We really enjoyed having Ian's help when it came to breaking down all the various costs and factors to consider when buying a home. The portal and reports he sent us were deep dives into the cost breakdowns and taxes. It helped us make thoughtful decisions on whether or not to pursue a property. Ian made himself available for us any time we needed anything, whether it was a quick question via text or an in-person meeting to go over documents. He patiently broke down an overwhelming amount of information for us in a way that we were able to understand. His professional network in the area is well developed, which was very helpful when we needed to find specific information or to get a last-minute appraisal. He was open and honest every step of the way, always giving us all available options while providing us with the information/recommendations we needed to make the correct decisions ourselves. In a competitive market, it was helpful to have such representation when we needed to make a quick close. While my credit union did offer a slightly better rate, I feel that paying a little more for such stellar representation was well worth it.

There are so many things that make Angela Martinez outstanding: Her expertise, her integrity, her professional manner combined with her warmth and authenticity -- I could go on. But I think the two things that really made the experience stand out were Angelas tenacity and her constant communication. This was not an easy transaction, and Angela worked and worked and worked until we got to the outcome we were after. It was clear to me and my wife how much time and energy Angela was putting into this pair of loans on our behalf, and Im certain that there was actually a lot more that she was doing behind the scenes that we were not even aware of. Her persistence in getting this thing over the finish line was truly impressive. Also, she communicated with us every step of the way. She seemed to pick up on the fact that of the various modes of communication, text works best for me, and I was consistently getting very detailed, helpful texts from Angela on exactly where things stood, exactly what our next step was, etc. Angela Martinez is simply an absolutely fantastic loan agent and she has my highest, unqualified recommendation.

Perhaps the shining example of Ians commitment and availability was that on two occasions he responded to a text from me when most people probably wouldnt: when he was at a friends wedding and when he was hosting a gathering. I didnt expect an on-call loan officer, but thats what I got with Ian! (And I told him my questions could wait ;).) Truly though, Ian was just completely wonderful to work with. I felt like he understood my financial values and gave me and helped me apply those to our scenario, offering great advice every step of the way. And he was so patient in explaining things to me. He also helped us close in less than 3 weeks on a jumbo loan, which is pretty tough to do, Im told. The whole time, he was friendly, personal, and professional. I would give Ian 6 stars if I could.

Ian is a fantastic person to work with he makes a very complex and potentially difficult process a lot simpler and easier to manage. He explains whats happening at each step of the way, thoroughly answers any questions that come up, and does a good job keeping you informed. One of the things that I appreciate most about Ian is that theres often a lot of automated messages/emails/letters that you can get over the course of a loan process he does a great job letting you know whats actually important and useful. He helps turn these types of communications from being annoying and possibly stressful (What is this? Do I have to respond to this? How do I do this?) to being very low-key. If Ian doesnt tell me about it in advance (or follow-up very shortly after) I can relax and not worry about it. Highly recommend! 5/5 would work with Ian again!

Alana was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful from day 1. She patiently answered each of our question regarding the mortgage process and she made herself available to us despite her busy schedule. As a first time home buyer, this is sort of an education and hand-holding we expected and she was there for us whenever we needed. Alana and her team worked very closely with both our real estate agents and the sellers agents to ensure we have a strong offer in place. Brendan went above and beyond for us! He not only kept communication going, but he also made sure we were picking the right loan for our needs. It truly felt like Brendan was on our side throughout the process, which isnt always the case with loan representatives. Greg Pettersen handled our mortgage with exceptional professionalism and expertise. He had our application promptly approved and made the entire process hassle-free. The online portal is very easy to use; >90% of the documents were signed electronically and I always knew what steps came next. I just completed my refi with Scott and his Team at RWM. They were in constant communication with me throughout the process and kept me up to date on exactly where I was as I moved along through the process. I am very happy with Dustin at RMWloans and I would highly recommend him. I had heard of Dustin over 6 months before I started my refinancing. I now know multiple people who worked with him, and everyone is very happy with him. In my experience, he is fast, responsive and willing to work through issues that come up. I should mention RMW Loans has a great web interface, which made the experience simpler. I also had a situation where neither he or I were sure we could get the refinancing done. He worked on finding options, found them, and it worked out great! I will put in a few caveats too. First, fees are a bit higher, and you are paying for the service. Also, the credit pull was done despite me asking to wait. But it all worked out in the end, and those are tiny issues now. Dustin, I wish you prosperity and the best.
