I could not be more happy. I was rear ended almost two months ago and finally I feel stress free and relief and it is because of this dealership! Jaime helped me out and he is amazing. The reason I reduced my rating from 5 stars down to 4 is because after I purchased my vehicle, I realized it was a prior “Turo” rental car which was never disclosed. I noticed multiple panels that had been repainted poorly. When I removed the front license plate, I realized someone had repainted the front bumper and didn’t bother painting where the plate was. They didn’t use the right shade of white so now I have a rectangular license plate shaped spot on my front bumper which is a stark shade difference in white from the rest of the bumper. It’s unfortunate, these things happen I suppose. I just wish I had known it was a prior rental car and likely repainted multiple times poorly when spending $50k+ on a vehicle**

The best experience purchasing a new vehicle. Usually the car salesman are a but much to be around. Angel R. Was so supportive and informative. If you want a great experience, call Echo park and make an appointment with Angel.

I was not planning on leaving with a car. However Angel made it too easy. And also quite fun!
He had no problem bringing out as my cars as we wanted to see.

Echo park vehicles seem to be priced 3k less than most places that I found. Over all I only want to purchase cars from this company moving forward.

Angel is a great hire.
Oh....AND he put a gigantic bow on the car before he walked me back to my car

Our car buying process with EchoPark was a breeze from start to finish! Angel and Val were so inviting, not pushy and just wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. After we test drove the car, Val spent 30+ minutes going over all of the bells and whistles the car has to offer. We are so grateful he spent time to do this as there are so many features we would've never known about. The paperwork process was simple and quick, no gimmicks and no hassling. They do allow a 7 day return period if you end up changing your mind or if there's any issues. We had our car scanned and inspected by our mechanic and everything checked out. Overall we had an amazing car buying experience and will definitely be back in the future! If you are looking to purchase a Ford, ask for Val the Ford expert...you'll be in good hands!

I’ve purchased several cars (new and used) in the past and this was by far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. The entire staff was amazing, from the moment I walked in. stay away scam artist i took my car they gave quotation online when i went there they told me it there is noise from the engine (by the way car was at the dealer 3 days ago for service . when i ask them let me hear it the response was you have to know mechanic to hear it there for price will reduced by a lot .next day i took the car Honda dealer just to make they insure me the car was perfect condition just done 60k service . stay away from this comebacks ...

Jaime a Yacien helped me, they were great! They welcomed me, made sure I was comfortable and worked quickly to appraise my vehicle and not waste my time. We had a great experience selling our car at EchoPark in Long Beach. We had been getting lowball offers from some other dealerships/buying places and were thinking we d have to sell privately which would be harder/more complicated due to the car being financed. EchoPark gave us a fair offer and made the process so easy. We arrived and they handled everything for us. We left with a check for the difference in hand. Alan attended my husband and I and he was attentive to our automobile needs. Kind and patient! We got the car! Update, 3 weeks later. Something in the vehicle does not function correctly, the outlets, and I was not told this. I tried contacting the place and apparently Alan left to a different Sonic Automotive Location and the Longbeach location is now closed. Which I was not aware of any of this because now my only option is to go to the Sacramento Location which is 5 hours from Me, if I do not want to pay out of pocket. Representative said my hands are tied , yeah how do you think I feel being deceived about the function of the vehicle and then anybody who could have helped me vanished. Weird that the location closed suddenly.

I just purchased a vehicle from Echo Park Automotive and the experience was amazing. You deal with ONLY one person for the entire process. Miranda helped me in Signal Hill and she was phenomenal. Prices here are fixed, and significantly lower than market value ($2-3k). I felt no pressure at all during the process but they will offer you additional coverage which you will want to carefully consider. The office is extremely welcoming and has an open layout (no offices!). There s even a comfortable entertainment area for your family to relax in. It s clear they put a lot of thought into the customer experience. Despite the seemingly local name, Echo Park Automotive is a national chain. Check out their web site for deals and make an appointment. You may be pleasantly surprised just like me!

I put my car up for sale and Echo Park gave me the highest offer. I came in for my appointment to sell it to them and was greeted by a very nice staff, who were very accommodating! After the inspection, i expected them to try and bargain me down in price. The opposite was true. After the inspection (20 minutes), the staff member came over and told me the vehicle was in the same shape I had put in the email description and they would like to purchase it for the full/original offer price. I signed less than 15 documents and was on my way home, check in hand, in less than 2 hours. Amazing experience and I highly recommend them is you are in the market to sell a vehicle! They sent me cancellation notice out of nowhere and so I spent lot of time to look for a new one and went to several other dealership. I spent days and when I actually tried to return the vehicle, they REFUSED TO DO SO????? stating that, in california you cant do that. Like Hello???? YOU GUYS THE ONE WHO SENT CANCELLATION LETTER?????? A PLEASANT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE? Impossible! But it was. I just bought a 4Runner from EchoPark and it was unlike any other car buying experience Ive had. I had been preparing to do battle by watching YouTube videos to make sure I didnt get taken advantage of. But there was NONE of that. No haggling, no Let me go ask my manager. No pressure to get extended ash tray protection or upselling me to buy luxury valve stem caps. Rosie helped me through the process and even made sure one little thing got fixed. Would I buy from EchoPark again? Absolutely!

Miranda and her manager Angel were awesome in the whole process of buying my car. Miranda was super easy going, very nice, practical and honest with the way she spoke to my mom and I. She had so much patience with all the questions we asked her and did not pressure us with decisions. She was very relatable. Having a female take care of us was very empowering and you dont see too many females in the automotive industry. Echo Park was an all around good vibe and had a non-intimidating atmosphere. Drove to this location for 2 hours and had called ahead to book an appointment, but they sold the car to someone that walked in 10min before we arrived. We even communicated with them when we were 30min away from the location to let them know we were almost there. Do not let their haggle-free , no stress facade fool you. They are a used car dealership like the rest, do not expect to get treated with any decency whatsoever. The sorry from the team as we were leaving was the icing on the cake. I ve bought plenty of vehicles and Rosy has been the most pleasurable experience I ve had. Upon her greeting it was nothing but good vibes. Drove home in my new car today thanks to EchoPark Long Beach. I was hesitant because the car I wanted was in another state and I didnt want to deal with the extra hassel but Rosy made the entire process effortless. My car arrived in a week and in perfect condition! The pricing is very transparent which I really appreciated. Rosy was patient during all our phone communications and in person interactions. Called ahead and set up an appointment to see and test drive a car. I had planned on purchasing it as it was exactly what I have been looking for. As I was pulling into the dealership (15 minutes prior to my test drive appointment) I received a text from the business saying someone else just walked in and took the car for a test drive. Once the person returned I was told I had to wait for the other customer to say either yes or no. After about 20 minutes they came over and told me the other customer was going through with the purchase. I did not even get to see the car and I drove over an hour. Obviously this was super unfortunate. The fact that I had called and spoke with them + made an appointment to test drive and they didnt respect my appointment or tell the walk-in that someone else was coming within the next few minutes to test drive just shows they are only about the sale and do not respect their clients time. I would not recommend this car dealer to anyone.

Great Auto Dealer! If you want a low pressure auto dealer this is the place. They are friendly and will really work with you to get you in the vehicle you need. Robert was great and friendly and spoke with the manager on my behalf and got me a great deal, a much needed vehicle with a payment that fits me. Our car buying process with EchoPark was a breeze from start to finish! Angel and Val were so inviting, not pushy and just wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. After we test drove the car, Val spent 30+ minutes going over all of the bells and whistles the car has to offer. We are so grateful he spent time to do this as there are so many features we wouldve never known about. The paperwork process was simple and quick, no gimmicks and no hassling. They do allow a 7 day return period if you end up changing your mind or if theres any issues. We had our car scanned and inspected by our mechanic and everything checked out. Overall we had an amazing car buying experience and will definitely be back in the future! If you are looking to purchase a Ford, ask for Val the Ford expert...youll be in good hands!
