Chris at Crystal Lending Group is the best mortgage company around. I have had several not so great experiences with my previous mortgage lenders before I worked with Chris. From Day 1, Chris exceeded all of my expectations and was very transparent throughout the entire process. He followed up with me on a daily basis and made sure I was completely comfortable during this stressful time. My wife and I found our dream home so we decided to use some of the equity on our current house to use for down payment on the new purchase. I only have great things to say about Crystal Lending Group! Working with Chris and Victoria was honestly the best experience Ive had with a mortgage lending group. My husband and I put down an offer for an out-of-state investment home which got accepted. During the underwriting process with a big bank lender, they ended up denying our loan (we were all super confused but thats another story!) and that mortgage lender referred us to Chris. Chris reached out to me right away and we started the process. My husband and I needed to close on the home in a short time and we were so pleased at how fast and smooth everything went. I really appreciated how Chris was always responsive and easy to communicate with. After getting denied by the bank and having a horrible experience with that, Chris kept my mind at ease and answered any questions/concerns I had. Kyle D. sat down with me and answered every question and concern I had before even starting the application process. I worked with Victoria and Christopher with Crystal lending group. After 6 month of nothing but headaches with my previous lender trying to close what should have been a simple refinance, I decided to go with Crystal lending group. Not only did they beat the rate that was presented to me by more than half a percent they were able to find the errors by the previous lender and explain how they missed it and how they would get it right. I applaud Crystal Lending for keeping their promise that they could refinance our condo loan. We had been told that by at least five other companies but in the end they could not due to my husband being self employed as a commercial real estate salesman. The one thing that I found irritating was I would provide the requested documents that they said was the final request and then turn around and ask for more. This happened about four or five times. The good thing was that we stayed with them and the final outcome was very successful!
