Came in to trade in my car for a tesla with a pre approved loan as well. They told me that they would call me in a couple days before they called the bank. When that day came they never called until i called them and had to reschedule the call for the next day. All for them to tell me that they sold the car. Terrible costumer service, you shouldn t tell someone you are going to sell them the car just to sell it to another person.

Offered 9k lower than car fax!! Came here on a really bad day (so bad i had to use their bathroom to cry), they took their sweet time handing me the restroom keys after i expressed it was urgent (youre lucky it wasnt something else urgent lol). Both front desk receptionist and buyer were incredibly rude. Will truly never forget this experience, thanks for the trauma <3

I don t know how this place got so high rating, but my experience was bad. My car has some cosmetic damage but other than that everything is very well maintained. They only gave me an offer of $2,000. The next day I sold it to CarMax for $4,200.

This organization is fantastic. I have sold 2 cars to them and it was so easy! You may not get as much as selling to a private party, however that takes time and work. Selling a car to them literally takes about an hour and they are very fair in pricing and easy to work with.

Seven and a half years ago, I sold my Honda Accord to Trade-in Solutions. I had already gone to CarMax to see what they would offer. I met with Abe, who is a knowledgeable gentleman. He offered me more than CarMax and the transaction was simple. They did all the paperwork and then I received a check. Recently, I needed a new car with all the safety features. After buying my new car, I went back to Abe (after getting a written offer from CarMax which I never showed him) and again he offered me more money. I accepted the offer. He even asked one of his people to drive me home in my car since I did not want to take an Uber. I was treated with respect and kindness. Abe is a man of integrity which is rare nowadays. Went here totally not expecting to sell my car at all. They had the highest rating on Yelp so i said why not. Had all the same thoughts as anybody would, am I gonna get lowballed, is this going to be a terrible process, etc. Completely different experience. Appointment was simple and easy, they send you a confirmation with even how to get there and where to park. You come in and they ask for the keys, so they can appraise your car. You wait until they come back. The waiting room has water and coffee. The gentlemen that worked there, Abe walked us through the process and explained everything. I got the offer and was surprised because it was what I wanted. I took the offer and Diana did all the heavy lifting, contacted the financial institution and everything. I signed like 3 pieces of paper and was out of there. They even got us an Uber back. Great place! Would highly recommend.

I just sold my car to Trade-In Solutions for the second time. The first time, they offered me $2,000 more than Carmax and were super low pressure. It was so quick and easy. A few years later, I went back and got another offer, which I didn t accept. It was a good offer but I decided to keep the car. Again, they were super low pressure. Then today I went in and sold my current car and got almost $3,000 more than I was offered for trade-in by a dealership. I made an appointment and came there to evaluate my car. I was waiting in a waiting room for an hour. All for nothing. The price is about the same as any online trade-in platform. Wasted a lot of my time. Could be good for someone who needs money the same day for the half of the market price. I would never believe all that reviews are real bc they basically give you even less than half what the actual market price is.

These guys are professional and responsive. You can always get more money selling privately, but if you re like me, and that is too big a hassle, go get a quote from CarMax, then bring it to Trade-In-Solutions. They beat my CarMax offer by quite a bit. My guess is you would always get more from them.

I was looking upgrade and sell my car but didn t want to deal with selling it on my own because of how much of a hassle I knew it would be dealing with people who want to lowball me or go for a joy ride and aren t serious about actually buying my car. Like most people, the first company I thought of was Carmax but after walking in, it didn t take long to realize this wasn t the place to sell. I knew I would be getting less than I would privately but their offer was so low I almost considered dealing with selling the car myself. After doing some digging online, I found Trade In Solutions on Yelp and took some time to read the reviews. It was hard to believe one company could have so many great reviews so I figured I d give them a shot and I m happy I did. They gave me $1,200 more for my car than Carmax and about $1,500 more than the dealer. Turns out these reviews checked out.

I found myself with a new job, that wouldn t allow me to afford my current car. This led to a decision that I needed to sell my still financed car. This was my fourth and last stop for getting my car appraised before selling it and downsizing. I was very impressed with the experience from start to finish. The entire staff was great. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and the process of getting my car appraised started shortly thereafter. Abe was amazing. He was very patient explaining the process and how he evaluated my car. His evaluation was very fair. After he gave me his offer he never pressured me at all. He knew I wasn t even sure about selling my car. Abe and I actually had a long conversation about what to look for in my next car. He gave great advise. I ended selling the car to TIS. Stopped by without an appointment and they happily surveyed my Range Rover and gave me a good price for it. Abe was great to work with and very friendly. While I didn t have to wait long to get a price the waiting area had treats and even phone chargers. After I was done with the sale they even paid for my Uber ride home. The check arrived a couple days later. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Easy/convenient parking, friendly staff, nice waiting area with coffee/TV, appraisal took about a half hour then I met with Abe in his office. He gave me a breakdown of what was wrong with my Honda, mostly cosmetic damage, and deducted it from the offer. He then compared his offer to the Kelly Blue Book price range and it was totally fair. Handed over my title and registration, they took care of all the paperwork and ordered me an Uber which they paid for. If you re looking for a hassle-free way of getting rid of your car look no further.

Just recently brought my 2006 4runner here at Trade in Solution. It was recommended by my sister and brother in law. Not expecting a whole lot, thinking that this place is no different from any car dealership. I was pleasantly surprised and wrong what I thought of this establishment. Before going to this place I did my homework. Check out Kelly Bluebook, Edmunds, and other various website. So I have somewhat of an idea what to expect. I was greeted by Abe as soon as I arrived in front of there business. He accommodated me all the way to their office. There in the front desk I was introduced to Makaila. Hard to believed but they are so friendly and they treat you with so much respect. Just overwhelmed my experience here so far. But going back to what Abe offered me I thought it was classy and funny. He ask me what I was expecting to get for my 4runner. Like I said before I did my homework. His offer was $1600.00 more of what I was expecting. Abe included all the upgrade that I had done with my truck. Are you kidding me!!! Try that to a car dealership. They will not include the things that you upgrade. Trade In Solution will !!! YOU READING THIS CARMAX!! The whole process of the transaction was so easy they will do all the work for you. Thank you Makaila for all your help with the whole process. Really good communication with TIS over the phone, got an appointment at a very convenient time. Was impressed with the office and the staff was courteous and seemed well trained. I went to Carmax a couple days before TIS, and this was a much better experience. Sold my car to them; they handled all the paperwork. I was still a little skeptical leaving without a check since Ive never done business with them, or know anyone personally who has. I saw they had in the lot all levels of cars, as high as an S65 and Ferrari 360. The check was mailed the next day and got it shortly after. Go with confidence. Thanks.

Sold my car in less than 40 minutes and got more than CarMax and those clowns cross the street in Burbank called Bidlane. What I liked the most was there was no B.S. involved trying to convince me to sell. Straight forward and they even caught two things that CarMax missed but still gave me 1100 more. The appraiser even said youll lose 200 from offer today but if you dont have any previous offers get some so you feel comfortable with our offer. I didnt need to and was sold on the fact that they were so genuine. The staff was great. From the minutes I walked in until I was finished they were making sure I have a drink and comfortable. I even got a ride home. Look this is the place Ill come to next time. Hey TIS I already referred my causing to you. Thank you Jennifer and your team.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. Went to car max then just saw this company with perfect 5 stars.. so I ask myself, car max 3 stars... TIS 5 stars... hmmm which one... Anyway, we went and their initial offer was actually lower than car max. Talking to Abe was fantastic and educational. Abe considered where we driven from and he beat car max offer. Beating the offer is one thing... I think what I take out from this place was, all the staff member are so friendly... the office is also very clean and professional. I also like that they have valet service on a Saturday and they did not mind that I do not have an appointment. Overall, this company is worth to refer to our friends and family! As far as getting a good offer really depends... This is business. They are here to make money. They have criteria and follows them. Will they be able to make everybody happy? of course not... But with this solid number of 5 star reviews, tells you something... If a company is really bad, it will show - one way or another! Thank you everybody at TIS!!!

Didn t want to sell my car privately so I took my time to go around to dealers and Carmax to see who offered the highest and then just pull the trigger. I started with TIS who gave me my first offer. After I told him that I was in no rush to sell, he surprised me by encouraging me to go elsewhere to see what other places would offer me. Long story short, I went to 4 different dealers and came straight back because Abe offered me $2,000 more than the rest. I figured the deviation amongst dealers would be no more than $500-$1000 but I was dead wrong. Coming here just made selling my car in the future a lot quicker and easier.

Terrible customer relations & they obviously dont respect vehicles. They only care about the money the cars bring them. While I dont have a super fancy $300k car, I have a car that I take care of with a high-performance v8 and a manual transmission. I expressed my concern regarding the test drive that I would like someone who is experienced with driving manual transmissions and requested that they prove their skill to me rather than just saying Trust me. We all know that everybody in the automotive industry lies, correct? So when I express a concern I expect to be reassured rather than belittled. They responded by belittling and negating my feelings of doubt and apprehension with Well, sir, we have $200k, $300k cars come in all the time and they have no problem Of course I will respond with I dont care. and they continue to interrupt me rather than listen to me trying to say: I dont care about the other cars, I dont care about the other drivers or owners or what people do. I care about my car & how its treated because at the end of the day, if I decline, Im the one living with the consequences of a burned out clutch and yet they continue to belittle me. I said I have no problem with someone driving it, but prove to me that they know how to drive a manual transmission. Everyone says I can drive one but I dont believe them until they actually do. If they start to over-rev, Im terminating the rest of the process & going home. They continued to belittle me and my respect for the vehicle so I go the guy to walk me to my car and told him hes not touching my car. On the way he continues with the super expensive cars $300k worth and the owners have no issues. Never in my 32 years have I heard someone like you. I responded with Those cars are all automatics. I actually care about my car, Im going to live with the clutch after you drive it and unlike the people who have purchased the 300k cars where if they did have one a clutch replacement is a drop in the bucket but it isnt for me. And they continue to disrespect then criticizing me for saying I dont care telling me that thats not how you talk to people. Nice job in preaching. Never going back, never dealing with them, never recommending them to anybody who actually cares for or respects their vehicle.

The best treatment ever. I went to carmax first. Big mistake, offering less then half what trade in solutions offered. Trade in solutions is professional and courteous. They valued me as a person and gave me a very reasonable price for my car. I will always take all my cars to them.

Selling my old car to Trade-In Solution was the easiest, quickest, hassle-free way to sell a car. I had done my homework. I had posted the car on craigslist. Had some people come and check it out. Had the car cleaned and inspected. Had gotten a sale value estimate from KBB. Tried checking other car sites who were quoting me far, far less than KBB. Then I read this article about Carmax, autotrader etc, and one of the commenters on the article mentioned this little company in LA that he recommended. So, I went to check it out. I called ahead and was given an appointment time and directions on where to park the car. Went into the office, gave the keys at the front-desk and within 45 minutes, they had tested the car and were ready to discuss paperwork. They were paying me an amount that was the closest to KBB value, and I really had no reason to negotiate. All their employees are nice, courteous, funny/casual, and definitely give you the vibe that this small company is doing something right. After the sale, they called me an Uber ride home, and the associate even walked with me down to the car and bid me goodbye. Who else does this ? I will definitely go here again for selling my next car. If youre looking to sell your car, spare an hour and just try these guys out and I will guarantee you that they will give you a better quote than carmax or autotrader or autonation etc. I really wish other auto companies were like this.

Sorry to break the string of good reviews, so first of all, good luck finding the place, 2nd it says it doesnt take very long but they asked me to come back in 30 minutes because they were on lunch so I did then had to wait another hour or so to get appraisal. The waiting room was really nice and the staff was really nice but my appraisal was even worse than car max. And I came here because Carmax was ridiculous. They offered lower than Carmax and with my last Carmax offer of $3500 I sold it for $7000 the next day. It was a very lowball offer and because of one small scratch they said they have to knock off 500 because theyd have to repaint the whole thing anyways, dont get your hopes up like I did. My car is worth around $7,000 and I was offered $2300. Great place to go if you want a simple and friendly process but not if you want to make as much money ass possible.

Just echoing all the other good reviews. About an hour in the office and then a courtesy ride home. The price was above the minimum I had in mind, and no need to negotiate. I was a bit hesitant to leave without a check in hand, but they followed through with the overnight FedEx.

Had a wonderful experience selling my 2009 Lexus IS 350 to Trade In Solutions the other week. Abe and his staff went above and beyond to make the transaction as smooth and painless as can be. I dont waste my time with Carmax anymore since in my past experiences, they always offered the lowest among all the places I bring my cars to. This was my first time taking a car to Trade In Solutions and man what a first impression they made. The appraisal process was quick and I was really surprised, in a good way when Abe appraised my car $1600 above the highest offer that I had. Deal was sealed and that wouldve been a 5 star experience right there. But I was telling Abe that I was in the market for a new car for my parents and after talking to several dealers for a cpl months..I still couldnt get the deal I was looking for (cuz I never get a new car unless I score a great deal..car dealers hate customers like me). I told him I was planning on stopping by a dealership near their office and he said he had a contact at that dealership, made a quick phone call to tell them that I would be stopping by and to try to work with me on the deal that I had in mind. I ended up getting a great deal, better than what I wanted.. so not only was I able to sell my Lexus for good money, I was also able to get the new car I wanted at a great price. Its always good when youre able to free two birds in one day. They also offer rides back home but since I got a new car, they gave me a ride to the dealership. Saved me an Uber ride. My only regret is not finding out about Trade In Solutions sooner since Ive had several cars to sell throughout the last few years. Again, excellent service so if you have a car you want or need to sell, I strongly recommend taking it in to Trade In Solutions.

Very easy, very quick and very friendly service. I literally just sold my car to them today. I hate having to buy, sell, or repair a car because of all the disrespect and hassle. Abe was friendly and professional and my driver Santini was funny and sweet. Hes such a fun guy to talk to! Best of luck to you in your future adventures, Santini! 2nd time visiting this place. Great staff and the same process as the last time. I still went to Carmax and one more car buying service but once again Tis gave me a better price and service. The best part other than their professional service and offer is the title transfer they do. I asked Carmax and the other dealer whether or not they will do the online transfer and they both said no, only the form and theyre not required by dmv. Trade in solution does that and the online so I dont have to worry anymore. I forgot to mention that they paid off my balance to the bank also in couple of days which was a big concern also.

Have twice used Trade in Solutions for used cars. Both times it was a very smooth, fast, and easy experience. I took a used, out-of-state car to four places, and trade in solutions easily beat out all of their offers. And they made it very easy in dealing with an out of state car, providing paperwork and walking me through instructions to transfer ownership. Highly Recommend! I was initially introduced to Trade-In Solutions by a friend of my son. A few weeks ago when my wife got a company car, we decided to sell her personal vehicle (a Suburban). I checked with Edmunds, KBB and NADA guides online to get an idea of what is was worth, then did nothing about it because I was dreading the whole online ad thing and the crap that comes with selling a car that way. (Things like people trying to negotiate a price over the phone without seeing the car, waiting around for no-shows who made appointments to come look, test drives with nice people or psychos and not knowing which it was going to be until half way through the drive, etc.). I showed up for my appointment with Trade-In Solutions,met with Abe, and an hour later their shuttle driver was taking me home and I was holding a check for more money than I thought Id get from a private party sale. Im still amazed. Totally painless.

Dont waste time trading at the dealer. Dont bother going to Carmax. If you want top dollar and the best customer service, go to Trade In Solutions. Quick and painless. I cant say enough. Its the easiest most pain free transaction you will have when selling your car. Amazing. DO IT!!!!!
