Beverly Hills Auto Brokers

Showed interest in a Mercedes-Benz GL which was for sale at Beverly Hills Auto Brokers. The online follow-up via Cars.com was the best part of my customer journey. From then on, it went from bad to worse.

When I scheduled my appointment through a phone call, I couldn't understand the person on the other side of the line. Broken English accent with a sponge in his mouth.

My expectation in real life was a car dealership with a lot of consignments, because they call themselves 'brokers'. I was wrong, all the cars are in their ownership which would make it easier to schedule an appointment and test drive. Strangely there was nothing there when I got to the adress on Wilshire drive. First I thought it was all a scam and the company didn't exist. So I called them directly, to find out that the sales people were actually hidden on the 8th floor of a random office building. The car inventory was spread out through the neighboorhood, I would find out later. My appointment was at 01:00pm and I had to wait 10 minutes in a small cantine like room with no windows but the opening to the hallway.

Sales man was very nice, but non-stop on the phone, not very well informed of our wholesale status (which was clearly filled out online). The car was very poorly spraypainted on one complete side. This was not in the ad, nor did the seller mention it, we found it out ourselves in the sun. Altough the price was fair if this wasn't the case, but there was very little room to negiotiate a better price. He offered just a few hundred dollar discount, which did not make up for the disappointing state that the paintwork was in.

Overall, the car, the dealership, the reception, the communication online and offline, were all pretty disappointing. I expected more and better, in all aspects. 2 stars for giving it a try in a tough market. Sorry folks...

I came with my husband and we both enjoyed the experience, because buying a used car can be stressful, but there was no stress and both of us felt very comfortable, I would highly recommend his company if you’re looking to buy a used vehicle.

Stay away at all cost, typical “car salesmen” tactics. They will lie every step of the way and add a bunch of unsolicited add on charges without asking. After driving the vehicle home I noticed that the AC was out, tail lights were also out, hazards didn’t work and the vehicle had electrical issues and truly not safe. I repaired all at my own cost. Additionally I was told that they would take care of the registration and now are telling me that they took care of the back charges but that I’m responsible for the current charges. Ultimately they are untrustworthy and they mislead you believe anything to close the deal.

Awesome customer service and AMIR IS THE BEST!

My wife and I were looking for a 2019 Dodge Challenger and called Beverly Hills Auto Brokers a bit after their closing hours to see if the car was still available. Amir was kind enough to drive the car out to a public location after closing hours just so we can take a look at it in person and take it out for a late night test drive.

The car was in great shape! I was so happy with the service, price, and condition of the car that I shook his hand and agreed to buy the car that very night.

I've been driving this car weekly from Berkeley to Long Beach on a weekly basis and it still drives flawlessly. Thank you Amir and the team at Beverly Hills Auto Brokers for the great service, great price, and awesome car!

Bait and switch.

They listed a 2011 Toyota Highlander at $9,500 and changed the price to $12,999 and the year to 2009 in less than 24 hours. Super scammy. Stay away. When we asked for their address for an appointment the next day, they said “we’ve just moved and we’ll send you the address in the morning”

They had the car I wanted and helped me out with broken radiator that was leaking... they fixed it for me before I'm going to be picking up the car and worked with me so I could drive it back to Vegas and not have to pay extra to have it delivered here by some car delivery service or whatever you call them lol... the owner is a very nice person and is very kind and responsive when you ask questions. All in all, a great company that I am happy to be doing business with :-)

Don t believe the fake reviews please. I placed an application for a vehicle and the lady with the high pitch whiny voice called and told me that I got an approval from a lender but then she started complaining about the deal. She started complaining about how she didn t like the offer from their lender and that she wouldn t take it and that she would be charged $2000 to do the deal. What does that have to do with me purchasing a car? Your relationship with your lenders doesn t have anything to do with me. I have it recorded as well so if they lie then I ll edit this a post a link to the audio.

Hello, just to share a little of my experience with them, I bought a BMW on May 5 and today, September 3, they barely sent me my plates and registration and thats because I was calling them and calling them, so I recommend that you give them pressure if Who knows when their plates will arrive and they will be like me with an expired permit, since the permits are only for 3 months, the cleanliness of the car is a 3-10, they dont worry about giving it a miss, Mechanically, after 3 weeks I had to buy an oil filter holder and the cooler, I spent about 600dlls with labor, good luck with your purchase .

Had to change my rating, as I now feel it does not deserve a higher rating. I was coerced into the 5 star by the person I was working with. Turns out the odometer doesnt work, had to get a new battery, took it to a AAA mechanic and had him check it out... he found numerous issues. The fixes werent expensive. But considering it all I feel the truck was overpriced. It cost me another $500+ to finally have all issues fixed.

I placed an inquiry about a vehicle I saw online and an agent told me it wasn t available to see because it was being repaired and they d call me when it was done. I called a couple days later to check in and another agent said the vehicle had been sold unrepaired. I was serious buyer and was not even offered a courtesy call or the option to purchase unrepaired. 0/10 avoid

Although the staff was extremely nice and tried to be super helpful, I feel they were a bit out of their element dealing with an out of state sale. It was very unorganized and took a long time to get documents to me. From previous reviews it appears they are great at dealing with transactions right there on the lot. They are super nice people.

I reached out to Beverly Hills Auto Brokers about a Jaguar they had for sale. They were totally up front and told me that the vehicle had hail damage. I still went to look at it because the price was low. (discounted due to the hail damage). When I got there to look at it, the car was dirty but the worst part was that the vehicle would not start under its own power. This was concerning. I left and said I would think about it. The next day I received a call from them. I made a cash offer which they did not accept, no problem. They countered with a price that I considered, but did not decide one way or another. Today a different person called me to follow up. I explained that I had not reached an agreeable price. I further explained that I was concerned about the cost to repair the hail damage, and the fact that the car would not start under its own power. I told this person the price that I had been quoted. At that moment the salesperson I had been speaking to previously, apparently I was on speakerphone, yelled and said that the price I had just stated was not the price he had quoted me and that I was trying to get extra money off or, that the price I was saying was something I had heard in my head. I was in shock that a sales person would be so rude, accusatory, unhinged, and demeaning. The whole attitude of the new salesperson changed to match her co-workers. They are totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would not buy the car from them now if they cut the price in half. I checked the price I was quoted originally and I was off by $500. I was called a cheat and that I was imagining the price I said I was quoted over a $500 difference on a luxury vehicle purchase. Totally rude, unprofessional, unstable and untrustworthy. I was a cash buyer but now I would never consider doing business with this company. Take your business to someone else who values customer service. They dont have a clue!

STAY AWAY. Was talking details to purchase a car, and the man on the phone was being very shifty. he mentioned that the car was on after market rims and that this would make the price 5K over what was advertised. I asked him to put the original rims back on the car and he said that he didnt have them anymore and that all cars he sells are all modified. not just that, but when we sent me a walk around of the car, the car had more miles on it that advertised. he had been driving the car while having it listed.

I just went to go look at a used car, I get to the building and I can t even tell if I m at the right place and they don t have a door that you can open. You have to call them and they come get you. We go to look at the cars which are not at the building. You have to walk several blocks and we go to the garage and the car isn t there so we have to walk back ; finally get to the car and it s heavily scuffed up, needs new tires, and the inside is dirty as a barn with trash everywhere and stinks. We begin the test drive and within one minute the tire pressure light turns on also the car clearly needs new brakes. They barely work on the test drive. We have been in the car for one minute and he asked me what bank I use and he s like well We can swing by your bank on the way back. I was absolutely shocked, we hadn t even discussed price at that point!!!! Absolutely terrible salesman. If that s ever worked on anyone in the history of the business, I would be shocked. I m not sure why this place has good reviews online. It s abysmal and shady. Whoever today who was trying to sell me a car, I hate to tell you, but you are literally the worst salesman. not personable, or good with people and unbelievably pushy. It drives people away. Also, it should seem extremely obvious to a used car place but you cannot sell cars in that condition. No one buys though, dirty and stinking and tire pressure lights coming on and trash all over the seats. Good luck to your business.

My experience: The office is in a building with no parking, so I parked around the block. The cars are stored in a separate lot thats about a block and a half away that you have to walk to. As for the car itself, there was clearly rust, leaks on the engine and transmission, and the only test drive they allowed was taking it around the block, less than a quarter mile and maybe driving the car for 3 minutes total. We go back to the office to talk price with the boss, but first I have to wait 16 minutes (I timed it) while he tries to figure out some issue with cars or logistics. Meanwhile myself and another customer are sitting in the hallway of this office building waiting. When I finally get to talk price, he immediately starts asking me what my bank is and how long itll take me to get a cashiers check. I hadnt even said I wanted to buy it and we hadnt talked price at all! I ask price and he hits me with 18.5k (car was listed at 15k), and I try to get a breakdown of where the extra price is coming from, he just says I threw in a warranty for you. I try to get a full breakdown of the price and have the warranty taken off. He refuses to do so and keeps dropping the price every time I ask until its at 17.5k. At this point I tell him I need to think about it more, and go to walk out. On my way out I hear him start talking to his mechanic about all the stuff that needs to be fixed on a Porsche theyre selling, and the boss says naw dont fix all that stuff, just fix the leak so we can sell it. Moral of the story: dont buy any of their cars without getting an independent mechanic to inspect them. And definitely dont take the first price they off, theyll definitely come down a lot. Push hard and theyll take off the extended warranty cause its not worth the money.

came to one of the offices to get the car at the appointed time. reluctantly told to wait, did not offer not to sit down anything. CarFax does not care about customers we immediately realized. then a strange man came and said «you have brought too little money», because the price will be higher and you will have to repair the car yourself. the cars are higher than in other places we still have to repair it! incomprehensible office without signs, very difficult to find them, no parking. is a 100% scam. do not advise CarFax!!

Do not buy a car here without taking it to a reliable mechanic first! We bought our Jeep Wrangler from them a year ago and it made it off the lot, but has been nothing but problems since. They will also force you to buy an extended warranty that at the end of the day, does not cover anything worth paying and extra $2,900 for. We paid $18k all told and have sunk thousands of dollars in for repairs since. Absolute sham.

We had our eye on a certain vehicle and they made sure we were always in the know about the car, our interest, and getting us any information we needed. I found Beverly Hills Auto Brokers from a listing on CarGurus and hands down, the best experience. I called Tonya and she was really knowledgeable and walked me through the cars and help me set up a time to come in and look. From there, I checked out my now hella-dope mini cooper and was sold! Amir gave me a really great deal, was knowledgeable with the financing and walked me through some options, and made the whole process enjoyable. There was never any stress or pressure which made things 100x better. Id absolutely recommend these people if youre in the market, theyre great and will treat you right.

Let me start by saying that I am not one to write reviews especially a negative review. However, Beverly Hills Auto Brokers earned this review for their poor customer service. They had a great selection of used Jeeps and I was ready to buy. I drove over an hour to Beverly Hills. The GPS indicated I arrived but their was no car lot. I drove past a red brick building several times. I finally parked and went to the front of the building. Their is a small sign that says Beverly Hills Auto group. I called the business and was told they show cars by appointment only. I did not read this on their website and was not told this over the phone. The women said they could show me the cars and to come in. I asked were to park and she said Big5 or the metered street. I cant believe a business in Beverly Hills does not have designated customer parking. The vehicles they are selling are located in the street around the business, Big5 and a parking garage. I walked into the building in the middle of summer with no A/C. They had open windows for ventilation. In the hallway was a salesman, cutting a deal with a client. I got a bad vibe and decided this was not for me. I left and started my hour drive back home. I got a call from Beverly Hills and I told the women that I was no longer interested in doing business with them. I felt the operation was unprofessional and not customer friendly. She said she was sorry I felt that way and we ended the conversation. I was still driving home when my phone rang again. It was the women from Beverly Hills Auto Brokers. The women said she did not appreciate me posting a negative comment. I informed her that I did not post anything. She said it was no coincidence and she arrived at her own conclusion. I had been driving the entire time and did not have timeto post. I told her that I dont post and dont appreciate being accused of things. I do not like to post and would not of posted anything but they really earned this negative review. I hope your experience is better than mine!

I recently bought a car through Beverly Hills Auto Brokers when my daily driver had engine problems and died. I scheduled an appointment, and the team showed me all angles and were very upfront and honest. I wanted to think about the car for some time. When I returned and expressed my interest the team was responsive and helpful and even honored the price that was quoted to me a ~month in the past. Buying a car here was easier than I ever expected buying a used car would be. The staff here has great, welcoming personalities. Test driving the car with Amir was fun and casual, but still informative whenever I did have questions in regard to the condition of the vehicle (or otherwise). I even had a relatively weird financial situation in order to be able to pay for my vehicle and they were patient with me through that and they made the paperwork super simple. Great vehicles, great staff, great experience!

Last month, we decided we wanted to pay off our leased vehicle before its maturity date because the chip shortage raised the price of used cars. We then discovered Beverly Hills Auto Brokers and met Amir at his office. He walked us through what the process would entail in a clear manner and treated us with a sense of hospitality that is hard to find in the industry. After giving our vehicle a test drive, he gave us a generous offer, and we immediately went on to sign the paperwork that would authorize the vehicle transfer. We kept in the touch in the subsequent days, and he was always courteous in answering our questions. It did not take long for Amir s office to send all the necessary paperwork and the check, and it was then successfully paid off. >MUST SEE REVIEW< First off, Id like to say initially contacting the representatives of this organization, communications sounded fairly nice. I spoke with a woman about purchase the corvette they held and that I live out of state. She said she recommended I obtain a pre-approval through Navy Federal Credit Union, or USAA. The pre-approval was obtained and she transferred me to her warranty sales department, I spoke to an individual named Ymir who seemed fairly nice, however on the call was VERY aggressive and forceful about me accepting their extended warranty program. I informed him that I did not want to go with the extended warranty and he stated, There are about 5 people looking to get this car, there is a man downstairs waiting to purchase right away, and someone is test driving the car as we speak, I guess Ill go speak to them. I replied, So you are going to discard the offer placed with me, to attend to another customer because I dont want the extended warranty? He says that is not what he was saying, but I surely informed him thats what it seemed like was implied. The dealership also did not have a physical copy of the title of the vehicle and thus could not sell me the car, because I was purchasing from out of state, and I found this out after 38 minutes of being on the phone with the company. Overall very very unexpected sales tactics, attitude, and outcomes. I recommend asking very detailed questions before engaging with this dealership, as this turned into a very unpleasant experience.
