula. The workers at this Walmart are rude, lazy and getto. People never shop at Walmart, big disappointment.

I forgot a bag a the store and called the store so they can check for me if my bag was there and the employee told me that i had to go all the way back to the store and go to costumer service and ask them if my bag was there...like, really? Soo she couldnt check for me n let me know through the phone if my bag was there or not, she wanted me to drive all the way back and ask costumer service terrible staff, terrible service.

If I could give a 0 star I would. They charged me for my items. Receipt wouldn t print. They wouldn t let me leave the store without. When I told them what happened they told me to take it up with my bank because it was on their end. The guy in line behind had the same exact thing happen to him and they said it wasn t their issue.
