We wandered into DCL on a whim and Mike went above and beyond to make our visit an excellent experience. Neither my husband nor I were looking for anything in particular, however, we certainly scored. I was able to purchase 2 luxury purses and my husband a luxury watch at a phenomenal price. I had several pieces of gold and diamond jewelry that I no longer wore, so I decided to visit and possibly sell some of my pieces. I was somewhat apprehensive about the process, but Mike immediately put me at ease. He spent two hours patiently reviewing my items and I ultimately sold several pendants, bracelets and earrings. Horrible experience tenant was extremely rude after I told him I didn’t want sell my gold jewelry to him! He threw a fit and threw my gold jewelry back into a bag of jewelry I had with non gold items to mix it up. When I asked him how he knew if the stones were real he said I just know like a Dr knows what he’s doing he kept comparing himself to a Dr or to a person with an academic degree. He was very arrogant. At first he said I was asking great questions but the moment I told him I was going to think about it and not sell my jewelry he lost his temper and told me to leave and never come back! This was by far the worst experience I ever had with someone. I later went to another pawn shop that same day and had a completely different experience that was 100% better. They told me they heard bad things about that owner and another lady also expressed she thought he was very rude too. Please stay away and don’t support his business! Go to (poway jewelry and loan) instead much better and higher buying rates.

Love this place. Customer service is awesome and super friendly. I would recommend anyone who plans on pawning jewelry to go them, they make it so easy to pay online if need be. Also the amazing designer bags they have are all authenticated and the best part is you can purchase the bags take it home and pay installments, can t get better then that! Thanks Mike.

The owner of DCL is very friendly and straightforward. He was able to give me a quote, certifie my bag for authentication and gave me a copy of the certificate Of Authentication on the spot, all in the 20 or 30 minutes I was there. I didnt accept his offer for fear I could get more some place else, but I was wrong. I went back a month later to find out what Hed give me after all that time and sure enough, he gave me The same price he quoted me the first time I came out, which was more than I could get anywhere else... thanks DCL!!!!

This place is so bad I can t even write a review about buying anything here. I was shopping for my fiances birthday gift and wanted to get her a nice diamond bracelet. I made the mistake of wasting my time going to this place. You have to ring a doorbell to get in, and upon doing so I was greeted by someone answering as if I was bothering them. Im expecting to get buzzed in, but was asked instead what I wanted. I replied I was there to look at bracelets. After an awkward silence and me again waiting to be buzzed in, he very rudely told me if I want to come in the store I need to remove my sunglasses. Slightly iratated I remove them and look right at the camera . He then tells me I will also need to remove my hat. I asked if he was joking and he said your not coming in unless you do. That was it for me. I laughed and turned around and left. Then turned around and showed this genius the 5k in cash in my pocket I was trying to spend. I will never waste my time visiting this place again . I can see why they look like they are going out of business.

I went around, and other shops said something like $400 or less. When I called that store, Mike offered to take a look that same afternoon at no cost. He did an informal on the spot. He provided a detailed explanation of what he thought it was worth and why. My daughter and I left with a lot of valuable knowledge. I looked everywhere for a specific sold-out lady Dior mini bag before finding the exact one I had been searching for (in perfect condition!) at DCL. I reached out to Mike on Instagram and he was so helpful in answering my questions/explaining the purchase process to me. Of course this is an investment piece, so I was initially concerned about the possibility of being scammed or sold an unauthentic item - especially since I live on the East Coast and couldn t go into the shop to review the bag in person. Mike offered to set up a FaceTime meeting to show me his store and go over the details together. He was so professional, and after meeting with him/reading his store reviews, I immediately felt comfortable proceeding with the transaction. I felt confident in my purchase knowing I would be receiving an authentic, entrupy-certified item from a reputable business. I was able to pay securely through his website and he FedEx overnighted the package to me at no additional cost. He even checked-in with me to make sure all went smoothly with the shipping process. Mike is so great! I went next door to get my hair done and ended up finding DCL next door. Upon arriving, the store looks very clean and Mike greeted me with a smile, I ended up purchasing a Damier Azur. He seems to have great knowledge on these brands he displays.
