I have been coming to this shop for years and always thought they treated you pretty fair. That was up until my most recent visit. I tried to bring in my guitar that I got a loan on for 40 bucks a couple weeks before. The guy offers me twenty bucks for it this time. The last couple times I've been here they have low-balled me. They have made 1000s off the Mac tools and various other tools truck tools in the past. Now they have lost a good customer over 20 bucks. Treat your loyal customers better. Would bot recommend this place to anyone. They will low-ball you to death and rip you off.

Dont believe what they tell you on the phone, or in store sometimes. One said they take something, I called later and someone else says they take the same things. I ride miles there and they tell me they dont take them. Guy says another place that will, but it definitely doesnt - had already been there.

SOME of the employees, preferably the younger looking Hispanic or Arabian supervisor that still wears his covid mask on his 2 years after the pandemic ended has a power trip that he needs to check. I Denying a loyal customer that comes in damn near twice a week because he did it have his ID is not good business. Yet, most of his employees know me by name. He knows who I am. He knows that i am (or was) a loyal customer, coming in two to three times a week for the past year now. I ve done a ton of business with these guys and for him to turn down my business due to an ID speaks volumes About what kind of individual he is. I mean, I get it. It s the only thing he has in his life. Those 8 hours when he gets to have some kind of say in anything. It s called a power trip. And the funny thing about those kinds of people is that when his 8 hours is up and his power is taken from him he s just a fat miserable p.o.s. I can t wait for the day when I see him out if his little cocoon. I hope he reads this too. Because he knows who I am and he knows how much I intimidate him . Take that mask off too. Ugly a$$. 817ch

The workers and friendly and helpful enough however the options inside to pick from are incredibly lacking. When I was there I saw a heater, TVs, keyboards, power tools, guitars, board games, some rings, and video games. Not exactly a satisfactory amount of things to buy that Ive seen at other pawn shops, it honestly was more like a garage sale than anything. We didnt sell anything so I cant speak on their prices for that but I hope its better than the buy option

Pawn shop is a complete joke they undervalued things to the max brought in a perfect condition Samsung Galaxy smartwatch 4 and the guy try to tell me that there isnt much information on them and theyre not that popular and that the best you could do is $20 for a $280 watch that sells for at least close to $100 on eBay did he has no idea what hes talking about hes just going to rip people off I would not recommend this pawn shop in the joke its not even funny

Lady i spoke to was nice. By my god the pricing here, talk about a lowball. I brought an item in that retails over 400 brand new, i brought mine in with additional accessories, she brought up a listing of a the same bow a guy was selling for 170, and then she went even lower than that, saying shed only pay 30-40% of the 170 price. Why dont you guys at least pay 30-40 of the actual retail price. Spent over 400 on the thing and she wanted something under 100. Just seemed like i was lowballed hard dropping the price lower and lower.

The guy offered me a $20 loan for a dyson vaccum I declined.It was so ridiculous I had to comment on a review. It clearly was a bad deal. Im sure he did what he did just because he felt like it. Then again pawnshops have a thing were they hire people who arent the sharpest tools in the shed. Just a bad experience.
