There is a clerk named Ana P.. She is the kindest and nicest person I have ever met in retail. It would be to Ace benefit to give her some help on Saturdays so she is not over worked and stays for a long time. She is a wonderful example of excellent customer service.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Geysell R. during my recent visit to Ace Cash Express on #4706 on 6th and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service I received. Geysell was the epitome of professionalism, handling my transaction with efficiency, courtesy, and a genuine willingness to help. She made sure to explain every detail clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and ensured that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

Jackie was great since I walked in she was helping a customer who had lost their ID n was patient with them and explained she couldn’t proceed without a valid identification. That’s shows her commitment to fraudulent activity. I had called earlier because the sunset and echo park had turned me away because of relocation and couldn’t process my check. So I called this store on 6th street and Jackie assured me she would provide the service I needed. That already was bonus points with her phone etiquette. While she cashed my check she registered me into the system, asked for my ID, and verified everything was in order. Small talk was polite and professional. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Once again thank you Jackie.

After many hours of outright hassles from their main loan competitor across the street, who will get their OWN review but not sully Aces reviews by name, the ones that have reaped BUNDLES OF $$ from ME over the course of several business years! I can only say thank you to Ana @ Ace for her professionalism, patience, sweet, composed demeanor in 4 languages, but I digress. Going forward MY business will be with Ace because they have employees such as Ana. You know, the ones that dont take their brain out and play with it, but combine their wisdom and compassion to go the extra mile when they could have easily turned me, a new customer, a disabled, grouchy & grouchy old man away. She went ten extra miles be ause she has a heart, a brain, mad skills as pertains to her job. She easily navigated her way with my mess and made a believer in me that such people still exist. My hat is off to you, as well as 1000s of kudos Ana. Ace supervisors, give this exceptional lady the raise she eRned and deserves! Watch YOUR jobs, too.
