Jose and his team supported our family throughout our home purchase. I am grateful to Jesus Christ for allowing to meet and know Jose Molina for many years now. He was a key part of the deal from start to finish. The purchase of the ranch really started last year with Jose Molina teaching us how to position ourselves to qualify for a loan. That allowed us to be in position for this purchase. This lending company was very unprofessional and misleading. I had to reach out constantly for updates. Told me I needed a certain amount in savings to buy a condo/townhouse and once I had that they started asking for other stuff. I provided everything they asked in a timely manner. I made more money this year at my job then the previous years and the rep was saying I made less money. Will not be buying a house with this company moving forward. Mary Frink and her team get their job done. Very courteous. We closed our refi loan a year ago. They lowered my payment about $600 less. Just refi d again. They got us way more cash out $$$ than we expected, with our payment going up only about $200. It s unheard of! They are the Magic team Frink! Jose Molina and his team at Summit Funding helped guide me through the homebuying process from start to finish. 100% transparent, always quick to answer my questions via text or call any time of the day, and had my best interests at heart. From the mortgage loan, to financing, to underwriting, not once was I left in the dark throughout the process. They were very clear of their expectations of me and what I needed to expect throughout the homebuying process. Not only were they professional, had extensive knowledge of the industry, but were able to work quickly and expertly with my buying agent to help facilitate a fast close. We started the process on 10/02 and I had keys in my hand on 11/02. Their responsiveness, knowledge, and charisma allowed me to approach this endeavor with confidence, and now I am a first time homeowner! I cannot recommend Summit Fundings Team Molina enough.

This lender is truly amazing. The Borrower/Buyer receives the very best loan, excellent service and the best possible rates! As a realtor, I recommend Jose and his team to every Buyer that I represent. He performs every time to the highest level! Summit Funding, Inc. was the best part of my first time home purchase by far. The purchase of a home is a complicated process. You want the most educated, current in all the rules and laws of real estate market people working for you. Well the Eagle Team at Summit exceeds all of those expectations.
